the staff was more than helpful, we had a problem with a card key and they fixed it immediately and ii was about 10 pm and they worked until they got iit fixed. Every staff member we had dealings with were very pleasant and more than willing to help .

I do not recommend this hotel, because of the overall experience I had. I called and advised them that I would be arriving after their front desk closed. The male employee gave me a code to get into their after hours lockbox, which is where my door key would be located. When I arrived I entered the code I was given and the lockbox opened, but the door key had someone else’s name on them it. I then noticed that there was someone behind the front desk, so I went in. The lady that was in there was an actual hotel guest. She said the front desk employee asked her to stand behind the desk while he was tending to other guest and there room issues. After approximately 20 minutes the male employee came back. I advised him that my key card was not in their lockbox. He said he had forgotten and issued me a key card. After I finally found a parking spot (parking is limited) I went up to my room. The room was not exactly what I would call clean. It is outdated and overpriced. In my opinion and due to what I seen, there were some sketchy people and sketchy activities going on around the hotel and in the parking lot. That being said when you shut the door to your hotel and then lock it, there is a large gap left. Had I not been staying there to basically checkin, sleep and checkout I would have immediately left.

Hot tube was not working. First two nights the pool was closed early. Breakfast, the only thing that tasted good was the waffles that you make yourself.

The staff was friendly & nice. Sheets were clean, breakfast was OK. everything was questionable. Pillows had odors, bathroom had bad smells, sink didnt drain, ceiling was coming apart, pool was green, hot tub closed, staff flooded walkway in front of our room in AM, draining something?Place seems to need extensive repairs. I did not feel unsafe, but they need to do a lot of work to the place.
