They had a pool which I was told was working when we signed up for 3 days however, as I was going to use it, I was told the pump was out. The front desk called me the following day to inform me the pump was out and the pool company would go to Springfield for the part and there was no guarantee the pool would be open. The next day, no pool.

General Manager Joy Brown was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating when our daughter had car issues and we were not able to check out at normal time. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel smelled amazing, like clean linen and our room was clean and tidy. The pool, hot tub, sauna were all well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and helped us get started each day.

The only downfall of the hotel was the pool area. The hot tub was not hot, and the jets must be fixed. Because one jet had no cover, the water splashed out and over the edge. The water for the hot tub was not filled to the top. Kids misused the sauna. Setting the sauna's heat temperature was difficult to follow, plus it just pinned, so there was no setting a temperature. The indoor pool was super cold, so we did not even attempt to use it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Off the main strip no traffic, room was quiet, indoor pool was excellent, loved the pillow top mattress. The fitness room could use an upgrade, cramped and not user friendly. Overall we had a great time highly recommend this hotel!

The property was well kept, even if a little outdated in the design and height of the hallways. The room, an accessible room, was spacious, clean, and in great shape. The bed, however, had no support and was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs at the pressure points. The pool was very cold, and the hottub was hot, but in a good way. The pool hours were cool, and the only complain I have is that it would have been nice to have a 18+ time between 10pm -midnight because it was overrun with kids all the way up to closing time. There were a lot of older couples staying, who couldn't just enjoy the pool without either getting splashed or run over by a kid.

The room was clean and the beds were so comfy. We were very happy with that. Breakfast was solid. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing that bummed us out was that the pool was cold for the kids and the hot tub was out of commission. I did appreciate the sauna though. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't stay here. The room was dirty, smelly and damp. I asked to change rooms and the lady was very nice and gave me a different room. That room was smelly, dirty, towels were dirty, shampoo and conditioner were empty bottles. I explained the problem with the new room to the lady at the desk who was nice but at this point i just wanted to get my money back and go to a clean hotel. I had to call orbitz which was not easy to reach a person on the phone, but did eventually have my money refunded and found a better hotel down the street.

Found a dirty urine pad left on the bed went to front desk requested a refund and wanted to leave the hotel that night so the insisted to move me to another room where the shower was clogged up and the bed I slept on I felt I slept on a brick woke up in pain.

Our room smelled badly of mildew and the bathroom had not been cleaned well (there was hair in the bathtub and on the floor). There was dust and dirt along the edges of the bathroom and bedroom. Otherwise, the staff were all very friendly and it was quiet so we were able to sleep well. The continental breakfast was nice. I wish recycling bins available for plastic containers, paper, etc.

They had us on the 4th floor and when we checked in and got to our room the AC was set on 60, cool and high. We thought maybe it was just cooling down. It never cooled down. Room was never cold. We were very hot through the night. We reported it the next morning to the front desk in which she stated she would have maintenance check it out. After returning from a day of adventure it was still set on 60 and not cold. We asked if maintenance came and they said yes and we let them know it was still not right. So for another night we sweated through the night and we were not comfortable. Would not recommend during the summer time!

Hotel was a bit dated but beds were comfortable. Huge shower tub combo. Two sinks which was great. Room was spacious. We didn’t use extra facilities & amenities like breakfast or pool. Price was a bit high but overall not a bad place to stay.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was clean and not cramped even with king size bed. However young boys staying there ran the halls, played on the luggage carts and elevator. Then ran and screamed through the parking lot and cars till 12:30am. Front desk acknowledged there were quiet hours but then responded with some parents don’t watch their kids and there is nothing we can do about it. Disappointed.

The location of the room was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I requested a handicapped accessible room and the wheelchair could barely get around in the very small room and the toilet was too low to get a handicapped person on and off. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Beds were decwnt and room was clean, internet was not good at all, hot tub was overly heated and jets were useless, breakfast was good, but for the cost of this room, I believed it would of been better and that I could have gotten batter at this price point. Hotel should review and adjust pricing other hotels in the area had better values.

Easily accessed from major road without being on the main drag. Room seemed musky but hard to tell as steam from shower kept humidity up a little I believe. A/C sometimes noisy and acting goofy.

The pool is large and nice. The facility is beautiful. The lobby was decked out for Christmas and very cozy and quiet. The problem came when our kiddos took their shower after swimming and the bathtub would not drain. We had to get them out mid-shower and unrinsed because the tub was filling up. We called staff who did respond immediately and was unable to unclog the tub. Then insued a frantic effort to find us another room. We were told the hotel was booked but they had rooms set aside for emergencies. So we thought we would be moved and got our kids into the new room and finishing their shower, while we, the parents, started packing up our stuff. However then we were informed we couldn’t sleep in the new room but only use it for the shower. We could use it whenever we wanted but we couldn’t sleep in the room, which was baffling. We had to threaten the staff to refund us our money before they allowed us to sleep in the emergency room. After that the room was fine and the night was fine. In the morning, the key cards would not work and my daughter was yelled at by staff for going into the breakfast without shoes (which she couldn’t find because I had picked them up and put them in a bag during the transition the night before). My daughter cried. The customer service definitely needs major improvement. We won’t be choosing this hotel to stay at ever again.
The pool is large and nice. The facility is beautiful. The lobby was decked out for Christmas and very cozy and quiet. The problem came when our kiddos took their shower after swimming and the bathtub would not drain. We had to get them out mid-shower and unrinsed because the tub was filling up. We called staff who did respond immediately and was unable to unclog the tub. Then insued a frantic effort to find us another room. We were told the hotel was booked but they had rooms set aside for emergencies. So we thought we would be moved and got our kids into the new room and finishing their shower, while we, the parents, started packing up our stuff. However then we were informed we couldn’t sleep in the new room but only use it for the shower. We could use it whenever we wanted but we couldn’t sleep in the room, which was baffling. We had to threaten the staff to refund us our money before they allowed us to sleep in the emergency room. After that the room was fine and the night was fine. In the morning, the key cards would not work and my daughter was yelled at by staff for going into the breakfast without shoes (which she couldn’t find because I had picked them up and put them in a bag during the transition the night before). My daughter cried. The customer service definitely needs major improvement. We won’t be choosing this hotel to stay at ever again.

Check in was delayed due to rooms not being cleaned and ready for quests. After traveling 8 hours we were ready to get into a room. They wanted 25.00 more dollars to get in 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. Unacceptable!!

The people had the worst attitudes, and unprofessional. There were no comforters or quilts on the bedding. A few towels in our room were dirty. Water pressure was awful and there was no hot water one morning of our stay. The elevators were sketchy; we just used the stairs instead. Overall not terrible but not enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly for the most part and the room was decently nice for the price, however; the only thing that i disliked was the fact that checkout was at 9AM (which was completely fine) but before it was even 9AM, it was actually 8:48 AM on the dot, a worker knocked on our door once and then immediately proceeded to open the door without hesitation. Would I stay here at this property again? This is our second stay at this hotel. The first one so great this one was not as great. As always the staff here is super friendly and so accommodating which is the best part of the stay. Our issue was simply due to the room cleaning. We checked light housekeeping upon check-in but often we would have to go ask for clean towels, wash rags and toilet paper. I would have assumed light housekeeping at least meant cleaning the bathroom but maybe that is not included. We enjoy this hotel but if bathroom cleaning is not included anymore we will not return.

The front desk employees were amazing. Stacy, Cheri & Andrew were extremely friendly helpful and provided anything we needed and went above and beyond. Breakfast staff kept everything clean and full and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Except waffle maker was broke. 😭😭 I will definitely be staying there next year when I go.

This was a very nice place to stay. I like that it was not on the main strip, there was plenty of parking. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beds were a little too firm for me and the heat & air unit was very loud. Very good continental breakfast, nice indoor pool, excellent staff. All the staff we encountered were more than helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I only have two complaints with this hotel. One is the gym is extremely small and some of the equipment doesn't work and the location is not walkable to the strip. staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fairly small.

Staff particularly. EVERYONE we encountered was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the breakfast hostess. Many times they are not helpful. This young lady was very helpful, polite and just a genuinely nice person. The room was also clean and convenient. Breakfast was good. Seemed all of the tables wobbled. Crowded but we were mostly able to get what we needed. Maybe need two waffle machines.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! I hope they are able to upgrade their breakfast area eventually. It got a little cramped during the busiest hour but staff was very good at replenishing the food and making sure everyone was served. Will definitely stay here again!

We would stay here again! We stayed one night and really enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub. The breakfast was good and had hot options such as biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage. It also had a waffle and pancake maker. I wanted pancakes but it was out of order and they were waiting on someone to show up to fix it. The room was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue we had was the air conditioner kept shutting off no matter how low we had the temperature. It was hard to sleep because the room was too warm.

The free breakfast wasn’t particularly that great. They were out of orange juice for two mornings. The food was not really that hot like the eggs the omelettes work in it they biscuits and gravy were good. Also, there’s not a snack area like a little small snack store where you can go buy snacks if you needed one and the vending machines were mostly empty so there really wasn’t a choice for a snack there either Other than that it was good

The hotel is an older hotel but it is very clean, very quiet, the staff is great and if you need anything, they are very quick. The breakfast is good. The only thing I would change is I would alternate bacon instead of sausage every day. I will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, we noticed how clean the hotel was both inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions were had about the entertainment in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and we liked the bathroom that had another sink off to the side. The only drawback was the toilet did not have a good flush. The breakfast was wonderful, there was plenty for everyone. We loved the specialty coffee machine; we made good use of this. The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful for our small grandchildren. The pool hours went to midnight. This was a great hotel experience and would highly recommend this facility.

Clean, up to date facility. We had 2 adjoining rooms (4 adults, 2 children, 1 dog), and everything worked out perfectly for our weekend. Easily accessible pet area which was well maintained. Children liked the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip to Branson.
