The resort amenities (pools, lake activities, mini golf) are top notch, but the rooms are lacking. This was our 3rd try with this resort. The first 2 were in regular hotel rooms and our latest was in a 2-bedroom condo. Every room we’ve stayed in needs updated. The beds are your typical hotel bed. The carpet was not the cleanest and starting to get loose. It probably just needs to be replaced as well as the furniture and cabinetry and light fixtures made the rooms dark. I booked through hotels each time so maybe they save the better rooms for members or those that book directly with them. It was clean and we would stay again just for the amenities that are included. The Oasis pool is amazing. The lake activities and mini golf were fun. We love the food truck options and the ambience of the area.

Several stays here with the family. Great location on the lake and the shuttle service to and from Silver Dollar City is a terrific bonus feature. Simply call when you want to go and call again when you want to leave the park.

Everything was great and communicated well. It’s a resort but has a family feel. 3rd time visiting! We’ve been waiting for the indoor pool to open for 5 years. Construction was behind due to Covid, hoping to enjoy it the next time we go!

Good variety of activities (pools, 2 water slides, putt putt, kayaks, aqua cycles, paddle boards) and SDC shuttle was an appreciated benefit! Property is very pretty and peaceful and employees very friendly and helpful. The 2br with kitchen, jacuzzi &patio was well laid out and accompanied 4 adults, 2 teens 1 child well (the Murphy bed in livingroom was a pleasant surprise! 5 star worthy except for a couple cosmetic maintenance issues (painting outside of waterslides). Kids/Grands loved the property and our time together.

The room was clean but somewhat dated, the walls are thin and it can get noisy (building I). No shampoo or shower gel is available, bring your own toiletries. Everything is walkable but if you rent golf carts, the cost is outrageous. Family friendly but can be very busy (July-August). Pools were clean but the water was freezing.

Pros and Cons. Would stay again! We just stayed 5 nights and used the resort as our hub for our Ozark vacation. Cons: -No lifeguards at the pools. There is staff, but they’re not lifeguards and often not watching the pool. Must bring your own life jackets if you want them in the pools! (We always bring ours) -Lightning causes the pools to close, at least temporarily. This is by no means their fault, but heat lightning was present most days we were there resulting in the outdoor pools to close for 30 min - 2 hours at a time. They currently have no indoor pools as an alternative. -The garbage bags they provide in the rooms are super thin. This is a weird complaint, but we had a full bag burst open and we had to clean it up. Tbh e replacement bags they had were much better/thicker. Pros: -Great location for a lot of attractions -We got a one bedroom room with pullout couch for the kids. It was enough space for 5 nights and little kids. We had a full kitchen in the room, with a dishwasher and washer/dryer! The balcony worked great for drying off suits, life jackets, towels. -There are 3 pool areas on the property. They’re small but the kids enjoyed all of them. -The dock and lake activities were awesome. My kids tried the aqua bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing. My 5 year old said “this is the best day of my life!” when we were on the dock. It’s a very large dock, lots of space, pretty area. -Plenty of parking in front of our building -The send texts about pool closures

Great customer service and excellent amenities in a perfect location to visit Silver Dollar City….oh and they have a free shuttle to SDC that picks you up at your door and drops you at the entrance to SDC and will pick you up when you are ready to return.

This is a resort, not a hotel. There is no ice machine anywhere on the property. If you have a 2 bedroom, you have a refrigerator, but if you have one room with 2 beds, you have a mini fridge with no freezer. It was extremely clean! I spilled my water on the floor and the only thing I had handy was the dish rag. When I wiped it up, the rag was completely clean. We were there out of season, so the pool was freezing, even though it was open. The lake was warmer than the pool. The area is beautiful, but far from branson if that is your destination. But you never have to leave the resort. It has everything you need. Waterfront with all the water sports free, pools and slides, hot tubs, food and food trucks.

There was trash on the porch when we got to our room. There was mouse poop in the bathroom so I don’t think it had been cleaned well, and there was a really wet spot on the carpet in the main bedroom. Overall, not a great experience.

Flew in from out of state for 3 day stay. 1. Room had Coffee maker but no coffee or filters. 2. No dish clothes or towels. 3. No paper towels 4. No kleenex. 5. Skinny bar of bath soap and hand soap. 6. Was told to go to towel building if i needed anything 7. Carpet was very dirty.

The rooms are so run down and smell musty. Mold on the ceilings, carpet is fraying and stained. Nice marina but no beach for kiddos to play.

The free amenities at the property were nice and the rooms were spacious. The unit was very dated with old, stained carpet and loose tiles. It was clean but smelled musty due to old flooring. Needs a basic overall and could be wonderful resort. FYI, no shampoo, conditioner, washer detergent, paper towel, and missing some basic cookware.

Everything was great except the room we had the carpet had stains and walking on the floors made your feet black. Everything else was clean though. Staff was nice. Didn't do any of the amenities. I've stayed here before and this is the first time about the floors. I will come back and stay again.

Floors were dirty with a pretty good sized chunk of hair sitting on the nightstand. It's very noisy and there are only blinds on the windows so there's no way to block out the light from outside at night. The shower head has good pressure but only sprays out the sides. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable we have slept on in a while. Very disappointed in our stay.

Staff was very friendly. We had a 2 bedroom condo, but it is really dated, like a landlord paint special. Great location to silver dollar city and the lake. Lots of activities for all ages. Great food trucks!!! Would definitley stay again, just wish the rooms didnt look so run down, but i guess you really shouldnt be in your room while on vacation.

Food options were excellent. Great communication re pool closures due to weather, daily activities etc. Our luxury condo had a very limited lake view and was tired. The neighbors above us were ridiculously noisy so be prepared for very thin walls.

Lot of great things - lots of amenities in general. The shuttle to Silver Dollar City and the people operating that service were really great and made things easy. The onsite pizza place is really great, the Mexican place was prett disappointing, particularly for the price. Two major frustrations; The WiFi was unreliable at best, often times unavailable. You don’t stay at a place like this to sit in your room on your phone, but it’s 2025 - there’s an expectation that it won’t be a challenge to get information/do tasks that require internet connectivity. (Phone reception, at least for AT&T was also very poor). We got socked in one morning by a thunderstorm and it sucked to have no internet, particularly since their tv system is tedious and doesn’t really offer any premium features. Their key cards are unbelievably fragile in terms of demagnetizing themselves. We were warned about this at check-in, made an effort to keep the key cards separated from other electronic devices and we still had to replace 3 cards in a 4 day trip.

Overall our stay at Still Waters Resort was good. Just a few issues inside our room. We stayed in building G on the bottom floor in a hotel room with two queen beds. One thing that could’ve been better was the noise from other rooms. Every time a shower was on or someone flushed the toilet we could hear the water in the walls.. It sounded like a rush of water was coming out of the walls. We didn’t have any dish soap and none at the little store to buy. Our room didn’t have a phone, which isn’t a huge issue but would’ve been nice in case of an emergency. We had bath towels and one hand towel but no wash rags. All in all our stay was good and the pizza we ordered for New Year’s Eve was good. Would stay again but maybe in a bigger room, in a newer unit.
Overall our stay at Still Waters Resort was good. Just a few issues inside our room. We stayed in building G on the bottom floor in a hotel room with two queen beds. One thing that could’ve been better was the noise from other rooms. Every time a shower was on or someone flushed the toilet we could hear the water in the walls.. The property was clean and well kept. The room was clean and the carpet looked new. The bed was sunken in on one side and was not the most comfortable because of that. They had a hot tub but it was very lukewarm and wouldn't get hot.

The condos are beautiful and clean!! However, there is no sound proofing, and if you are on the lower level, and have people above you it is so loud. Biggest reason we probably won't come back, even the the resort is beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Still Waters Resort. Initially booked a double queen bed standard room but there was an issue with the plumbing they needed to work on so front desk staff called us and apologized for the inconvenience. The upgraded us to a 2 bedroom condo with a king ang 2 queen beds for free. Our kids were so excited to have their own beds. It was so spacious and the deck was really nice. The staff were all really nice as well. The swimming pools were amazing and all the other activities were nice. We definitely will plan to stay again.

Nice resort very close to Silver Dollar City. There are many large buildings on the property; some buildings have different types of rooms (and views of the lake). We stayed in a building with studio apartment-type rooms (no view of the lake). Other buildings had multi-bedroom condo-type rooms; those seemed nicer from the pictures shown on this website. After checking in, they ask you to stop at the "concierge", where you get the sales pitch to come back for a future visit. Ideally, this wouldn't be part of the check-in process; it should be optional. Otherwise, there are several pools and lakeside amenities (boat rental, paddleboards, etc.). There is a pizza place on-site, along with a separate hangout area with adult drinks. We mainly stayed here due to the proximity to SDC.

First we got there we told them my husband was handicapped he has to have a hip replaced and 2 knee replacements. They put us in the old section where there was no elevator but the new section does and we had to go to the old section because we went through a 3rd party, not carrying that my husband had a hard time going up and down the stairs. Then we get in the unit and it was filthy broken luvers on door and very old furniture. Then we asked if we could check out at 11 instead of 10 and they said no. Hotels.com needs to separate them selves with this property. I have never had a problem with going to other resorts going through hotel.com. lamp was broken beam on deck was just wedge in not attached to deck.

Great customer service and excellent amenities in a perfect location to visit Silver Dollar City….oh and they have a free shuttle to SDC that picks you up at your door and drops you at the entrance to SDC and will pick you up when you are ready to return.

Hi the resort was above and beyond Our expectations. Being such a Touristy town we worried about the turnover and the condition of the condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully laid out. Out the back balcony was a view of the lake in the gazebo and right out the front door across the street was the big swimming pool. Our favorite thing was a free shuttle. We love that it delivered us right to the front gate of Silver Dollar City and brought us right back and we didn't have to wait more than five minutes either time we also picked us up and took us to the food trucks and brought us back. Everyone at this resort is super nice. They call and text any activities going on and when your room is ready. Even though there were a lot of families around we did not hear any noise too late or too early in the morning. I have already sent the link to two people I know who are interested in renting and I will definitely recommend this place. If I come back to this area I will stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maintenance . We had an issue with our heater, they couldn’t repair in a timely manner, so they switched our room. The maintenance man retrieved our new keys and help us move into our new room.

Not a resort at all. It is more comparable to an apartment housing. The pros were the staff were nice although misleading in giving out info. And the water cycles were nice. Cons: not impressed with the “resort” room. Bathroom was separate from vanity and it did not even have complimentary shampoo/conditioner. The room, dark and musty. Phone and tv did not work. The AC in the room was loud/vibrating, so much that it was shaking the bed. It was making me motion sick and my son even got sick upon waking up one morning. The tub would not hold water for my littles to take baths. And we received a room that was adjoining but did not request that; we could hear our neighbors next door and above. The pools were nice but super cold and small. The oasis isn’t exactly an oasis but the hot tub was extremely nice. Upon arrival you will be asked but not required to attend a time share presentation that last 2 hours. We chose not to attend. My husband was also told twice by two diff employees that you have to return all towels to the towel station to receive more and upon check out all old towels must be turned in and replaced with new towels in the room. Also, was told we had to remove all trash bags and replace. We wanted to leave around 7am to avoid bad weather going home but didn’t want to be charged for towels so we waited until 8am when they open, just to be told that was all false. My poor hubs loaded these towels back and forth in the storms…

Cons: Even in off peak season, it's expensive Only hand soap provided, so we had to drive 45 mins round trip to get basic toiletries that are usually provided with hotels and resorts Fireplace was turned off (in spite of website listing as an amenity, and we had looked forward to the heat in the nippy mornings and evenings, and the ambience) One of the pools was closed (in spite of us calling ahead to confirm that they were open), Staff gave sales pitch about hearing a two hour presentation in exchange for food credit (in spite of me clearly stating several times as he was talking that we weren't interested). I found this to be annoying because he wouldn't let it go. I literally had to start edging out the door as he was talking and leave when he paused in talking. We were coming to relax, not have to be harangued about their time share program. I told him I wasn't interested, couldn't anfford it, didn't need the food credit, etc. He just kept talking up the benefit of hearing their spiel. This was off putting and they shouldn't do it. Lastly, the location is not convenient to anything in the main strip area of Branson. It took a minimum of 20-25 each way to get anywhere. For this reason alone, we probably won't stay there again, even though it's a nice place.

Several stays here with the family. Great location on the lake and the shuttle service to and from Silver Dollar City is a terrific bonus feature. Simply call when you want to go and call again when you want to leave the park.

We had a wonderful time at Still Waters resort. The room was very clean, comfortable , and quiet. Had a good view of the lake. The amenities were good. Had two places to eat for a reasonable price. We had the pizza and it was delicious. It was only 15-25 minutes away from everything we had planned to do in Branson. Our plan is to stay there again on our next trip there.

Two night stay during a 10 day trip. We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchenette. Kitchenette had all we needed for a two night stay. Room was comfortable for a couple, may be a bit small for a more than two people. Resort had plenty of amenities and was located a short drive from downtown Branson.

Our condo was nice and we enjoyed the quiet area. Only complaint would be the sales pitch to buy into their time share at the beginning when you check in. Also one of the hot tubs had the cocking around the edges coming off and it got all over us. The hot tub at the main pool also did not have jets that were working properly. The jets would turn off at a couple minutes and wouldn’t come back on. Other than the amenities need edging fixing everything was nice. The pizza restaurant on the property is really good.

Such a great place to bring the family! They have everything you need to have a great time. We really enjoyed the multiple pool areas and of course being lakeside. The pizza at pizza world on site is amazing!!

The staff was very welcoming and attentive (check-in, shuttle, pool attendants etc) and the variety of amenities (mini golf, 3pools, waterslides, water cycles, paddle boards etc) was great. The property is very pretty also. The only negative is the room furnishings/ decor are dated and worn. The beds were comfortable though.

We absolutely love it here. It’s a beautiful resort. It feels like camp when you arrive the first night! We love Thirsty’s and pizza world! Heads up there is no travel size soap for showers! Small inconvenience for an overall great stay. I can’t say enough good things and will book here over anywhere else when we visit. Which is multiple times a year!

Overall comfortable and nice views. Full size kitchen. Washer and dryer were helpful. However, No breakfast included, not even coffee or tea. Broken jet tub, silverware with soap residue in the drawer, a playground we weren't allowed to use because they set up a festival on that spot that was open bad hours for anyone who goes into town to do things and no one was allowed to use the playground unless the festival was running, no restaurants delivering to the area (15 minutes to restaurants and grocery at reasonable price), high priced restaurants and grocery on the property. Was given a long sales pitch upon arrival (while my kids waited to check in after a long drive) for a tour of a new building on the property with the promise of a $200 giftcard only to find out I didn't qualify because I didnt have a high enough income. We liked the comfort of the room, but wish it had been worth the high price tag for the amenities as a family with children of all ages.

Broken jet tub, silverware with soap residue in the drawer, a playground we weren't allowed to use because they set up a festival on that spot that was open bad hours for anyone who goes into town to do things and no one was allowed to use the playground unless the festival was running, no restaurants delivering to the area (15 minutes to restaurants and grocery at reasonable price), high priced restaurants and grocery on the property. Was given a long sales pitch upon arrival (while my kids waited to check in after a long drive) for a tour of a new building on the property with the promise of a $200 giftcard only to find out I didn't qualify because I didnt have a high enough income. We liked the comfort of the room, but wish it had been worth the high price tag for the amenities as a family with children of all ages.

The resort and some amenities were great 5 star, golf cart rental was a little confusing and the 10 o clock quiet time was not enforced, the upstairs tenants jumped from furniture and run throughout the condo way after midnight.

Absolutely beautiful place. My 2nd stay. Lots to do. Very clean. Staff super friendly. However at check in time there should be more than 2 people. It took too long to get checked in. Expect to walk a lot up and down hill unless you can afford the ridiculously over priced golf carts. We had tacos and nachos and it wasn't terrible and prices made sense. But no salsa???? Karaoke on Saturday night sounded great but the rotation didn't make sense. Same people over and over in a row. I gave up and left. Friday karaoke was just terrible. Sounded awful and tiny speakers that you couldn't even hear unless you were right up front. Over all it was great. Not really complaining just giving some feedback that might help. Oh also an adult pool only would be a fantastic addition.

Stillwater is a very affordable resort, especially for what you receive. The free kayak and paddle board rentals were a definite bonus. It was also nice to have food and drink options on the property. The only complaints were that there really weren't enough pools for all the guests that were there at the time. Also, the bar doesn't stay open as late as listed.

We have been going Still Waters for about six years. I do feel that members are treated a bit better than "regular" guests. That being said the Marina is a big plus. The new staff were so friendly and Brandon was so nice - he worked well under pressure and apologized for delays. It is family friendly and recommend for families with small children as well as teens.
