Room and hotel was clean. Hot Tub out of service. Outdoor pool closed (this was the wknd after Labor Day). Indoor pool open but hotel changed hours from closing at midnight to close at 10 pm. Room was very expensive - $215 nt ! Breakfast was poor at best. Eggs were fake and watery, no taste to anything. Back patio had smoking area but no table or anything, just a couple cheap plastic chairs. For this cost, this should have been EXTREMELY NICE!

The hotel was very clean. Room was beautiful. Loves the space. However . The breakfast was ok. What made this place horrible. Call ahead. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. It's super small. The hot tub didn't work. The indoor pool the heater was broken. So it was an ice box. Do not plan on parking a boat in this parking lot. Too small. Big trucks and buses had trouble parking here. There is an awesome boat ramp 3 miles away from here that charges 10.00 to take out and they will store your boat for 5.00 a day . When you take it out it's 10. This saved us! Auto zone and Walmart are across the street. Great location. Call ahead about the pools would be my advice to make they fixed them.

Pool and hot tub closed, shower door very noisy, must have been next to mechanical room, heard loud water pipes or something til 1015pm. Some kind of humidifier or something in my room, red light on so i unplugged it.

First of all, the room was clean and fairly well maintained. However, there's no way this is a "9". I paid $180 for each of a two night stay but this is a $120/night hotel or less, despite the location and being the only "hotel" in town. Elevator- Doesn't work and never will according to the front desk clerk. Can't get parts. So you have to hoof it to the 3rd of 4th floor. No second floor. (huh?, yeah, me too) TV - these are 20 year old, 720dp, 32 inch tv's. The remote situation is antiquated. You can't scroll through the guide; you have to let it refresh through available channels. Breakfast - typical for this type of low-end hotel (think Drury or Hampton) but more limited in options. Beds - fine. The smaller square pillows. Some people like them, others not so much. Room - clean and fine. Larger than expected. Bathroom - again, clean and fine, but it's a tub with a curtain. I understand families with small kids prefer this, but a walk in shower is preferred. The bottom line is that this hotel is 20+ years old and it's not getting renovated. Once the Ballpark is complete, other hotels will move in (should move in) and Sleep Inn will be out of business. It's okay, but not for the price I paid. Not quite highway robbery but close.

We have stayed here before, comfortable, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is provided and coffee is always hot and available, however, the television service is not great, no local channels, which may not be that important for most people but it was for me, television would sometimes mute itself, the hot tub was broke, and the pool was green. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Hot tub was out of order.Out side pool was dirty with green water and out of order. Inside pool the water was chilly. Ice machine was out of order. One on the 3rd floor was working. Bed was comfy. Room was was clean. People working there were all nice.

Had no tv signal in 1 room. Told them but they could not fix it themselves. We fixed it. Food is not good at breakfast. Outside pool is terribly rough and it tore my sons up. Very dangerous...indoor pool was a lil rough but way better then outdoor pool where you had to wear water shoes in it and not touch any sides or stairs when in it. Hot tub was sad and not working all the time. Coffee was gross tasting in rooms and in at breakfast....hashbrown casserole stuff was really gross. The rooms smelled musty and damp. When you layed on top of bed your clothes felt damp on your back. Another couple asked me about this in the elevator on the way down to complain and switch their rooms. I just dealt with it because I would have to down grade rooms he said because their was no more suites.

This hotel is uber clean, quiet, safe and simply amazing. It’s set up in a quiet neighborhood and I had a room overlooking the lush trees. I imagine it must look awesome in the Fall. Highly recommend and great value for the rate.

We have stayed here several times. The room was on the bottom floor and smelled musty,window was blocked by cars. So we couldn't even open the curtains. Then the 2nd day while eating our lunch in the dinning area, went to go throw away some trash and a roach was walking on the trash can. This is right by the counter that the breakfast is made. When we went to go get staff at the front desk they acted bothered by us telling them. One of the guys walked in , I guess he caught it and then just threw it in the trash can. And was not happy he had to do that. Mold was in the shower. We will no longer stay here ever again.

We were on the 4th floor and the hallway and our rooms smelled moldy. We had to run the air with the window open for two days and it finally got better. The pool was closed due to an employee taking home the keys to unlock the gate. We were told they will not come back just to unlock the gate.There was never anyone at the front desk in the evening if you need anything. We were very disappointed. I'm glad we only stared for two nights

Our television did not work the first night we were there. A staff member came to look at it and said it would be repaired. The next evening it was not repaired. Staff again assessed it and did move us to another room. That TV functioned better, but with some work around. That televisions are very small. With the low costs of televisions I think you could splurge and buy better ones.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast. Staff was professional. Very good price for the area. The bed pillows are small so bring your own if that is an issue.

The one suggestion I would make is to have normal size pillows, not the small square pillows we had on our king size bed. It took 2 of them to make a full size pillow.

Room was clean, breakfast area clean & maintained. Our only complaint was the constant foot stomping & running back n forth in the room above 314. Oh and the bouncing of a hard ball on the floor. Finally mid afternoon Saturday we called the front desk to complain. The noise only stopped briefly then started up again within 30 mins to an hr. If we should ever come back we will definitely require a 4th floor room.

Very clean! We arrived 45 min early and we were allowed to check in. The hotel desk clerk kept us informed of changes at the concert. He also recommended an Irish restaurant that was excellent. We plan on using this motel again for other concer.

Aron is a Rockstar! Checked us in, gave us helpful info for the area and arranged for a shuttle to take us to the Ozark Amphitheater for Oliver Anthony concert! I didn't get all the ladies names, but they were wonderful to extend our checkout til noon the next day so we could enjoy the outdoor pool after breakfast! Btw biscuits and gravy were on point and homemade waffles a nice treat😊 Property was clean and convenient, had great views and customer service outstanding! Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was good. It would be nice if check in staff were a little friendlier. The lady was stand offish. She never greeted us when we walked by or even look up. The management should work with staff and remind them to act like they really want the customers to stay at hotel and have a great experience.

Management was absolutely terrible. We paid online ahead of time and requested a 1pm checkout. The night manager said it was in the notes. The next morning, at 10:30am the day manager sent someone up to get us out. I called her to let her know we had a late checkout and she said NO WAY CAN I DO THAT. She saw it in the notes, she said, but would not allow a late checkout. The place was completely empty, most of the cars were gone and there was no reason in the world she could not accommodate us except that she was petty. The bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable, the sink drained slowly and the toilet was about a foot off the ground - super hard to stand up with bad knees. Never again.

The front desk clerk walked straight in my room! while i was sleeping at 1:00 am! He then told me to come to the lobby and wait because there was an error on their part. I had to sit there while he spoke on the phone ,and confirmed it was ok to go back to my room? I was very confused and i thought i was getting robbed.

It seems like there was a staff shortage. No one was at the front desk when we walked in and we rang the bell a couple times and an older gentleman finally arrived. He seemed to be the only employee around. The room was clean and all room accommodations were fine. Luckily we were on the first floor as the only elevator was out of order. The ice machine and vending machine were also out of order.

Staff somewhat inept -- desk clerk made sure to loudly announce our room number to everyone in the lobby. The hotel is very run down, the elevator is broken. The clerk gave me a room on the fourth floor, before explaining the elevator problem. And the keys didn't work; watching the young man operating the key card device, I believe he just wasn't shown how.

Nice stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. All 3 pools in working order, so that was nice. Location is good, only it is so hard to turn left out of the parking lot because of so much traffic. Overall, we were pleased.

The room and hotel was very quiet. We had trouble with our remote not working, the desk even replaced the batteries and couldn’t get it to work at the desk. Gave us another one but still wouldn’t run the guide, which room direction’s said use the guide. They need to “re-pair” the remotes to the TV’s. Other than that it was a great stay. Getting out of the driveway because of heavy traffic was a pain though. A couple of times we had to go right and go down and turn around just to come back left.

We booked this hotel based off of online reviews and photos, and they did not disappoint. The hotel was clean, in good repair, and made for a pleasant stay. There were several staff at all times, and they were all nice and friendly. The pool and hot rub were spacious and clean with pleanty of towels available each day. The breakfast available was tasty, and the dining room had pleanty of tables. We saw several families during our stay, but it was never loud or too busy. And, it was a great distance from several attractions. Our family had a great stay here. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My mom and I recently stayed overnight. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The staff at the front desk was very helpful answering all of my touristy questions with a smile even though I am sure they have heard a thousand times! The location of this hotel was awesome since it is close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Bridal Cave which are the 2 places we came to see.

Room and hotel was clean. Hot Tub out of service. Outdoor pool closed (this was the wknd after Labor Day). Indoor pool open but hotel changed hours from closing at midnight to close at 10 pm. Room was very expensive - $215 nt ! Breakfast was poor at best. Eggs were fake and watery, no taste to anything. Back patio had smoking area but no table or anything, just a couple cheap plastic chairs. For this cost, this should have been EXTREMELY NICE!

This is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay. It was comfortable and close to the Ozark Ampitheater, where we went to a concert. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the kitchen area was kept clean and neat. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town for another concert!

This place was ok. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the pillows are too small and we didn't like them. The outdoor pool was gross and green. The indoor pool looked good. The free breakfast was maybe 1 out of 5 stars. Not great. And .maid service did not clean our room. So that was also not great. But we asked the front desk for clean towels and that was all we needed

There was nothing wrong with the room however that seemed to be the only thing going for the hotel. The vending machine, ice machine and the elevator were all out of order. The hot tub water was also very murky and filled with so much chlorine it made your eyes burn after only a few minutes in it. Lastly the breakfast was hit or miss if there was anything left even with two hours before it ended.

Honestly, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s very old and worn down. The rooms are carpeted and have a damp feel. No soap at my bathroom sink. One tissue in the tissue box. Mold around the inside rim of the toilet. There are 2 ice machines in the building. The one on the 2nd floor was out of order. The one on the 3rd floor was so over used that it was always empty. I managed to fill a cup half full once in a 3 day period. The faux leather trim around the bottom of the bed was so worn I don’t know what the original color was and it was draping off of the bed. The chair in the room was so stained I even hated setting my soft sided bag on it. Do I sound pretentious? Sure. But for the money, save yourself and just sleep in your car across the street in the Walmart parking lot.

This used to be a smoking hotel, so the 4th floor rooms smell like smoke when it’s humid. They changed our room, but overall the hotel is old and in need of a renovation, fresh paint and some touch-ups. Staff was very good and breakfast was good.
