I was appreciative of the clerk, who after explaining that there was no elevator to get to our second floor room, switched our room to the first floor without any waiting for the cleaning staff. That was WONDERFUL!

Hotel was dirty. No elevator. Grounds were dirty. Pool was closed, half full and green. Stairwells were filthy and smelled. Beds were insanely uncomfortable. I booked a king bed. I was told there weren’t any available, even though the hotel was practically empty. Never again.

The hospitality team members were warm and helpful. The amenities were a bit basic. When I asked for half-and-half to be added to the options on the coffee set-up, they explained that that chain did not allow them to offer that. The water in the pool looked an odd shade of green. We'd picked the place to share the pool with the grandchildren who lived in town, but were told that guests' guests were not allowed to use it. Since no one else was in the pool at the time, they did allow our two 5-year-old guests to stay, which was kind.

It reaked of smoke/marijuana. The pool is not working and we booked due to advertising an outdoor pool! All the white towels/washcloths are stained. Our air conditioner barely worked The breakfast is awesome!

The exterior of the property is poorly maintained. The grass needed to be mowed, and there were paper cups and miscellaneous trash on the ground all around. The breakfast was well stocked, however, and the pool was nice.

The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful! But the rooms need lots of attention. Very dirty. Looks like when we checked out one of the cleaning ladies had their kid or kids with them.

The room had clearly not been cleaned. The bedding was soiled like a dog had scooted across the sheet leaving a fecal matter trail. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub. There was a turd resting in the toilet bowl! Blood and mystery splatter on the sheets. The comforter had filth along the edges clearly never washed. The bedspread looked like it was wadded up and pulled back across the bed. Candy wrapper beside the bed. A booger wiped along the side of the mattress. The hallway smelled like a dirty diaper. The room smelled Disgusting! The front desk had given us new bedding for us to put on the bed. The “clean” bedding had cigarette burns and yellow stains on it. Just gross. If I could give a negative rating I would! Why charge an additional $50 room deposit for a one night stay in a health hazard room. You afraid someone will steal your bedbugs?

So bad we didn’t stay there. One room smelled like stale smoke so bad there was no way we could stay in there. The other room had a strange scent. Bath tub was disgusting, something was in the sink, there was a white stain on the desk chair. As we walked out we noticed mold on the ceiling tiles. There was absolutely no way it would be safe for our health to stay there.

It seems that maybe they are in the process of redoing the rooms downstairs, so we were put upstairs. It looked like there was a bullet hole in the wall of our room. I thought I was going to fall through the floor of the tub when I was taking a shower. The sheets had stains on them. The whole place smelled like weed. I noticed when I was checking in, that they accept cash. That is a huge red flag. I will probably not stay there in the future.

While it's clear things are being changed, right now the property is horrible! Dirty, smelly, roaches, black water in the toilet, hair on the towels, stains on the bedding... the list goes on. We only stayed because of how late it was and how tired we were. I wish them the best but we won't be back.

The room smelled like mildew. The rep brought air freshener to spray but it made it worse. The bed was awful and it gave me a cramp in my hip. The bed creaked everytime I moved and it was sitting on what felt like blocks. I had to sleep in a mask. The positive..it was a quiet hotel. The TV was good.

This was the second stay in a weeks time. Different room but the bed still squeaked, same as the room across the hall. My husband thinks it is the bedframe when you sit on the bed or stand from it. Otherwise quite comfortable

Only thing was the bed. Pillows sounded like they had paper or plastics inside them. Not comfortable to sleep. Also what’s with the bed frame? Every time I got up or moved a lot the box spring area sounded like it was made from duct work. Popping in and out very annoying.

The old saying you get what you pay for. If you’re just looking for a cheap place without any expectations, than this is it. Nothing to write home about. Bedding gives new meaning to “crisp” sheets. Sounded like paper bags. Pillows were crunchy. Sheets had stains and rips. Every time the heat came on it sounded like a train. Cold air draft coming inside room from under the air/heat unit.

The stay was nice. Showers were powerful and all towels were clean. It could use more of an upgrade, but management seems to be committed to doing just that. Would use them again for sure. Its not the four seasons, but again for the price it was more than adequate. Metal base for bed. Bed was comfortable but base squeaked when you turn while sleeping.

The breakfast, with in 1/2 hr. needed to be restocked, but it was not. Very little to start with. Did not take kindly to the $50 deposit, they checked the room before being fully checked out. No, you don't get your $50 back, it is taken off credit card bill in a few weeks.

Walk in the door the whole place smells like mold and when we got to our room there was a huge spot of mold right above the a/c which speaks for how the house cleaning staff handles their jobs as well. We did not stay and I’m still waiting to get my $50 deposit back. DONT NOT STAY HERE !!!!

The one thing we did not like about the stay was that we did not know that the hotel also had a deposit of $100 when you check in even after paying for your room yeah you get it back the next day but we didn’t know anything about it till we got there and didn’t really have that $100 to spend

Hit with a surprise $100 security deposit. Refundable after AM inspection by staff if cash or in 10 to 14 days if credit. Clerk didn't know a grocery store was only 1.5 miles away. Said no grocery store in town go to walmart! Sink drain was fixed to close to bowl, didn't drain well at all. Broken lamp shade upon checkin, took picture to avoid charges.

Literally the first hotel that I turned around and walked out of the lobby in 30 years of traveling. Outside of the property is rundown, people roaming around and doing drugs on the side of the building outside, floor trim inside the lobby tore out, wall paper pulled of the walls. Maybe be remodeling in all fairness. Didn't even bother telling them we weren't staying. Pictures don't match the property.

For a $120/night hotel, I expect a little more than what I got. The shower was dirty, sheets were stained, furniture was run-down. What was most alarming was the homeless person who was by the dumpster with a machete cutting wood that was yelling at random people in the parking lot. When I approached the front desk about him they said he "lived on the second floor". Avoid.

There was easy access right off the interstate close to restaurants and Walmart. Staff was super friendly every time we saw a staff member we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. Will definitely stay next time we visit

Motel was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The breakfast included protein (eggs and sausage). On the negative they put $100 on your card in case you damage anything there also signs saying if you where seen taking ANY FOOD from breakfast to your room they would charge you a $20 cleaning fee. These signs just made me feel somewhat unwelcome.

The breakfast, with in 1/2 hr. needed to be restocked, but it was not. Very little to start with. Did not take kindly to the $50 deposit, they checked the room before being fully checked out. No, you don't get your $50 back, it is taken off credit card bill in a few weeks.

Ceiling in upstairs hall has severe water damage. Upon arrival our rooms bathroom was still dirty. Stains on the wall and tv and remote was nasty. I cleaned that part myself with wet wipes. Area feels safe. The breakfast was good despite all the other issues.

When we came down for breakfast the area was dirty, and there was barely anything to eat. The front desk guy didn't replenish until we said something. Then acted like it was an inconvenience. He didn't even restock everything. Another customer had to ask about the waffle batter.

The check in was quick. Personnel at the front desk could have spoken more loudly. The room was clean, but very humid and we never could get the dampness out of the room. The blow dryer did not work and the back door to the property did not close securely at night. I told the front desk about the back door and was told the property makes sure it is locked at night but how does anyone staying at the hotel know this? While it was convenient to HWY 55 and many fast food options and grocery nearby, we would not stay here again.

The price was right. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Parking was ok, they are doing a little remodeling so it was a little messy but thats what happens when you remodel. The breakfast was ok. They only had waffles and cereal so not a full breakfast but it’s better than nothing. Had an outdoor pool but I don’t use it.

The room smelled like mildew and had my clothes and food smelling like it too. 0/10 would not recommend.

The condition of this hotel was horrendous. The floors throughout the hallway were filthy- food and dirt all over, giant holes in the ceilings, caution tape on doors, and for some reason a very large old wire dog kennel with a bag of dog food was sitting at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). Strong smell of urine throughout the hallways and in the room. Room itself was very dirty— bugs, hair, dirt. Requested a refund and was denied. After driving 6 hours and arriving at 10:30PM, we had to leave and find other accommodations.

You get what you pay for, front desk clerks were nice. Rooms are dated , bathroom door had a rubber piece on it that you had to lift up on it to close the door. Sketchy characters in the parking lot all the time . Door was very difficult to close . i would not stay again
