Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Jefferson City

Clean and nice as expected! Safe parking and well lit! Staff quick and professional!! We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast , so we can’t rate that. I would recommend this hotel!

Nice place to stay when you don't want to pay the high rates in Columbia for a college weekend visit. The commute isn't bad. The breakfast was "ok" It was the same both mornings, but it just wasn't great. There was some variety and options but personally I felt it could be a little better. Still a good hotel overall.

We were inadvertently charged $570 three times on our credit card when we checked it; only the Manager could fix getting it taken care of and even then there was confusion. The first room we were assigned turned out not to have hot water so cool showers made for an unpleasant end of the day. Breakfast was good; easy parking, and easy access to highway and shopping. We will look for a different place next time.

A clerk at the counter named Theo was wonderful, we had a problem with noise the first night and she moved us to a different, and quite, room and had a very pleasant demeanor.
