Travelodge by Wyndham Jefferson City

Room was not clean at all. Old bottle caps under the desk. Horribly dusty between the desk and wall. Used disposable razor cover in the bathtub. The room smelled like cajun shrimp boil, and not in a good way. Will never use this hotel again.

There are roaches in the rooms, staff didn’t do anything about it and the place is very unclean

Parking was very easy, air conditioning was good and the staff was amazing

A very good hotel for the price considering it was rather dated from the outside, but it was fairly clean and comfortable inside. The town of Frederick is rather depressed as most of it is old and boarded up, so there is not much to do. I was there for three nights and only service I received in my room was trash being taken out and fresh towels. Bed was not made. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable as it was very weak. The manager showed me the Wi-Fi antenna on a telephone pole outside, but even at 50 yards from it, it was still very weak. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave and a very large 55 inch TV. Bathroom was very clean and no mold at all. Hot water came up very fast. Would recommend if it is close to where you need to go. Definitely would go back again if needed.

So pictures are deceiving the pictures I seen prior to booking were not the way the rooms looked by any means. The staff at check in were absolutely wonderful, however that was not the case for staff at check out. The 2 men that were on shift at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. They even carried in our tremendous amount of belongings since we had to do work during the stay. Staff at check out was terrible we requested a late check out and I thought charged for a late check out but they say we did not and kicked my friend out when I was doing work stuff (the reason for the stay) and away from the room at the time which mind you she did not have anywhere to go with not knowing anyone in the area and not knowing the area to go anywhere.
