In the first room we were assigned the heat was not working. Serve quickly moved us to another room saying the HVAC unit had just been repaired. The second room(next door) was fine but he whole facility's wifi was out of service so we had to use our personal hotspot for internet.

The hotel was very eco friendly. They use solar power and have lots of recycle bins. They have these wonderful spinach Swiss mini quiches at breakfast that were so good. The offer almond and oatmiilk at breakfast too. The room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly! No issues or inquisitions when I said I was staying with my dog…I just signed a paper and paid the extra fee up front. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is so quiet and pet friendly. Lots of grass around to walk your dog around. Location is great and safe compared to other nearby properties that make you have to turn out onto very busy streets. Room was very spacious and clean and cozy. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be very well equipped.

When we arrived we were given a room which had not even been cleaned. The sofa bed was pulled out and sheets were messed up like they had been slept in and the room stank. I went down to the front desk and she immediately gave us a different room. That room was in order but it also did not smell clean. The bed was not very comfortable. It was really lumpy. Breakfast the next morning was pretty decent. It was a place to sleep but I personally wouldn't stay here again

The room nice for what I paid. It smelled. The sofa had an empty bottle of alcohol on it, that didn’t get thrown out. The sleeper sofa mattress has a stain on it. Just NOT worth it. I will not be staying here again.

Overall this is a nice property. Staff was friendly. The one thing I didn’t like was that my nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and stuffy with a mildewy smell.

When I arrived on 7/23/24 in the evening, the lady working the front was not very welcoming. When I entered the room, all seemed nice until we went to bed. I found a band-aid along with hair at the end of the blanket. I honestly was not happy with my stay; for the price, I just feel things should have been different.

The staff was rude Front desk associate Laura used inappropriate language when checking in guest was unpleasant and rude anytime I had an interaction with them. The property smelled was unkept surfaces inside the hotel room. We’re not wipe down from previous guest. You could clearly tell even overheard another guest while I was at the front desk come over and asked for towels because there room wasn’t even cleaned real unhappy with the lack of care. Motel 6 would have been better and cheaper.

It was not mentioned that the hotel was being renovated when we reserved the rooms. The breakfast was a grab and go style and had to be carried to our rooms due to the closure of the eating area due to flooding. The rooms should have been discounted.

Great hotel! Great location! The parking lot was well-lit. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! The only reason for 4-stars was because there were gnats inside the bagel/muffin tray during breakfast. That was literally the only negative part of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We were actually not on the property during the day. Mainly just slept there. Since this was the case I decided to just deal with our room smell. It was a smoke smell and was so strong we just opened the window at night and it helped quite a bit. Otherwise, I would have said something immediately We ate breakfast both mornings, and the second morning they were out of food. We ate early so it wasn't a late morning problem. It wasn't a horrible stay but I'll most likely stay somewhere else next trip to Joplin.

The room was clean and well stocked. The property as a whole is kept quite clean and the amenities are good (pool, snack bar, fitness room, TV / breakfast area at the front). I've stayed at this property three or four times and it's been good each time. Staff is always helpful, the surrounding area always seems safe, and parking is quite adequate.

Breakfast was very limited for the price it should have been much better no fried potatoes biscuit and gravy no pancakes waffles that are very less likely. Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess. But staff was nice pillows were extra soft for my liking. I might try again once renovation is over. Doing renovation they should not charge $160 a night that's ridiculous. I would not recommend right now they stated that construction should be over by May 2026 but I can't see it.
