My toilet would not flush. Maintenance sent a plunger at my request but I had to plunge just to flush toilet paper. Breakfast was the exact same both mornings and not great.

Our stay was a mixed bag. We stayed for 4 nights, and there were some good parts, but also some bad parts. Context: My friend is blind and has a service dog, so we got an ADA room. The Good: The AC was fantastic; I don't think I've been to a hotel with such a cold AC unit. The breakfast was good, but do realize it is hotel breakfast food, so don't expect 5-star cuisine. I would suggest they just use the egg patties instead of the powdered eggs. The Bad: Where should I start? For an ADA room, there were elements that were NOT ADA compliant. Thankfully, nothing that caused issues for us. But definitely would for others. The doors were too heavy, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. This was frustrating for my blind friend, so we propped it open with a trash can (The Thermostat was also not low enough for wheelchair use). Speaking of the bathroom, the fan was broken, and there was mildew on the top of the shower. On the topic of cleanliness, neither of us noticed the small sign about the cleaning situation for longer stays. So, for the whole trip, our room was never clean, supplies restocked, or trash taken out. I did go to the front for towels, but when we ran out of TP, there was no one up there, so I had to use the public one they had. I did see various bugs as well, so that wasn't fun. Overall, given the price and location, I would stay again, but not for more than a night. I think with some basic improvements it would be much better.

The first room we had wasnt eveb cleaned. It had towels left in the bathroom. They did get us another room and it was clean. It did have a bit if a smell. The extra $50 deposit wasnt disclosed until we went to check in. That would have been nice knowing before we stayed.
