The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner was sooooo loud! The room was nice and cool, but the noise from it kept us up most of the night.

The bathroom smelled of urine. The grout on the floor was not clean. Small television. Carpet in the hallway was loose and had some rips. The housekeeper had left an envelope with a preprinted message about it being used for gratuity. She had hand written “God Bless.” On the outside of the envelope. This was in very poor taste. Breakfast was OK.

When I checked in, the staff was just okay. Checking in took to long, the staff member accepted a phone call in the middle of my check in and just helped the customer on the phone (5 minutes at least) before finishing with my check in. In the a.m. check out is 11 a.m. The hotel shuts your room keys off at 8:30a.m. thus locking me out of my room. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. At the desk, the morning sraff said they were too busy at that moment to help me! He just walked away. I was locked out of my room again, 2 1/2 hours before checkout. Another gentleman from the eating area came over and helped after seeing the counter staff just walk away. He told me that the keys just stop working at 8:30 a.m. everyday. This makes no sense to me. They know it is a problem, yet do nothing to correct it.
