mostly good but the first room they put us in did not have a working tv. seems like they would check equipment in the rooms before they are available. we had to load everything back up and switch rooms. pool wasn't in great shape, no ventilation so bad chlorine fumes, bottom was dirty

Room was not very clean. You could tell that housekeeping did a poor job on whole room. Dirty floors throughout. Dirty surfaces throughout. Pool was not in service. Was NOT mentioned on their website but front desk clerk said it was posted. If i had known that we would have stayed elsewhere with a open pool. As we counted on the pool to spend our down time at. We will definitely look elsewhere and spend the money for a better hotel.

Outside of bldg good. Room no updates. Is it a roadside motel? Toilet nice and round for 5 year old. Exhaust fan runs. Because you hear it clanging down the street. Pool closed last 3 months. Repairman will be here soon. They must have bought motel cheap… Not worth hotel . Com $150 a night. Not worth $50 with dog food breakfast included

Hospitality is key. I’m not sure why one Choice Hotel cannot get another Choice Hotel to agree to use their pool. The pool was out (I wasn’t informed) and I have four boys that need to get energy out after traveling all day. I asked to use the other hotel’s pool but was not able to do so. I requested a monetary discount and was offered points. This is a poor way to handle customer service. I will not be using this hotel or this Choice Group if I can avoid it.

Everything was great except for the pool area. Pool says heated but it was still cool. Also, paint pealing off in the pool. Stuff had trouble keeping up with breakfast. Ran out quickly, and took a long time to refill things such as eggs and biscuits

Easy spot to get on/off freeway. It was very quiet and breakfast was great. Amble parking. Clean room. Reasonable price. Thanks Comfort Inns!

Parked by the end door all 3 nights since closest to room but key never worked and had to walk around to front. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. Took a while to figure out the shower but when we did the water was hot and pressure was strong. Bed was comfy. Nice lobby and breakfast area.

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great. The bathroom was very tiny (smaller than the average hotel bathroom) and the shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty. We stayed a couple days so I assumed they would be filled the next day, but they never were. I could have asked the front desk, but we got in late after our events so I just wanted to shower and go to bed. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work either so we had to go down to first floor for ice. My kids enjoyed the pool. I would stay there again and for the price it was worth it.

Property needs updating. Gym has most of the equipment not working. Room doors don’t seal light from hallway which means noise comes through as well. No bathroom in pool area. Overall price is in line with property. Breakfast was very good. Staff was attentive.

The toilets are way too low,tub had a crack in it so slightly uneven,air conditioner worked well but noisy,the pool was closed for repairs

Beds seemed clean enough but bathroom had dirty floors and mold in the tub. Breakfast was decent, but just overall unclean facility.

The location of the property was good. Door to my room was hard to open, the door handle was sticky. My keys didn't work on the second day and I had to go down to the desk to get them re-activated. A bath towel in the bathroom were permanently stained. There were two bulb out in the bathroom lights over the sink. My room was not vacuumed. Room was a bit dark and felt dingy.

The accessible room had a funky mildew smell. The dryer was broken and they had no change or the washer.

Everything was very clean, even the toilet paper was folded nicely?! The room with double queen beds is very spacious. They have a nice, clean pool, quiet and low-light halls, nice decorations, and a delicious breakfast with quite a bit of options. I definitely recommend this place. Not far from a steakhouse if that’s your thing, and not far from Missouri S&T if you’re staying to visit. Staff was very kind.

I liked everything, but the hair on my sheets.

The room was very clean, although the shower curtain may need to be replaced as it was quite yellowed and there was a great deal of mineral build up on the shower fixtures. This is the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at!

When we turned down the bed, the sheets had hair all over them. Wonder if the sheets had been changed from the last visitors?

Small crmped bathroom. Toilet seat was cheap and flimsy, pinched and moved all the time. Couch to low to the ground and uncomfortable. No access to plates and utensils . Curtains did not close all the way. Road noise from the highway. Got locked out of room

The rooms were nice and clean. Outlets were very limited and the outlets on the desk did not work.

The windows do not have black out curtains. They were see through so it was bright in the room and the road noise was loud

Beds are super comfortable, room is ridiculously quiet and spacious and always clean

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were first in room 317 and the bathroom door didn't close. We got moved to room 316. The ceiling fan did not work and the bedroom tv had no signal.

The A/C barely worked so only half our suite stayed barable. The cable on one of the TVs didn't work. The fridge was leaking all over the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hide a bed was severely outdated and worn down. The only highlight was the very friendly staff.

Went to the correct room only to find it was occupied. The gentleman in the room was very polite and came down to the desk with us to get things straightened out. We went to our new room assignment and room was old but clean. Toilet ran and it sounded like water was running through the ceiling but everything settled down. Ask for an odd numbered room because the even rooms are on the highway side and road noise was terrible! Breakfast was AMAZING! Mr Chapman was very friendly and helpful with everything. Food was great. I'll recommend this hotel because the morning made the few evening bumps not important. Just remember it is an older property. Rooms were clean.

Close to highway and the Jake brakes are loud.

2-couples traveling together came in late the staff (Kody ) was very friendly and very accommodating was able to get us two rooms very close together, which is very appreciative due to travel companion being in a wheelchair. Everything worked out great.

I liked everything about staying here. Very clean in and out, plenty of easy parking, and close enough to restaurants in Rolla. Beverly, the woman at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful.

It's a great place to stay. The staff was phenomenal, Julie and Bill, and cared about their jobs and how we were treated at the breakfast buffet was above the call of duty. The cleaning staff was friendly as well. Thanks you for making our stay enjoyable.

Front desk clerk was friendly and American so he was easy to understand. Cookies upon arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 days and the staff at this location was by far the best. Great breakfast and everyone was so friendly.

Pros: The lady at the front desk at night was kind and efficient. Linens and sheets were white and clean Cons: Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Found the front desk worker sleeping in the lounge. Room was tired and dated. Tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Shower was broken. Only a trickle came out of the shower head. Tiles were lose in the bathroom. Blood spot on pull out couch.

The stay was good but the service was great. We stayed three nights. I needed to work a full day from the hotel and from the business center to be very convenient. While in the business center, the gentleman helping with the breakfast came in a couple times and brought me drinks and snacks. Great customer service And therefore I would have to recommend this hotel.

Nice building, but that was about it. Tons of little things that added up to a tough stay. First, the "I'm not here" sign was up 80% of the time at the front desk. The clock in our room did not work, and so we finally caught the guy at the desk and asked if he could find one that works for us. No response. The bathroom was terrible, and the shower was simply dangerous. The bottom of the shower was terribly slick with no traction mat or tape. There wasn't even one space to set anything...absolutely no place for razor or shaving cream. The coffee in the room was never resupplied after the first night. We are in our 70's and they stuck us on the third floor and said there were no more senior rooms available. We stay often in Rolla and this will be our first and last time at this hotel.

Quiet for being right next to I-44

We were very appreciative of the lady who checked us in when we arrived. What a very nice, welcoming, lady! Very clean, beds were comfy, easy access to the highway.

I had occasional wake ups due to traffic noise, but it's also Thanksgiving week, and I am sure that has a great deal to do with it! The Breakfast Buffet was great with many hot and cold choices 😋

The breakfast was pretty good. Served biscuits/gravy (and the biscuits were NOT rock hard like most hotel breakfasts), bacon, eggs, muffins, and waffles. Breakfast was included. Room was clean. Overall, good stay.

Room was clean and ready to go! Breakfast included regular continental items, but also scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy.

My stay was overall fine. I guess I had a bit too high expectation after reading the other reviews about the breakfast selection. They did have a lot of options (Thanks for yogurt), but the only hot meal - scrambled egg, bacon and biscuits, were out when I got there about 8am. (They also had a waffle maker I didn't try, to be clear as saying "hot meal") Coffee was out too, which disappointed me more. There was one lady taking care of everything so I waited until things were refilled. The room was pretty clean. The AC was off when I arrived so it was a bit humid and smelled like, you know, closed humid room. But that's fine. Bathroom was clean. I think the bathtub was installed recently. No mold or any dirt. It might be tight for tall people thou. I'm 5'3" and I probably had like 12" clearance overhead. The showerhead was right at my head height. I was liking the inn until I encountered a bug - probably it was a roach. It appeared at the night, I was freaked out but also sleepy. As it flew toward the door, away from the bed, I decided not to think about it. I closed all my luggage hoping it's not in any of my bags and went to bed. Next morning, I was still worried, but found it dead (hopefully it was the same individual) on the floor. I understa it'd be impossible to block bugs 100%, but it was unfortunate that it appeard on the day I stayed. i've done couple of road trips and stayed at cheap motels. This place was not terrible, but I had to reduce stars due to the bug...
