Definitely 10/10 customers service was great! The rooms was clean! I could never get up on time for breakfast but it smell so good! And parking was great!

Upon checking in on a Saturday night the clerk was very nice & helpful. Clean rooms. One big issue was we were told breakfast ended at 10. The website also said 10 on Saturdays & Sundays. We went down right before 9 & it was empty & closing up. A small sign on the wall at the breakfast area said 9. Well, we wouldn't have seen that sign checking in. And the clerk & website told us otherwise. The next morning we did get the typical bland hotel breakfast. I hated the overinflated balloon like pillows. Bed was comfortable. Dirty washcloth hanging from the shower. I've been in better & been in much worse. This was fine. I don't think I'd stay again though unless I got a very good rate.

Disappointed with our BW visit. Front desk gal was slow in all ways to check in, one customer she was helping took over 20 minutes with him alone. Therefore we waited over those same 20 minutes for our own check in. No carts for our luggage transport and her response for finding us one was “come back in a little bit”. My husband is handicapped, long day of travel and this was the welcome. Trash in our rooms bathroom trash can, upon our arrival. Our request for a handicapped room ended up being the farthest room with only one main entry, so we would have to walk to the front door. A lot on an amputee. A/C great & shower head wonderful. Just didn’t feel like the cleanliness was to standards we prefer. All motels/hotels should live up to being the BEST, or don’t use it in the name.

I'm not sure what the hotel used to be, but there have definitely been upgrades and renovations. There didn't seem to be much walking distance but lots of delivery food available. Water pressure in the shower wasn't tops but it wasn't bottom either
