Drury Plaza Hotel St Louis Union Station

Very satisfying

Overall rooms were clean and so was the hotel. Breakfast has always been amazing when we stay. During our time there the hotel was under construction but the crew they hired was nothing but pleasant and the guests always came first. The only downfall to our stay was we noticed a large bug in the pool area which we think was a cockroach. Since it was an old building under construction we are not holding a negative review to this experience. Hotel staff and maintenance took care of this situation right away.

Room was clean, earning 2 stars. However, this location is right next to a kid's theme park so the indoor pool is a huge selling feature for families. A lot of kids all over the place. Hot tub was broken. They said it just happened, but it's in other reviews and they were downright rude about it. Food provided at the happy hour is hotdogs, chips and cheese... kid themed food. Would not stay here again. Parking is $19.

Great location, loved the vibe!

This hotel is so beautiful and accommodating. The staff are all wonderful, kind, and courteous. Hotel served breakfast and dinner along with adult beverages everyday after 5pm. This hotel is right across the street from fun activities to do with the family and very family friendly. The hotel does well at maintaining their property with updates and renovations, unfortunately they were in the middle of doing some while we were there so one of their elevators were not available. Other than that, this was a wonderful stay and I would choose it all over again.
