Super clean nice staff and it is in the middle of big areas although not near to much transportation. Room was nice and cold which was needed. It was a pretty small hotel no pool or outside area to at least enjoy the outside.

4 cars were broken into over ONE night being there. That was with four cameras on the building and a gate around the parking lot. The staff was constantly on their phones. No communication about the break ins. You can tell they tried to update but floors were dirty, bathroom door would not latch, structurally uneven. Breakfast was decent minus the broken machines. Overall, it felt very unsafe.

Hotel was ok. Area is sketchy. Vehicle was broken into overnight along with about 6 other vehicles. I was told they’re not responsible and I needed to call PD. They did lend me a dust pan and garbage bag to clean up the glass. No one from the hotel staff or management ever followed up on it. Other guys in my group stayed down the road at The Pear Tree and Residence Inn and had a better experience.

I liked the convivence of the location. It was close to HWY 44 and the St. Louis Zoo. But I didn't have the best experience. The first room we went to was not clean, so we had to go down and get another room. The breakfast was limited and not restocked, my son had a splash of warm milk for his cereal. The fitness room water and treadmill wasn't working. The lamp by the bed was broken and the shower was loud and not working properly. I feel like the upkeep of the hotel could be better for the price.

The hotel seems nice enough but it is located in a shady area. When leaving last night, there was someone working the cars for handouts. The parking lot is well-lit and there is one gate shut and locked, but I still worried leaving our car in the lot overnight.

The area around this hotel was similar to many in larger cities. The hotel had a high fence around it, and the neighborhood appeared sketchy. I felt my belongings and I were safe in the parking lot. I wouldn't feel safe going out for a jog. The price for a night was reasonable. The hotel was recently remodeled and looked great everywhere I looked. The staff was efficient and helpful.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are good size and very clean. Staff is super nice and very professional. The toilet in our room was not working (water issue). The receptionist was nice to give us a different room promptly. However the floor on which our room was located had big drying fans running all the time, which was annoying. None of the ice makers on any floor, except on the ground floor were working. I hope they fix all the maintenance issues soon.

We have been staying while taking treatment at Siteman Cancer Center in St Loius. Our first 2 visits the bathrooms were clean and the time the bathrooms floors were dirty and the shower was dirty long black hair on the floor. I shared my concerns, no response. This last visit none of floors were clean, especially the bathroom. Nice place housekeeper not doing a good job.

The location is right off the highway, so convenient to almost anywhere. Staff nice, friendly, it was quiet. Best thing about breakfast is the waffle imo...the sausage is terrible (that's any Comfort Inn I've booked). The bed looked inviting (clean linen, nicely made) but that mattress was not very comfortable. The metal mattress support clanked & squeaked with EVERY move or if you touched the bed. It definitely wasn't cleaned properly. Hair in the shower, bathroom floor & on the toilet seat lid as if someone had just combed their hair. Dust, hair, crumbs etc visible around the bed, under table/chairs. I bought my own cleaning products to clean/sanitize (I always do). But shouldn't have to do an entire bathroom cleaning. I was too tired to gather all my things & move for the 2nd night, besides I didn't want to potentially have to clean another room. I use Comfort Suites a lot, I usually stay at a different location, decided to try this one. The trim in the room and the lobby fell off by simply bumping into it. Unsure I would stay here again.

First room they had us in was still clearly being treated for some water issues, in fact the whole 2nd floor smelled moldy. They moved us to a different floor, and the second room at least wasn't moldy, but the floors were gross and the toilet didn't flush properly.

Based on the “good reviews” I booked this 1 night stay while traveling. Room was filthy. Smelled like sweat and BO. In between sheets were hairs 2 types. Stains on pillow. Bathroom was dirty, hairs on shower floor and wall. Constant noise of the refrigerator dripping and electric buzz. Road noise from the highway. Spend an extra $20/night and stay somewhere else. Deeply regret staying here

We were staying for Opening Day. It looked very nice, and smelled of fresh paint. We turned the air conditioner on and sounded like s freight train going through the room. I called the front desk, the very friendly maintenance gentleman camebup right away. He quickly determined it needed to be replaced. Sure enough, he camebup with another and replaced it. That was so nice. Everything was going great until the next morning when wevtook our showers. Not hot water. I could get hot water from the sink faucet, but not the shower. Friday morning one ofbusvtookbour shower early. They had hotvwater. I took minevlater, NO hot water. That definitely did not help. You could herebpeoplevwalking abovebyou, the shower had ahigh pitched squeal, you coild hear the others as well.

Room 309’s door has a large crack/gap at the top. The metal bed frame echoed and rattled with every little movement. There was a small amount of blood on the inside of the bathroom door under the handle. There was no ac in the hallways of the 3rd floor and a slight musty smell in the room.

Our room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast had many options for if you want a big breakfast vs a light breakfast. The parking lot was big enough to always have a spot to park at the end of each day. The staff We’re all pleasant. A good hotel for our short friend trip.

Great location for people looking to attend events at Chaifetz arena in STL. 10 minute drive away! I enjoyed the room, but I did notice that the floors (vinyl wood plank flooring) were not very clean. Everything else was good though. The metal bed frames were a little loud when getting in bed. Breakfast selections were good.

The rooms were fine, but we arrived around 5p, got checked in, and when we got to our room there were still cleaners. I told the front desk and was asked if we could wait 5 minutes. We were in a time crunch but I guess had no choice. Almost 20 minutes later we were still waiting and very unfortunately this caused us to be late to our event. I booked this hotel for the good reviews and proximity to our destination. I would not stay again.

When we checked in the staff photocopied the front and back of my credit card. I saw this and made them give me the copy so I could destroy it. Absolutely unacceptable! Toilet leaked. Needed to use a printer and staff said they didn’t have one. Shower was luke warm.

Currently waiting on them to refund us the $700 THEY STOLE FROM US. Our room was $140, they charged my card at 6am the day of our booking even though it was a reservation and they weren't supposed to until check in, NO note saying they did it early. Because of this we had to switch our cards which was no big deal, but when switching from my debit card to my partner's credit card, they charged ME an extra $160 and charged $160 to my partner's credit card and then charged it $140 TWICE for a grand total of $720 for a $140. We had no money after this obviously, so we had to abandon our anniversary, do absolutely nothing the entire trip, and leave early. They were extremely snarky with us when we asked when the refund would go through like they didn't max out an entire credit card and we have not seen ANY of that money since. I hope I never have the displeasure of seeing this place again.

Because of this we had to switch our cards which was no big deal, but when switching from my debit card to my partner's credit card, they charged ME an extra $160 and charged $160 to my partner's credit card and then charged it $140 TWICE for a grand total of $720 for a $140. We had no money after this obviously, so we had to abandon our anniversary, do absolutely nothing the entire trip, and leave early. They were extremely snarky with us when we asked when the refund would go through like they didn't max out an entire credit card and we have not seen ANY of that money since. I hope I never have the displeasure of seeing this place again.

4 cars were broken into over ONE night being there. That was with four cameras on the building and a gate around the parking lot. The staff was constantly on their phones. No communication about the break ins. You can tell they tried to update but floors were dirty, bathroom door would not latch, structurally uneven. Breakfast was decent minus the broken machines. Overall, it felt very unsafe.

Hotel was ok. Area is sketchy. Vehicle was broken into overnight along with about 6 other vehicles. I was told they’re not responsible and I needed to call PD. They did lend me a dust pan and garbage bag to clean up the glass. No one from the hotel staff or management ever followed up on it. Other guys in my group stayed down the road at The Pear Tree and Residence Inn and had a better experience.

The hotel seems nice enough but it is located in a shady area. When leaving last night, there was someone working the cars for handouts. The parking lot is well-lit and there is one gate shut and locked, but I still worried leaving our car in the lot overnight.

Overall this is a good property. The part of town was a bit sketchy but felt safe here. Seems to have been fairly recently renovated and beds were really good. We were tired and were able to fall into the beds and sleep.

Front desk clerks/managers were not friendly or welcoming except for one clerk. Her name was Ana I believe. She was very helpful. The bathtub was dirty and the drain backed up while showering. The breakfast was gross! Sausage patty’s were under cook. The bananas were green and cereal was stale.

Our room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast had many options for if you want a big breakfast vs a light breakfast. The parking lot was big enough to always have a spot to park at the end of each day. The staff We’re all pleasant. A good hotel for our short friend trip.

Great location for people looking to attend events at Chaifetz arena in STL. 10 minute drive away! I enjoyed the room, but I did notice that the floors (vinyl wood plank flooring) were not very clean. Everything else was good though. The metal bed frames were a little loud when getting in bed. Breakfast selections were good.

The staff was friendly and fast. The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's near downtown and clear to many restaurants and 8 minute drive to America's Dome, which is where we were going. Overall wonderful stay. Free hot breakfast was nothing special but perfect as something included. Highly recommend

The floor in room was dirty from a/c unit being cleaned. Request room to be cleaned. They never did clean. Breakfast was soso. The hot food was actually cold. Did not feel comfortable where hotel was located.

The room was clean enough and comfortable for one night. It was unseasonably hot out and the A/C struggled a bit to keep up, but we made it work. The location was okay, but was a pretty long walk (or expensive uber) from anything we really wanted to do. My only big critique was about the laundry facilities. I booked this room I large part because it had laundry available (in the middle of a long trip). The laundry did exist and was open to use, and was about $7 a load to wash and dry. This would be okay, but to use it you had to download an app and make a minimum payment of $10. There was no laundry soap available near the machines so I asked at the desk. They had soap for sale for $3, but only for cash and had no change. Luckily I had a $5 so the desk attendant suggested I just give him the rest as a “tip.” So, my $10/load laundry cost me $15, which felt less than ideal. If you’re planning on laundry, definitely plan ahead!

Check in was great. Room seemed to need some better cleaning. Toilet seemed to have a drainage issue. And when we left at 3:30am due to family member feeling ill, no one was at the desk both times i went to the vehicle to load up. So just put key near keyboard on desk. Dissapointed in that no one being there, as this is not in the best area. But felt safe on property. Just disturbing that no one was at the desk. And paying that price, does not seem justified. Bang for my buck.

breakfast was excellent! location was great because it was away from downtown and major highways. it also has a gas station in front. lots of free parking in a gated property. also very comfy beds and was pleasantly surprised the room has wood laminate flooring and not carpeted. however, the toilet bowl was wobbly! glad it didn't create any mess though. please fix the wobbly toilet bowl!
