Great heritage site turned into a luxurious hotel

Hotel is beautiful and it’s right in the middle of all the activities (ropes course, rides, mini golf, etc…). I made the mistake of taking the train from the airport thinning the hotel was accessible directly from the union station stop. It is not. I had to carry suitcases up stairs and I walked into the aquarium entrance where a very sweet and kind information services lady took me to the hotel side via a short cut. You need a room key to utilize the shortcut tho so had it not been for her I would have had to walk a block or so around. Not a big deal but with a little kid, not ideal. The hotel is huge and spread out a but within the old train station but the facilities were really nice, all the attractions were clean and fun. Overall I’d highly recommend it. One thing to note, the pool was closed - no water in it at all (not sure why)? Doesn’t seem it’s been used in a while.

Hotel was amazing. Check in process was very slow and understaffed. Other than that, everything was great.

You have to pay for parking.
