Super 8 by Wyndham St Robert Ft Leonard Wood Area

Pool was closed, no breakfast, entire third floor under construction, and stains all over the place. None of which was mentioned when booking. I even called and asked about amenities before booking and wasn’t told anything in regards to that. We left less than 10 minutes after arriving

Ad said free breakfast. No breakfast at all. Coffee in room only.

It was ok the bed was not vary

The front entry of the hotel was clean and looked decent, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room we got was a 2 queen beds,They didn’t vacume the floors there was trash on the floor, there was a dirty dry wash clothe on top of the shower curtain, furniture is old and needs cleaned, sheets and blankets had burnt cigarette holes in them, the tile in the bathroom were broken and kept lifting up. The towels were dirty, it just was old outdated and Not cleaned, so much we made sure to check for bed bugs my kids didn’t sleep underneath the hotels covers, because it was nasty.

Sign for breakfast was not true false advertising for breakfast. Mold in bathroom, condition of whole hoyel was unacceptable. Pool out of order, and hot water was mislabeled. .... trying to complain is hard and no where listed on hotels.com or the website fir hotel itself squished roach on wall and smell is horrid like a gym locker.. carpet is so disgusting throughout hotel..
