Check in was very pleasant. The woman at the front desk was very nice. Arrived to our room and it was warm and stuffy. Dropped our bags, turned temperature down and went to eat. Came back and all was cool. As far as the room being clean- there was a piece of tile by the tub floor off the wall laying there and the carpet was questionable. Indoor pool was heated and clean. (No towels). No hot tub. 😢. Breakfast was awesome with a nice variety. All said and done. If in the area I would stay again. Thanks.

Great room. I had my lab with me and they put me close to the exit door but not right next to it. They had a dog area. Great outdoor lighting. Smoking area. Great staff. Got breakfast.

The room was very dirty. There were multiple cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the tub was black, the shower head was coming out of the wall, and the room was hot and didnt cool much at all. I would not stay here again.

Check in was quick & easy. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was stained towards the bottom & needed to be replaced. The bottom of the shower was stained. I feel that it was cleaned but the appearance looked dirty which made me slightly uncomfortable using it.

The staff was excellent! The hotel was clean, a little dated and needed some repairs. Curtain would not close had to get staff to help me. Door would not lock unless you pulled really hard.

The suite was absolutely amazing. It was very roomy, the bathroom was huge and it was at end of hallway where only had 1 neighbor which is great especially when traveling with kids. The king bed and pull out bed were super comfy. Only issue we had was the water pressure wasnt the greatest.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was modern and clean. I was surprised there were no USB charging ports in the room. The shower head had very low flow and I found a long hair in the shower. Breakfast was good but they had no brewed coffee. Only a machine that that appeared to be a concentrate coffee maker. I saw three almost full cups of coffee in the garbage so I'm guessing it wasn't very good. I had some juice and picked up coffee down the road. I would stay again.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The safety lock on the room door did not work and the refrigerator was not working. The tv did not work at first, but they fixed that for us right away. The breakfast and coffee were good.

We had late check in. Check in attendant was very friendly and efficient. Well lot parking lot. Clean comfortable room. I was traveling with my MIL and asked for us to be next to each other and they accommodated me with my needs.

The hotel was busy during my stay and the town had numerous events going on during the weekend. When I couldn’t get a taxi or rideshare to take me across town, one of the hotel staff that had just ended their shift offered to take me to my destination. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was asked multiple times if they could help me with anything. The breakfast each morning was pretty good. My stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel..

Employee that was working the front desk did not explain herself very well and was very rude when I asked questions regarding the price difference that I online and what the actual rate was. She was very inpatient and rude.

Great place to stay were it not for the front desk personnel that were not very well trained. Clerk had difficulty finding my reservation on check in but after a couple of calls managed to get it right. On check-out clerk spent an inordinate amount of time trying to straighten out another guest’s bill - so much so that I agreed to have my bill emailed to me, which didn’t happen until I called them the next day. Bill only included additional charges, not the total. Explanation was that since the reservation was made through a third party the information was not available, curious because I had no trouble getting a bill from three other places I had stayed during my trip. It’s a real shame to have what was a pleasant stay downgraded because of front desk incompetence.

I booked a double Queen room. Upon arriving, they handed me the key card and after walking to the room realized they had given me a single king bed room. Unfortunately they did not have any more double queen rooms so they didn’t reserve my reservation nor were they willing to comp me a room so that I would ultimately receive the double beds I paid for. Thumbs down, poor customer service.

This is a well maintained property. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast was was excellent. They have a yogurt machine and an espresso machine (not coffee makers with coffee pots). This was a full breakfast with fresh baked biscuits. It was great.

We had to make an unexpected pit stop to get out of stormy weather and thankfully there was a room available at the Best Western Plus. The front desk was friendly both at check-in and check-out, the beds were comfortable and hot breakfast was available in the morning. It made an inconvenience turn into a pleasure. we had many other choices for places to stay, but this was one of the best prices and far exceeded my expectations for the price we paid. We were very happy we chose to stay here.

Room was clean and the AC was excellent. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot food like sausage, biscuits, scrambled eggs and sausage gravy. They also had toast, bagels, a waffle maker, packages of oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. Coffee, juice, hot tea or coca and apples and oranges. The price was excellent and I will stay there again whenever I am in the area. Just a couple of miles to Lamberts.

Short stay while on the road. Just one night. Bed comfortable, room clean. Breakfast could have been better. The coffee was not hot, the sausage was too done. Waffle made on site was great. Had variety offered just not wowed with the results. Location to restaurant for supper was excellent. Easy to find from the interstate.

We were travelling through and were pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the hotel was. Also breakfast was great with eggs and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.

This is a well maintained property. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast was was excellent. They have a yogurt machine and an espresso machine (not coffee makers with coffee pots). This was a full breakfast with fresh baked biscuits. It was great.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was modern and clean. I was surprised there were no USB charging ports in the room. The shower head had very low flow and I found a long hair in the shower. Breakfast was good but they had no brewed coffee. Only a machine that that appeared to be a concentrate coffee maker. I saw three almost full cups of coffee in the garbage so I'm guessing it wasn't very good. I had some juice and picked up coffee down the road. I would stay again.

It was clean & nice, but the person greeting us was not very personable, just rattled off the lines of the hotel policies. It felt like they went cheap on things like toilet paper, kleenex, towels, bathroom sink drain didn't work, bathtub was slippery, and no charging ports for electronics, just regular plug- ins. The breakfast was just okay, but the eggs were terrible and there was not enough seating. Also no tea in the room for those who do not drink coffee & you couldn't get in the breakfast area to get some.

your stock photo of the lobby doesn't properly describe the hotel we stayed in. The hotel lobby was very dark and outdated and the breakfast area furniture needed to be replaced as it it very wornout. the room bathroom in particular needed a complete remodel, tile missing or coming off of the baseboard. paint peeling and bubbling off of the walls. the tv remote didn't work only got one channel and had to unplug to shut it off before we went to bed for the evening. we received a first floor room because the elevator was out of order. the continental breakfast coffee was distasteful and really not drinkable. I would not recommend this hotel to another traveler.

The hotel was okay. Definitely not the standard of other Best Western plus facilities I have stayed in. The hallways were hot. Our room was also hot - we had the air turned all the way down. The 2nd day in, I asked the front desk about it and they came up and shoved the curtains back in the window sill. This is a bad design and they need to either get some shorter curtains (the air was going behind the curtains) or figure some other design out. Even doing that, it still got warm in our room that night - when I pay $150+ per night, I expect to be comfortable.
