We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast steamer to keep food warm needed to keep foods a little hotter. Maybe offer some scrambled eggs. Pool was nice. It was a quiet, peaceful stay. Will stay again when visiting family

Staff was rude, found a vape pen under the bed, my child could have easily found first. Room smelled (probably from last person who was vaping in there...) Vending didn't work, would not allow late check out.

Maid service is poor. Previous guest bar soap left in shower with stuck pubes on it. Shampoo tube ran out during second head. Sausage links were room temp. I’ve come to realize today’s hotels offer one type of yogurt (strawberry- banana). Butter pats came straight from the freezer. Front desk was great. Don’t base your stay on an expectation of a wonderful breakfast. Learned they do not pay for any local channels. Direct tv only. Good for sleeping and in town business. Our room , (so not all rooms), had the adjoining wall to the hot tub pump and motor. When they ran, it was deafening in our room(119). Suggest asking for another room if they pawn this one off on you.

Its winter my kids used the indoor pool for a few hrs they liked it as kids would but i felt like the pool was too cool other than that great stay clean place to stay i like clean its my number 1 Pet pee

West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.

This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and very comfortable. The pool was clean however not as nice in person as the photos made it seem. My only complaint is there is a strong perfume odor throughout the whole hotel it would be nicer if it smelled clean instead of perfumy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare decent but nothing fantastic.

One of the rooms that I had reserved had old bar soap and hair in the shower. When checking in it’s like you are on trial with all the questions. I ordered my rooms online and put everything in there that they needed to know. I’ve never had that happen when checking in. Usually it’s your name, ID and you sign a paper and get your room # and key. Not something I wanted to deal with after a 7 hour straight through road trip.

Very clean property! The guy checking us in was very friendly and the room was decorated very nicely! It was quiet and convenient – just off 63 Highway. Lots of good options within a few miles for dinner.

Unfortunately our first room we were assigned smelled terrible- as if there was a cat litter box in the room. The front desk attendant kindly agreed to switched room when I asked. The 2nd room smelled so good- amazing scent of cleaning supplies. However after being in the room for not even 5 min 3 roaches came crawling out the alarm clock. I packed my belongings and quickly went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund. Thankfully they granted a full refund!

Breakfast and staff that morning were good. The room was subpar-strange smell, awful towels, dirty/stained tub, overall feeling of not so clean room. The tv was so horrible and the picture was blurry. Super disappointed in this choice

There are no restaurants nearby this hotel. There is a Huddle House listed but It is permanently closed. The room i was given was on the very top floor and all the way at the end closest to the intestate . went back to the desk and asked for a different room only to be told there wasn't any and i was checking in early around 3pm. Thank goodness my wife suggested ear plugs.

The staff are snobby and rude. The lady at the front desk with green eye shadow on and green nails literally threw my ID at me. Horrible staff, won’t be back.

The first night I got there I told staff I would be checking in late, so I get my cards and go to the room. It's not even 10 pm so I have my cousins come over and see me since I'm out of town. Not even two seconds after I walk into my room the man at the front desk calls and tells me I have too many people in my room and he's watching me on the camera because of this. The way he talked to me made me feel like a child, I was very dissatisfied with the way he handled the situation. I told him if your watching those cameras, pay attention to the time too because they still have time to be here and they are going to leave soon. We were not loud or doing anything. My cousins were all under the age of 9. Very rude staff man, other than him it was perfect. Horrid breakfast though, but hotel is cheap so can't be mad.

The check in person was cold and kind of rude. He kept talking over me like he had to get through his speech regardless of if i had questions. I asked if there was anything gluten free offered during the breakfast and he was very rude about it. I get if you dont know but seems like he could have tried to find answers for me. The room looked okay but the beds were creaky and lumpy. The pillows were really bad. The walls were thick enough that we didnt hear neighbors but the door was paper thin and we could hear a mouse fart in the hall. The floors must also be thin becausw we heard every step and thrust made in the room above us. The ac was also very loud. So not a great experience. The breakfast was great though and did in fact have lots of items that were gluten free.

The room i was given was on the very top floor and all the way at the end closest to the intestate . went back to the desk and asked for a different room only to be told there wasn't any and i was checking in early around 3pm. Thank goodness my wife suggested ear plugs.

We stay here every time we head to West Plains. Staff are friendly, breakfast is just right, location is perfect for us. Room to park with a work trailer is a bonus.

The property and room were pleasing clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, no eggs; but did have potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a waffles maker etc. The room did have an odor like cigar smoke, but we brought a room freshener and it seemed to take care of it. We did make the staff aware of the odor.

This is a good hotel. Beds are comfortable, nice size, breakfast was the best of any hotel ive been to in a long time. Lots of options.

Clean bed. Clean room. No bugs noted. Breakfast was horrible. The only thing edible was the cereal and milk. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy tasted like i'd imagine canned cat food tasting.

When I got to the registration desk I saw the note that the third floor was being remodeled and workers would be there 8am to 8pm. There was only a room on the second floor. We had a non-refundable reservation so we had no choice but to stay. They were definitely working up there. We would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known. Without the remodeling it would be an excellent stay. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and a very generous breakfast.

There was a mixup with my booking and the staff told be it was resolved but charged me a second time. I will have to dispute to get this resolved and that was completely unnecessary. The staff acted like it was an inconvenience to just go to the desk for a customer. It was very disappointing.

The hotel looked clean, but had an old feel. The carpet in our room smelled like wet dog. When we checked in there was nowhere to park. Upon asking the night desk worker where to park, he pointed to the handicap parking spots on live camera screen and said to park in the spots for the special people. That was a bother right away 😣. The morning clerk was helpful and breakfast was good. Not sure we’d stay here again.

This is a very pretty & clean hotel. Staff was kind & friendly . Pool area very nice. Breakfast was excellent, very nice & clean area with good food. A lot of variety for everyone. Only issue was the TV. They have internet TV & it was going in & out constantly. Would definitely stay here again!
