Check in went fine. Picked hotel because it was close to heach and had a pool.the beach was across the street but dirty. We went to the pool, it was full of green slime and mold. Asked for clean towels and was asked to bring the dirty ones to the office to exchange towels. Not a happy customer

This hotel is as good as any other medium price hotel for much less the cost. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and you can drive up to your door.

Check in lady was hateful and rude tired charging me $15..00 a day for each of my granddaughter's because they were over the age of 7, and the room she gave us was nasty and dirty i have pictures of the room. The guy on night shift was nice and friendly he gave us another room it was cleaner than the first room. The add for this place said free daily self service breakfast which was a lie breakfast was only Saturday and Sunday and not very good and the lady that worked breakfast was hateful and mean. And there was nowhere to wash clothes like the add said and housekeeping only cleaned 1 time on the third day but didn't change bedding. And people partied outside of our room door and kept us up late. Also there was nothing said about $100.00 deposit at check in time when booking room. I was very very disappointed in this place will never stay there again,! The lady working the front desk when we checked in and out should learn how to talk to people without being mean,hateful and rude!

Like the location only had one working ice machine the other one was down. The first two days the pool was awful almost ready to turn green but they did shock it and get it back looking good before we left.

Horrible experience! Place smelled awful. Beer cans everywhere. Beds were not cleaned. Pubic hair all over the shower. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel.

Ok, I will start by saying that the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Nonetheless, the rooms were HORRIBLE!! Spiders and roaches, dirty walls, stains in the tub and our room had a gap at the front door that we put a town down to cover! Now, we dealt with it because there was no other rooms available the weekend we were there! Also, the floor panels were coming up! I was terrified and didn’t get any rest. The area was next to a go cart place!

The room and property was very clean, staff were amazing. Price was unbeatable. The room was clean but also very apparent of its age. Vanity light didn’t work, power sockets were worn causing our plugs not staying plugged in. Overall, we were still happy with everything. Cheap price, great location and a clean and safe place to sleep. Can’t beat it!

Everything was good except the room needs to be updated. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. The room needed a make over. The linen was outdated. The bathroom door was sticking. It was okay just for the overnight stay.

Cant say much. The door coners were rusty, the wifi didnt work. The person on duty actually came to my room. He said there was indeed a problem. They were going to call the ISP or the tech company to get it fixed. However, the widi was out for my entire stay. They didn't even have the decency to tell me what if any progress was made to addres the issue. I expected better conditions and service. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is right across the street from the beach, close to shopping and food and also the Mississippi Coast Coliseum where we like to attend concerts. For the price point in comparison to nearby hotels, it's not a bad deal. Pros: location, price, pillows surprisingly comfortable, great water pressure in the shower Cons: breakfast is toast, cereal or waffles. Beds are old. Hotel is old but not unreasonable.

will NOT book here again toilet didnt flush. Tv wouldnt come on front desk clerk didn't know how to turn it on then when she finally got it on the volume didnt work so she kept coming with codes ( that she pretend to put in ) to reset the tv she said she was going to have her manager come take a look at it but no one ever came ! phone didnt work to call for help cus the cord was ripped from the wall so if i had a problem i had to drive or walk to the front desk

Our stay was quite pleasant. The lady working got us into the room we requested. They were all very friendly and as they would walk the grounds greet us and ask if we needed anything. Our last night there, there was an issue with the door. They got out there as quickly as possible to take care of it. Great service. This location could use some upgrades, but nothing horrible. No complaints here. And we definitely plan on staying here again.

Overall a good stay. Had a few issues. When I was checking in, on a Thursday, and asked about breakfast I was informed that because they don't do much business on week days that they on serve breakfast on weekends. One of the reason I booked this place is because it stated that they had a breakfast, didn't state on certain days. Our family's first and ***LAST*** time staying here. I would absolutely recommend going up the road and staying at Bayfront Inn for better service and cheaper better rooms. I should've known what I was getting into when I walked in and the guy at the front desk was on the phone arguing with another customer for about 20 minutes about why he's over charging for a room. Our TV didn't work, lock on the door was broken, air conditioner didn't work properly, and you may as well forget about the free wifi it's HORRIBLE and we couldn't use it the whole weekend. And to add insult to injury these people accused us of stealing a pillow and kept our deposit!!! A CHEAP MOTEL PILLOW!!! Why on earth would we want to take your nasty cheap pillow that I had to wrap in a towel to sleep on??? They can just accuse you of anything with no proof at all just to keep your deposit. I asked if he would check the cameras and show us leaving with a pillow. Also, check out time is 11:00 am, but they will deactivate your key card around 10:40 a.m. We thought it was just us until we heard others complaining about not being able to get back in there rooms. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. There are better, more affordable places on the beach to stay.

I give this place 5 stars because it's worth the price and it's the perfect location. Hotel conditions are more of a 3 star but the location and employees make it worth it. Perfect for couples and/or families of all ages. We have stayed twice this summer once without the kids and once with them. It's now are go to hotel in Biloxi Breakfast is slim on choices but waffle house is walking distance

From the moment we checked in, which by the way was just under an hour earlier as a smoking room was available at that time. We were informed that the smoking rooms were not as fancy as the non but we really was looking for a place to sleep. Our room was close to the pool and to the Breakfast Room were were enjoyed a nice breakfast the next morning complete with waffles. The employees we talked with was very friendly and eager to assist. Would we stay here again? In a heart beat.

Check in lady was hateful and rude tired charging me $15..00 a day for each of my granddaughter's because they were over the age of 7, and the room she gave us was nasty and dirty i have pictures of the room. The guy on night shift was nice and friendly he gave us another room it was cleaner than the first room. The add for this place said free daily self service breakfast which was a lie breakfast was only Saturday and Sunday and not very good and the lady that worked breakfast was hateful and mean. And there was nowhere to wash clothes like the add said and housekeeping only cleaned 1 time on the third day but didn't change bedding. And people partied outside of our room door and kept us up late. Also there was nothing said about $100.00 deposit at check in time when booking room. I was very very disappointed in this place will never stay there again,! The lady working the front desk when we checked in and out should learn how to talk to people without being mean,hateful and rude!

The room was ran down and door didn’t deadbolt very well. Also the breakfast SUCKED and wasn’t much than cereal, muffin’s, toast and mini waffles. The juices were hot and nasty! They only allowed you two bath towels and two wash clothes a day and one roll of toilet paper. The house keeping supervisor is very rude and loud to me she seems very rude and hateful to others as in staff too. 😡😡😡 the place can use ALOT OF TLC and remodeling the only good thing was the bed was very comfortable

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room. We had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed very comfortable and bathroom was dated but very clean. Great stay had a nice view of the gulf, right across the street is Shaggy’s, the reef and Waffle House. We will definitely stay here again next time we are here.

Our room was spotless and the AC worked very well. One of the cleanest older hotels that we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Biloxi! Good job!!!

Well I reserved and paid for a king room handicapped. I got a 2:queen bath tub room.....the vending machine did not work. Breakfast was a few muffins.....I won't be back.
