The hotel is well kept and maintained for this being a lower end brand it was nice to see the pride they take in the facility.

I didn't like having my gas siphoned and you have no outside cameras.

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and quiet and the staff is always friendly. Nice pool area too.

We stay here whenever we are passing thru. Rooms are always clean. Smell good. Front desk staff is always friendly. We feel safe here and it is always quiet.

Upon arrival, I asked about towels in the room. The front desk manager said, "there's 3 in there already". I informed him we are a family of 4 with 2 young children (which i was required to input their ages). The manager came back with 1 extra "set" of towels. When we got into the room, I realized we would need 2 more regular towels for my hair and the floor. When I returned to the desk and requested this, first I was told there were only little hand towels left. I said that was fine and re-stated why we had a need. The manager walked through the door behind the desk and made zero attempt to hide his anger for my towel request as he loudly exclaimed, "Jesus Christ!" I apologized for putting him out, said we just drove 10 hours and have a funeral in the morning. The rudest 'manager' ever. I was extremely polite and all I needed was some towels. And judging by the near empty parking lot outside, it would seem there should be plenty available. And the room? Disgusting. So sketchy we arent sleeping under covers or putting things on the floor. The "complimentary coffee pot" has enough dust and grime on it to scare a teenage boy. Bathroom vents filled with crud and dust. Comforters are stained. Bathroom floor dirty. Toilet paper was open and already half-used. They left it from the previous guest. Disgusting. I will never stay at one again.

We spent one night passing through on our way to the gulf. Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was ok. Bedding was clean but the room in general hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Thick dust on baseboards and between furniture. The flooring was coming up in the middle of the room and my husband tore his sock on it. Good price for just a place to sleep.

As a travel and tourism magazine writer, who has the occasion to make a trip to Northeast Mississippi every year or two, I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years and it continues to be the cleanest, safest feeling, and friendliest staffed hotel in all of Booneville to this day. Great price, clean rooms and attentive friendly owners and host. I highly recommend if staying in Booneville for any reason at all.

Yes, I saw bug or two scurry under the bathroom door jam, and the shower floor wasn't entirely clean and white- but other than that it was decent. Good beds, decent pillows, clean towels, okay TV etc. If you can stay here for about $75, do it.

Room was clean and facility is always quiet even though places to go to are close and it is great to be able to walk to eat if you choose places are that close. Kudos :) Staff was very nice and personable as well.

The room smelled of mold. Apparently whoever stayed it the room before me had a dog because it had urinated in front of the A/C. One of the lamps apparently had a short in the cord because when I went to plug it in it was burnt and the receptacle had charred marks on it. Hopefully they will improve the property.

Nice and clean even though lobby had an odor, easy check in. Rooms odor free. Close to couple restaurants. Had 2 beds in room 112, mattress closest to bathroom saggy. Terrible metal, pedestal type bedframes- every time rolled over, the metal clanged.

Extremely friendly staff. Beds VERY comfortable including fluffy soft pillows. No bugs. Would definitely stay here again

As said by a previous reviewer, when you drive up you are underwhelmed by outside appearance but the room itself was clean, updated and I felt safe being a solo traveler. My only complaint was the room AC/ Heater unit. I like a cool room and the unit only allowed me to blast the heat or A/C. There was no in between. You may want to bring a fan with you. Otherwise good room for the price and I would stay here again while traveling.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasn't expecting much upon first glance. A little run down looking, but the rooms were extremely clean. Smelled clean, looked clean. Sheets had a nice fresh scent to them. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. We only stayed for a few nights and plan on staying again during out next visit.

Nice clean room, but very noisy. Neighbor house started at 05:30 with leafblowers, and woke us up… walls are also super thin so you can hear everything from next door! They serve a little breakfast, that’s realy nice.

Everything was very good except internet connection. When we first arrived I was able to access internet with provided log in but after returning from shopping I was unable to log back in and this morning still unable had to use phone hotspot

This was perfectly fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing!

The staff is always very courtious and helpful. We NEVER stay anywhere else

Room wasn't clean, floor was dirty. Check in was odd, had to walk out the main door, and walk in the door right beside it, into the hallway. There was an interior door that we could have used but the night clerk wouldn't let us. Building in old and dated, needs a good cleaning or a remodel.

Needed a room close to Tupelo last minute with everything else sold out. Looks like it was newly renovated and better than the pics on Hotels.com made it look.

About to go to bed, so far good, hopefully its a place i can come back considering a track i race at is close to it.

Probably the nicest motel in Booneville. Dining options are sparse, but that isnt their fault. It’s just a small town.

Breakfast was not what it was supposed to be

The place was clean however when attempting to get breakfast, the staff examines how much you consume. Honestly, if I knew it was going to be like this I would’ve bought my own breakfast elsewhere. They should at least put signs saying your breakfast consumption is going to be monitored by staff

What an absolute crap-shack. Filthy, disgusting, cheap and nasty. Swimming pool advertized. Permanently closed at this location. If our bathroom, which was horrible, is an indication of cleanliness, the Permanently closed pool.was probably a blessing! Worst "breakfast" I've ever seen. I can't even really call it breakfast, it was just white bread and plastic-wrapped frozen waffles. Unsanitary, to say the least. There are very few options in the area. But at least there's a Walmart and a Hadee's. That food was great! We came for a family reunion. We should have camped on the grounds. Next time we'll stay in a cardboard box under an overpass. I can't give less than 1 star - or I would have. Seriously, do yourself a favor - find a BnB or drive to Tupelo. There are very nice places just 30 minutes minuted further down the road.

The Bed had a hard mattrer on it. the room had a oder in it.Toilet was not working properly.The breakfast was not good, Orange juice wasn't good.
