Muy limpio el cuarto y la atención fue muy buena, igual el desayuno estuvo muy rico

Solo me quedé por una noche pero me gusto todo el hotel, muy limpio, gente agradable, buen desayuno

We had a nice stay at the property for a social event we were in town for. The property could use some upgrades, but it was clean. Staff was nice, friendly and took care of our needs and requests.

We come to town for the Dixie Youth World Series in July 2026. Upon checking in I was looked over many times and several people were given my room (2 queens) and even had an individual add a room to his reservation but yet I was 10 minutes before the Banquet and Opening ceremonies getting my room. Upon making my reservation, I paid for my room in full, so it should have been quite simple to give me a card and use the card on file for incidentals. The Housekeeping staff told the front desk that my room would be ready in 2 minutes, and they still waited on individuals that were behind me although I was standing there. I didn’t say anything until a lady walked in the front door and she proceeded with trying to give her my room that the housekeeper just told her would be ready in “2minutes”. At that point she decided to go ahead and give me my room. We were extremely late being we still had to change and had a 30 minute drive to Laurel, MS. Our room had black mold growing on the bathroom ceilings, paint was coming off the walls & door facings, the carpet was detaching from the seam in the doors, the pool was not working & our boys were told everyday that “they just need a part & it would probably be working tomorrow” when the pool hasn’t been open and running in months. But the straw that broke the camels back, was when I went to the front desk for towels & was told they didn’t have any towels, washcloths or hand towels & I could wash some myself. We will never be back
