The room was clean. Turn-down service including fresh sheets and towels was supposed to happen after 3 nights but did not. We had to ask. The pool was not useable due to overly chlorinated water. Nobody used it for the whole week.

The stay was worth the money, stayed 3days 4 nights in king suite with hot tube inside. The AC in the front room leaking water but was not an issue. Only issue we did have was getting the room key replaced every day. Every day we left and came back, go upstairs and room key didn’t work, so we had to go back down and get another room key.

Room was very musty immediately upon walking in. Once walking over to window there was water all over the floor. When I went down to the front desk to tell them the only help I was offered was a stack of towels and was told that room was my only option (fully booked). Since only one night passing through and everywhere else local was booked we decided to stick it out. When we went to look at the pool it was green and cloudy with stuff floating all throughout the water along with clumps of hair and dirt throughout the pool and pool deck. When I told what appeared to be the manager the next morning at check out he appeared to be shocked and didn't seem to care much at all. The only bright part to the stay here was the lady who was working the breakfast the morning we left. She was very nice, sweet and a go getter!!!

The room was not cleaned properly. There was residue down a wall wet coffee had previously been spilled. The sore and door jambs were all scarred and the walls in need of paint. This was visible as you walked to and from the elevators. The breakfast didn’t start until 7. Most hotels start at 6 as many traveling guest like an early start. I come through the area twice a year and I usually stay next door at the Hampton but they raised their price to over 200.00 per night so I chose Comfort for price but I expected more. I will shop around next time maybe Laquinta but I won’t stay at this hotel again. I expected more for the price I paid.
