Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

Room was clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and hallways and common areas were pleasantly quiet despite having a large number of little league baseball players staying when we were there. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had the usual fare and was very good. Was surprised that the hotel actually served a very good dinner with much to choose from and well done. Beyond expectations especially for hotel fare. Slept well. Ate well. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

One night stay for business. Staff was very friendly. Wonderful food at the kick back and breakfast was delicious.

Every time I visit the staff are very friendly and have excellent customers service room wasn’t what I wanted and they we out of their way to accommodate my request definitely a great hotel to stay

I learned something about brand loyalty on this trip. I see Drury and just book it without research. That won't happen anymore. Loud. So loud. We did not sleep. Our room's window was street facing and we heard every car. However, those sounds were muffled when our air conditioning made several screams for maintenance every 10 minutes or so just as you though sweet sleep was near. Thought you might enjoy the free happy hour or breakfast? Hope you like Disney crowds and wait times.

This was the second time I have stayed here. The value is great! Happy hour with food, and the hot breakfast is good. The breakfast staff is always attentive. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable! Just ask for a room in the back if you are a light sleeper because the traffic in the front is VERY LOUD. The indoor pool and hot tub were open (I used last time but not this trip.) It’s a great choice.
