This visit was not a good one .1. the elevator was broken the whole time that we were there 2.our bed was not comfortable at all 3.there is not a good hot breakfast bar as offered they stop at 8 and the sign says 9 . I don't think that we will stay there anymore infact we checked out a day early.

The pool was dirty. At 9 something they were out of eggs, sausage (basically the main part of breakfast). We always check the covers on the bed. The covers on our bed was dirty, looks like somebody jumped on it with shoes.

The staff is amazing, the room was comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect. The manager is extremely involved and personally fixed the one issue we had with a television. He also personally delivered towels to the pool. We had a pet friendly room that was more convenient than anywhere we’ve stayed. Awesome place and I’d definitely stay there again.

The room was disgustingly filthy ! There was dirt, there was food and dead roaches on the floor, stains on the furniture, towels, and linen. The chair at the desk looked as if someone released bodily fluids from “his” tip and it dried there. The tub had dirt stains and hair in it. We noticed as soon as we entered the room it smelled like cat urine. They refused us a full refund even though I presented them with photo evidence.

When we first arrived in our room, it smelled like mold. The smell was VERY strong and it gave me a headache. The front desk clerk was nice and offered me two room choices. Both of them smelled like mold but we chose the one with the least smell. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet paper was not replaced. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Mold on shower curtains and soap holder, cracked tv, mildew in the microwave, tv remote did not work. This hotel is very outdated. Smells bad. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. Asked the clerk to have the manager call me, he never did. I picked LaQuinta because they are always nice and clean. NOT THIS ONE! Talked to staff, to ask for a refund. It was her first day alone and wasn't much help. Always read reviews before you book. This is privately owned, so I guess this guy just doesn't care. I took pictures because it was so gross to warn my friends and always read the reviews.

Great location. Secluded and quiet. Room was big and cozy. Big king size bed thats sits very high. Very comfortable. The refridge and microwave was nice and very handy. The coffee maker in the room with coffee, sugar was great. Everything was clean and nice. Not to mention the sofa and coffee table. Baymont at Wyndham is a nice hotel. Waffle house around the corner. All eating locations neear by such as cracker barrel, nice Mexican restaurant and more. The staff was excellent, very friendly with a smile. Always rewdy ro accomodate. Glad there were elevators. Also i love the fact when i checked in I was told breakfast was at 6pm. I will return soon.

The room had an old musty odor but was clean. Breakfast was not sat out often enough to keep up with the amount of patrons, so we were not able to enjoy the free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk (Luke I believe) was very knowledgeable and courteous; so was the housekeeper. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the included Wi-Fi and cable service. I would definitely consider staying here again. My favorite from this stay was the convenient parking and the fact they accommodated with accessibility for my elderly mother.

The breakfast meats were overcooked Some portion were hard like they stayed in the microwave too long. The bathtub had stains and the water was lukewarm. It seems the room was remodeled. The gentlemen at the front desk was nice, I had an issue with being overcharged for an extra stay, when I only stayed for 1night stay. The clerk immediately research the issue and refund the charges.

Counter help was not friendly, had a bold tone when speaking, room 201 smelled moldy, discover wet carpet in front of AC area. Alerted front desk, another room was never offered! Bed horribly uncomfortable, terrible used up pillows. Breakfast was below average, watered down gravy, no bagels, terrible coffee. Asked for a receipt and he stated I would get one from Expedia, I USED ORBITZ! Hotel was not to charge my AMEX until I got to hotel, so that daughter could pay for her own hotel room 202, but clerk stated we have already charged your card for both rooms! That is a clear error on the clerks part! I would not recommend this hotel !!

I came from Charlotte with my service dogs and they did not accept it, I felt discriminated and offended. They made me call my handle in the wee hours of the morning to explain why I had a service dog, they asked me to show all the information. I explained to them that it is a federal law which prohibits giving out information about my health situation. I suffer from ptsd and they even asked for my medical report. I do not recommend this hotel. It was a terrible and unpleasant experience. I hope people who have service dogs do not stay at this hotel.

Staff was friendly, and available to assist and meet our needs.We enjoyed our stay, especially because it late when we had our previous host cancel on us and we were left without a place to stay. The room rates were not too expensive and really affordable for an urgent need to have a nice place for my 2 young girls.

Great location. Secluded and quiet. Room was big and cozy. Big king size bed thats sits very high. Very comfortable. The refridge and microwave was nice and very handy. The coffee maker in the room with coffee, sugar was great. Everything was clean and nice. Not to mention the sofa and coffee table. Baymont at Wyndham is a nice hotel. Waffle house around the corner. All eating locations neear by such as cracker barrel, nice Mexican restaurant and more. The staff was excellent, very friendly with a smile. Always rewdy ro accomodate. Glad there were elevators. Also i love the fact when i checked in I was told breakfast was at 6pm. I will return soon.

For the price it isn't a bad place. The room and lobby were clean. The parking lot had a very unpleasant odor and there were some sketchy people in the parking lot when I walked my dog later at night. Breakfast is pretty basic, there was only some breads and cereal.

Well lit parking area, close proximityto the interstate, frendly front desk person. The room was clean and cool 72 degrees. Elevator was clean and well lit. Breakfast was included. Overall I woul stay here again and will recommend.

I have stayed here 3 times I really like the area it is safe and secure and very convenient to shopping and food. The room was clean and nice except the smoke detector was located right above the vanity and my hair dryer and curling irons kept setting it off I think it went off like three times. Even the Iron set it off. I feel they could have placed it in another part of the room and not so close to the Vanity and sink. Other than that I everything was good.

Hotel was half way between West palm beach and New Braunfels, Texas. Was pretty quiet considering its just off interstate location. Plenty of near by places to eat. Hotel was clean and updated. Exceptional value for price. Desk staff was friendly. We decided to stay there again on the return trip.

The elevator did not work properly. The so-called hot breakfast only had waffles and cold cereal. There was cream cheese available, but no bagels. There was a toaster but no bread. The orange juice dispenser was empty. It appeared that only one lady was running the hotel at night. The alarm clock was broken. The room was very nice with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The area had a number of hotels, but very limited dining opportunities. We will not stay there again on our road trip home.

The a/c went out at 12:35am they wanted to come in room and do maintenance while my family was asleep. They finally after 20 minutes of back and forth moved us to different room. Then breakfast is from 6:30 -9:30 am by 7:45 to hot food left. What is the management of this establishment thinking.

The hot breakfast was limited scramble eggs 3 people serve and it was over and the staff will not check to replenish, no coffee i. The lobby staff notify and nobody respond. People in the pool that wasn’t guess at the hotel. No towels available to exchange for dirty ones. Needed more staff. Same person who do laundry is in the kitchen and the front desk. I can’t trust La Quinta now. The room was too hot I change the temperature and it was on a timer it will go back to 74 degrees. Dirty A/C unit. Beds were hard as a rock. My nights were non refundable so I could not leave.

The place was clean, comfortable bed, new carpet and tile floors very nice. some of the furniture was a little beat up. I was pretty disappointed with the breakfast. The only thing hot was the toast I made and the waffles I made. Just a bunch of carbs, no proteins at all.

Hotel was safe and very clean. Breakfast was limited but had a variety and was fresh. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. Will be booking again for our next trip pascagoula. Definitely recommended.

Upon arrival, I noticed a crack in our toilet so I alerted the male front desk attendant and he immediately came in to check. The room was clean however, the entire shower needs repairs. Faucet, shower head, drain, etc. There was a horrible storm and the window leaked a little. Lastly, the closet doors were damaged on top.These were all reported to front desk and he checked on them and made maintenance requests. The breakfast was nice but the sausages were still cold and eggs a bit rubbery. My children loved the fresh waffles and sausage. Overall, the room was very clean and I felt safe staying here with my family. I highly recommend them and would stay again!

The room was not clean. Towels looked dirty and we found dirt socks on the floor. The gym was useless. Broken equipment the only thing I could use was the weights so it was something. The continental breakfast had stale cereal and the eggs and sausage looked questionable I wouldn’t eat it.

Very outdated and room looked absolutely nothing like the photo on the website. The beds are hard and they basically have a sheet for a top blanket so I had to go buy my own. The laundry is very dirty and outdated so went to a laundromat. You can’t really use the pool area due to no shade and not one single umbrella. Staff were friendly enough and provided us with clean towels quickly when we asked for them. Breakfast was basically just cereal or toast so walked over to Waffle House instead

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was beyond rude, unprofessional, and openly hostile. Instead of helping guests, they seemed to enjoy instigating arguments and escalating situations that never should have happened. I've never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. The room itself wasn't any better. The entire place reeked of Marijuana. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room miserable, and when we reported it, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience to them instead of addressing the problem. Customer service was nonexistent. Every interaction felt like we were bothering them simply by asking for basic assistance. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable and valued not like they're walking on eggshells. Save yourself the money, frustration, and headache. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests. This place is not one of them, and I will never stay here again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was terrible. Several staff members were extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in arguing with guests than helping them. Instead of resolving issues, they instigated unnecessary confrontations and created a hostile atmosphere that made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, making for a very uncomfortable stay. When we brought the issue to the staff's attention, it was met with little concern and no urgency to fix the problem. There was a strong odor of Marijuana in the halls and stairs. While outside there was a strange man that would enter and exit the trees beside the parking area to the hotel multiple time the entire stay. There is a trail so belive he is living there or something which is extremely unsafe for women and children. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, rude and hostile staff, and the lack of basic room maintenance made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
