I didn't stay. When I got there the property was under construction. A no vacancy sign on the door. When I called the number they provided for 20 minutes, no one answered.

I don't expect a lot but seriously how difficult is it to have items in the room work properly. Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Also, I'm tired of staying in places where there are "residents!" That will be a question I ask going forward. The pool photo, doesn't look anything like that. Ants, no cups, sink faucet very bad flow. Just overall not a do again.

One night is all i could handle. No continental breakfast as advertised. Fire alarm was ripped off the sealing. TV started falling out of the wall and we haf to ho get the front desk clerk to come to our room and then she had to call maintenance. Water constantly ran in the shower.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room had very little in it. The tv was not working correctly and u only get 3-4 channels. Tye pool was closed there is no dining and no continental breakfast.

This property is deteriorating, but still basically functional- plenty of hot water, although no ice, no tissues, no breakfast, etc. Staff do their best to keep it clean and comfortable, but I doubt it will stay in the Choice lineup for long without some serious rehab.

Did not checked in, False advertisement, hotel was in bad locations not clean underconstruction, had chopped up vehicles in front of hotel the smell of cleaning supplies over baring whole in groud but the front door over hang falling down Well not recommen this hotel to anyone !

The property should be condemned. I did not stay there. The manager at a nearby hotel said it sat vacant for 2 years. It smells strongly of mold. The property is unkempt. I am demanding a refund and will contact the board of health.

Purchase the room online and then got here at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and there was no one up here and it's non-refundable! After over an hour and then me leaving they called me back and so I got here and then had to pay a $50 cash deposit only on top of my already online payment! But for the price the room was nice! Only other problem is the pool is closed! That sucks

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked the room because I expected there to be a pool there, as listed. The pool is there, only not in use because of renovations. I booked a double, but had to be moved out of there because of a leak from upstairs, so was given a king instead. It was, however, very peaceful, and so slept very well. I would definitely stay here again, once the renovations are complete!!!

It was awful!!! We did not end up staying once we seen the room. And they said they didn’t give refunds The shower had a big crack in it and had nasty stains in it. There was no towels. The toilet didn’t flush. I think the bedding was at least 30 years old. It was so nasty. It didn’t matter we couldn’t get our money back we were not staying there. If I was Expedia I would not offer that hotel. I would give it a zero if your survey would let me

This place was the worst. Nothing like the pictures. Smells like mold. Dirty walls, the tv don’t work. Housekeeping came in and only made the beds and took the trash and old linen didn’t leave no clean towels or Toliet paper. This place needs to be knocked down!!

Where to begin.I should have known better for the price but the pictures were ok. Checking in; 3 times to get a key to open the door, no TV remote until I suggested we take one from another room. The room; floor was sticky and dirty, no security catch on door, NO smoke dector--just the wire hanging, electrical outlet covers missing, toilet very loose on the floor, clothes rack falling off wall, no occasional/desk chair and a BIG roach in the bathtub. On the positive; bed was comfortable, internet worked and it was quiet. I have pictures if my review needs to be confirmed. I do NOT recommend staying here for the faint of heart.

I had to clean the light switch in the bathroom it was sticky dirty. I also had to wash my feet in the morning before putting my socks on since my feet were dirty from walking on the floor.

There was a huge hole in the wall behind the door; the comforter was very dingy; the door had a hole in it which was patched over with clear tape; had to purchase any extra toilet paper; toilet seat was practically disengaged from the toilet; lighting in the room was dark; the towels were thin and small; the shower was not handicap accessible I had to step over the bathtub; the only place to hang your clothes was in the bathroom which was very unsanitary.

I was not expecting much with the price per room, but still I was disappointed. The room sink would not drain. We told the workers about how it, but no one came to fix it. The door knob fell off the door. Over night the water was shut off without notice. We were not able to shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet before we left. Definitely in the bottom five hotels I been in my entire life!

CHANGE THE SIGN ON THE ROAD!!! We reserved at the Fairbridge but now it is called the Roadway!! It took the VERY nice woman at the front desk to tell us this!!! She was excellent!! No light turned on when I entered the room. Had to figure out how to get the lights on in the semi-dark. The double lamp between the beds - could not turn it on; I had to plug it in so that one light would work; the second one would not. Air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. The room was quiet and affordable; I appreciate that.

There was no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. Over half of the outlets did not work. Had to go ask for big towels and bath cloths. Very inconvenient.

First of all the staff is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with! They insisted on a 100.00 cash deposit! And a credit or debit card as well! Even talked to the manager Allison Smith and she said it was company’s policy from corporate!! And it was on Expedia Booking Site as well!! I looked it up and showed them that is didn’t have anything like that on there! So I had to go to the Bank and get a cash advance on my credit Card which cost me 25.00 fee! After all that I found on Expedia’s site that plainly says they don not accept cash! Only debit or credit

My flight arrived late and I was told that check-in office would be closed after 11 pm. No information was provided about the limited time to check-in and worst that that the Hotel wouldn’t give me refund since I had to cancel and rebook a new reservation. I was completely frustrated. Expedia called the manager and the hotel manager wouldn’t allow a refund. I was completely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service.

Upon check in i was informed that i had to pay $100 cash deposit which would be returned upon checkout. I paid for 10 days, i left after #5. Tried to check out that morning before going to work and of course, no 3rd shift clerk. So they got 5 days of unused room rates and my $100 deposit. Now mind you that i tried to call 5 or 6 times that day and no one answered the phone. Go figure. I will NEVER stay there again.

Purchase the room online and then got here at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and there was no one up here and it's non-refundable! After over an hour and then me leaving they called me back and so I got here and then had to pay a $50 cash deposit only on top of my already online payment! But for the price the room was nice! Only other problem is the pool is closed! That sucks

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked the room because I expected there to be a pool there, as listed. The pool is there, only not in use because of renovations. I booked a double, but had to be moved out of there because of a leak from upstairs, so was given a king instead. It was, however, very peaceful, and so slept very well. I would definitely stay here again, once the renovations are complete!!!

Soon as I arrived they wanted a $100 cash deposit then the room was absolutely filthy, and the door wouldn’t even lock so I requested a refund was denied so I got a new room, TV didn’t work and air condition barely blows any air out

I don't expect a lot but seriously how difficult is it to have items in the room work properly. Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Also, I'm tired of staying in places where there are "residents!" That will be a question I ask going forward. The pool photo, doesn't look anything like that. Ants, no cups, sink faucet very bad flow. Just overall not a do again.

When initially driving up to the hotel I noticed it was very badly maintained and trashy in appearance. There was a cash fee of $100 that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. I will never stay there. I give this place a 1 out of 10 rating. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Do not stay there!

The property should be condemned. I did not stay there. The manager at a nearby hotel said it sat vacant for 2 years. It smells strongly of mold. The property is unkempt. I am demanding a refund and will contact the board of health.

The property is nothing like the photos online. There was a woman walking around drunk with a bottle of Hennessy in her hand she was knocking on people doors. She tried to ask my husband for money in exchange for sexual favors. The rooms are old and smell bad. I will never stay at this property ever again. Price is cheep because the conditions are horrible

One night is all i could handle. No continental breakfast as advertised. Fire alarm was ripped off the sealing. TV started falling out of the wall and we haf to ho get the front desk clerk to come to our room and then she had to call maintenance. Water constantly ran in the shower.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room had very little in it. The tv was not working correctly and u only get 3-4 channels. Tye pool was closed there is no dining and no continental breakfast.

This property is deteriorating, but still basically functional- plenty of hot water, although no ice, no tissues, no breakfast, etc. Staff do their best to keep it clean and comfortable, but I doubt it will stay in the Choice lineup for long without some serious rehab.

This was by far the worst Motel I have ever stayed at. Natchez was sold out and the next town with available hotels was 90 minutes away. I promised my children we would stay home before this ever happened again. The so called pool was green. There was a litter of cats and kittens in the lobby. We went to Walmart to buy Raid for the infestation of roaches and bugs. I also bought Lysol to clean, but you can't clean a lost cause.

Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening. They said they couldn’t issue a full refund because of the hotels policy. This place is filthy unsafe and in a bad location. Feral cats were roaming the neighborhood. The stairways were full of cigarette butts and dirt. Unsafe and unsanitary in every way.
