We went there because we saw the billboard for free supper! We had chicken & dumplings with little biscuits. We mixed in the overcooked peas and it was like chicken pot pie. For breakfast I had grits, hubby had oatmeal, we both had OJ, sausages, and scrambled eggs. Staff was nice and very friendly. Toilet was quite wobbly was the only problem. Wifi worked fine.

The hotel offered free breakfast and supper, and both were better than expected -- sausage and bacon and eggs for breakfast, for instance, not just muffins, and one of the suppers was lasagna. The staff members I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. The property had some limitations: the toilet in my room ran a little, and I was never able to coax more than a cup or two of ice out of the machine in 3 days stay. The room was perfectly comfortable, though, and combined with the food and service I would stay here again the next time I go to Natchez.

The staff were terrific. The toilet rocked - not secure to floor. Only one ice machine worked (at the front office). The AC was set 60 (which is fine) but it make the bed vibrate in a small way. They did have free breakfast and dinner so that was a plus

Looking online it looked like a nice room. The only thing nice was the staff!! There was roaches behind the tv stand (we didn’t see till we went to leave, the ice machine was broken, the room was practically empty not even a chair, the breakfast was NOT good and we listened to folks hollering all night. Never again!!

I loved the fact that the rooms where spaced out (no neighbors on either side). Also they had an easy to use laundry mat and the staff was polite and helpful

I liked the quietness and was able to catch up on some much needed rest and my kids loved the supper and pool. I didn't like that the towels were a lil rough so bring your own towels and you'll be great.

I liked that the air conditioning was nice and cool and complimentary breakfast was ok. To be honest there was not anything else about the room that i liked! Pretty much everything was filthy, floors walls, tub and toilet! There were half dead bugs on floor,used bar of soap on bathroom sink, bathroom door handle about to fall off, and one trash can had no bag! I do have to staff was nice. I do not see myself staying there again.

Dust and dirt on every surface. Stained bathtub and toilet and looked dirty. Smelled of marijuana and mold/mildew. Friends room had a stained ceiling with a hole in it and smelled like an ashtray. My room had a mouse dropping on the pillow. Rooms absolutely do not match listing photos for the hotel in regards of cleanliness. They said no refund either but considering we did not stay due to the conditions I feel like they should refund me.

The check in was quick and easy and the staff was very nice. The room wasn’t as pictured online though. The curtains didn’t stay completely closed on its on. There were holes in the wall, pillowcases were stained and the smell of cigarette/cigar smoke was so loud even my Lysol couldn’t kill it.

Room needs updating. Shower felt like it was going to come out of the wall when turning on faucet. Bed was comfortable. Trim on floor was missing and sharp! It was clean though. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Was totally surprised by the complimentary dinner that was provided in addition to the breakfast in the morning. The food was very good. The bed was one of the most comfortable we I’ve slept in at a hotel. Got a great night’s sleep.

The carpet was dirty, the curtains didn’t function properly, the faucet in tub dripped the whole time.The room was small. Then the tub faucet wouldn’t work at all the morning we left. I called the hotel and told them. All the staff was nice though.

Pictures online were deceiving, property is really dated and needs to be updated. Our room was clean but smelled very musty, you could tell a lot of cigarettes had been smoked in there. The staff was very friendly and i cant say enough good things about them. Its just about 7 mins outside of the historic center of Natchez. Its pretty much what you would expect for the pricepoint, so all in all 3 stars

This had a very cute reception/dining area. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't match. No greeting, no welcome, not even "hello." I was pretty sure checking me in was an inconvenience to her. Aside from that, the motel was fine -- identical to all the other budget motels out there.

Toilet did not work. Initial cystomer service was great (when I checked in). However things went down hill very quickly. Initially booked for 4 days, only stayed the one. Still waiting on my refund for the unused days.

The nightime clerk that checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and check in was fast. Great experience overall. The nighttime clerk, whom I am assuming was over the breakfast area, was not friendly at all, didnt even say hello, and apparently does not understand a thing about customer service. She should change her attitude oe work in a different field!

The power went off about 5 minutes after I got there. They wouldn't do a refund and had a nasty attitude about it. Thwy wouldn't call a manager or anything.

The hotel looked beautiful on the website and from the front, but the area of the establishment where our room was located was a bit run-down looking and somewhat seedy-with a poorly maintained parking lot. There was a wad of hair in the tub, I had to remove before showering, but the bed was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the friendly service and free breakfast although it was somewhat limited. The night we were there, it was free supper as well, which wasnt very visually appealing, but tastey. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, greenbeans and a roll. My husband appreciated it as our travel budget was already stretched tight for a wedding that weekend. We watched a few people briefly- out the window- coming and going frequently, sitting in their cars, playing music loudly. It was a bit unnerving, but we ignored it and just watched TV. Ok for a short stay.

The hotel looked beautiful on the website and from the front, but the area of the establishment where our room was located was a bit run-down looking and somewhat seedy-with a poorly maintained parking lot. There was a wad of hair in the tub, I had to remove before showering, but the bed was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the friendly service and free breakfast although it was somewhat limited. The night we were there, it was free supper as well, which wasnt very visually appealing, but tastey. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, greenbeans and a roll. My husband appreciated it as our travel budget was already stretched tight for a wedding that weekend. We watched a few people briefly- out the window- coming and going frequently, sitting in their cars, playing music loudly. It was a bit unnerving, but we ignored it and just watched TV. Ok for a short stay.

Pictures online were deceiving, property is really dated and needs to be updated. Our room was clean but smelled very musty, you could tell a lot of cigarettes had been smoked in there. The staff was very friendly and i cant say enough good things about them. Its just about 7 mins outside of the historic center of Natchez. Its pretty much what you would expect for the pricepoint, so all in all 3 stars

The area was nice and quiet for the most part. Some other room seem to have had an arguement but it didnt disturb us. The staff was real nice and friendly. This is my second trip and i cant wait for the next one!

We went there because we saw the billboard for free supper! We had chicken & dumplings with little biscuits. We mixed in the overcooked peas and it was like chicken pot pie. For breakfast I had grits, hubby had oatmeal, we both had OJ, sausages, and scrambled eggs. Staff was nice and very friendly. Toilet was quite wobbly was the only problem. Wifi worked fine.

Great staff, had homemade jambalaya provided by staff the evening I checked in (it was good, so was cornbread). They were a port in a storm for me after having a bad experience in Mobile the night before.

Clean. Staff was very friendly - even called the room to see how we were doing. Dinner offering of Salisbury was a surprise and appreciated. Breakfast options better than many. The pool was not only working - the only one of the three days inns we stayed at while traveling - but clean. The pool cleaning guy was friendly, gave us some dining tips. An amazing value compared to other days inns and other budget-friendly motels in Natchez.

The office staff was good, and even called to check on us after we got in the room. The bed was comfortable. Otherwise the property and continental breakfast was very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Daily grits, scrambled eggs and sausage breakfast was special. The room which included 2 double beds was small but clean and comfortable. We'll be back.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Was totally surprised by the complimentary dinner that was provided in addition to the breakfast in the morning. The food was very good. The bed was one of the most comfortable we I’ve slept in at a hotel. Got a great night’s sleep.

The floor was very dirty appearing. Enough so that I didn't walk bare footed. On the morning of check out we couldn't get the shower nozzle to work so I called the front desk for instruction. She was able to direct me. However, it sprayed (fantastic water pressure, I should point out) directly to the back wall and ran out onto the floor. I used a towel to dry the mess and the towel was literally brown after drying the floor.

Would have been nice to have more than one and a half pillows when we booked the room for 2. The one lumpy pillow the desk gave us was uncomfortable. Apparently they lock up the housekeeping items so if you need a pillow or blanket you’re out of luck.

I had an issue with a couple of staff personnel with attitude which could have been avoided the way they talked to me, the property manager apologized for the interaction. One of the cleaners didn't sweep up their area by the back stairway and i slipped on some crackers that would have been severe but thank God I was able to catch a hold to the rail. Otherwise than that it was good.
