PICASSA Ref: VP29

Ca'n Picassa has been our chosen holiday villa for many years. Our family always look forward to the beautiful garden, spectacular views and peaceful location of the historic family-owned house.

This place is just beautiful, even more than you would expect from the pictures. The ride to get there is a bit bumpy and winding, but you'll get used to it and in the end it is part of the fun. When you finally get there you'll be welcomed by an absolutely stunning and well maintained garden with hundreds of beautiful palms, cactuses and flowers. There is a huge lawn around the pool area which invites you to lay down on one of the loungers, absorb the silence, enjoy the view down through the valley and forget about time and everything. This place is instant relaxation. You won't be completely alone though. Harry and Toto, two friendly and devoted cats, will accompany every step you'll make. The house itself is nice and clean und the beds are comfy. But don't plan on spending time inside - the garden and the surrounding nature should be the place where you spend most of your time. Wo hope to come back here some time. It's one of those places you instantly fall in love with und constantly tell each other how lucky you are. Maybe you could add some wine glasses, because wo couldn't find any. And someone should look after the toilet flush in the basement bathroom. It's not working all the time.

De eerste keer toekomen was even zoeken (de weg naar het huis is één met kleine wegjes en zijwegjes), maar eenmaal gevonden was de woning een oase van rust. Een schitterende locatie en uitzicht, en een mooie en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning ; voor ons was dit perfect.

Ein mit Liebe zum Detail modernisiertes Haus im mallorquinischen Stil. Schöne Details und Materialien. Einige Plätze zum Verweilen, je nach dem, ob man Sonne oder Schatten bevorzugt. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Zimmer einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Gute Betten/Matratzen/Kissen. Die Fahrt zum Haus ist nichts für tiefliegende Sportwagen, aber bringt ein bisschen Abwechslung am Steuer. Sehr schöner Pool (Tiefe bis 2,3 m) mit Treppe. Handtuchwechsel nach 3 Tagen. Willkommenspacks für Küche und Bad - habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Extra Bade-/Pool-Handtücher vom Vermieter - ein schönes Extra. Das Haus hat 4 SZ mit je 2 Betten, angeboten werden nur 3. Wir waren zu viert, mehr als 6 Erwachsene würde ich nicht empfehlen, da nur 2 Bäder vorhanden sind. Davon 1 Bad im EG, alle SZ und 2. Bad im 1. OG. 2 Katzen (nehmen gerne Futter) und 5 Schafe (bekommen Futter vom Eigentümer) auf dem Grundstück bzw. in den eingezäunten Weinbergen. Ich kann das Haus rundherum empfehlen, der Service sowohl von NordVillas als auch vom Eigentümer war super. Es gibt immer was, aber lohnt sich nicht, es zu erwähnen.
