The hotel is in a great location. It's somewhat old and doesn't have any amenities - no elevator, gym, or front desk. There are lots of places to eat and walk to nearby. The staff was very responsive through texts.

**AVOID!!!** Lost $400 non-refundable booking. This hotel has NO FRONT LOBBY and didn’t answer my initial phone calls. How are you supposed to check bags while you wait for your flight? Hotels.com should not be allowed to create non-refundable listings for hotels with no front desk service.

Soggiorno di 4 notti

This hotel is deliberately positioned online to look like a boutique hotel that offers a more mom-and-pop, personal experience. It is definitely not that. This is a "contactless" hotel - there is no front desk/on-site staff. If you need assistance, you message someone in another country through the hotels.com app. Read reviews closely, some appear to be fake. While I appreciate that this was in a convenient location, my husband and I didn't love my stay. -There was no parking. You need to pay to park overnight in local lots/garages. The night we arrived we ended up paying $60 for one night of parking. -The walls were dirty. -Housekeeping does not automatically clean your room. You have to pay extra if you want this service done. -We were given just two towels, one washcloth, and one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a four-night stay. We had to reach out to request fresh towels and toilet paper. (Are they very desperate to keep things cheap? Because that's how this felt.) -There was no soap provided in the bathroom. We used the shower gel from the shower for handwashing. -All doors open via a touch pad key system. The entry code to the building changed frequently, and this made things complicated when my phone was dead, as I was unable to look up what the new passcode was. In our room, were startled multiple times by someone (children?) touching/playing with the keypad buttons and fiddling with the doorknob.

Room was clean but there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Staff was nice when I alerts them but then said they had ordered it and it wouldn’t arrive until after we left. Biggest issue though was the noise - paper thin walls meant we heard every word of the people next door talking.
