We stayed at the Priory for four nights for a work trip. We were working in the forest all week and it was great to come back to a warm wood stove and excellent jacuzzi / shower. We also made use of the washer and dryer provided.

This property is beautiful. The hosts communicated clearly and check in was simple and quick. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet and located just outside the town. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the washer dryer was very handy. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect Killarney cottage for being within walking distance of everything and still be surrounded by nature. A walking trail to the national park is just steps away, and Ross Castle is a comfortable walk away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fabulous, and the courtyard space provides a great location for sketching, reading or just having morning coffee. Owners were super nice, and their animals -- two little dogs and a cat-- on the property were such an enhancement to the homey countryside feel. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Killarney.

This cottage was a great launching pad for our day triips to Dingle and the Ring of Kerry as well as the Cliffs of Moher. We walked to pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely rainy day by the fireplace . Would definitely come back!

Property is in a delightful location with beautiful gardens and good outside spaces. It does not unfortunately enjoy great natural light indoors so first impression was a little disappointing. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and were very quick to help with a number of issues which we had with the inventory and cleanliness. Perfectly located for walking into town and ideal touring base for the area.

The stay had all the comforts of being in a home while traveling. We cooked a few meals, washed clothes, watched Tv after spending days exploring. Everything was convenient including getting groceries. We did not have a car because we booked tours but that was not a problem at this location. The courtyard and cherry trees were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Staying at the Priory was picturesque. The location was perfect for walking or driving into Killarney and being right on the Ring of Kerry and within walking distance to Lough Leane. Tim and Bernadette were lovely hosts. The cottage sits behind their main house but felt like we had all the privacy we needed. There are some nice features to the cottage, including heated tile floor on the bottom level, nice for those chilly Ireland mornings. The fireplace provided ample evening heat. Both bedrooms have nice sized bathrooms. A couple of things that could have been better, the kitchen utensils and pots could use some replenishing or replacing. The cottage seems to be an older building which gives it a lot of charm but does mean the wood floors upstairs squeak quite a bit and there was a bit of an echo that carries up the stairs. It made it difficult to be quiet for our friends staying in the other bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Killarney is a lovely town to stay in and is beautiful in its own right. It also provides a wonderful base while you explore the region and take in day trips such as the ring of Kerry and the Dingle peninsular and the surrounding villagesTim and Bernadette have created a little bit of magic I thier Priory and was such a comfortable place to come home to after a day of site seeing. It was spacious enough for the five adults in our family, was so clean and well presented we felt very much at home.Tim and Bernadette were great hosts who were there if u needed a chat or advice but also new the value of family holidays and privacy.A great stay and thank you very much

My family of five loved our stay at the coach house. Bernadette and Tim were accessible, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge about the area. We were able to explore Killarney park, walk to town, and it was a perfect base for day trips to other locations. Highly recommend! The cottage was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Thank you!

Nice property. Pets on site were a plus. House has no heat after 6/1 so one night/morning a little chilly. House did have a little must/smokey aroma but it is an old home with stone & wood-stove so I guess to be expected. Beautiful grounds and house had so much character.

The property was exactly like it was pictured but even nicer in real life. Tim was great and gave us great tips for making the most of our stay. It’s a nice walk into town for dinner and lots of places to choose from. So relaxing after a day of sightseeing to ditch the car and get some fresh air. The location is superb. Very quiet and peaceful yet walk a bit and you are in all the action. We did the Dingle following his instructions and by far our best day in Ireland. Also did the ring of Kerry again following Tim’s tips. Highly recommend you take his advice so you aren’t on the tour bus circuit. Nice to have laundry facilities and the place was so clean and well fitted out. I am a super picky person and there was nothing I can complain about.

We only had one prior communication with the host about our late arrival, wasn't an issue, lights in cottage were on and key in the door when we srrived at 9:30pm. We met the host Bernadette a couple days later and she had a lot of additional suggestions for our sightseeing plans and recommendations for dinner. Cottage was great, very spacious and clean. Great location about 20-30min on foot to town with plenty of eating options. About 10min by car to supermarkets in town.

Beautiful site! Our hostess was very helpful in recommending places to visit, dine, and provided maps. Accommodation was exactly what we hoped for, clean, comfortable, with expected amenities provided. This is a central location to Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Kerry, Toric Falls, etc.

Owner was accommodating and attentive. He quickly fixed a bad outlet while we were out and was able to provide a box to ship souvenirs home. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were able to sit in the living room while the cleaning was completed upstairs, which was appreciated given the long journey. The location was amazing, so close to the Ring of Kerry, and the grounds of the house were like stepping back in time with a village/cottage feel. The house was great with ample space for our party. The washer AND separate dryer were a nice surprise as most are combos and the dryer doesn't work well. They worked great and were convenient for us as we head on to the second part of our trip. CONS The house needs a thorough deep cleaning, especially on top of the light fixtures in the kitchen (everywhere really). Additionally the stove was not cleaned when we arrived and the cleaning lady had already cleaned the kitchen. Likely an oversight. The toilet in the half bath (inside the kitchen) does not flush well. The owner is aware of this problem as the last guests let him know. There are light bulbs out in many areas of the house including the kitchen counter pendant and the top bedroom on the left (main ceiling and one on the wall above the bed). This was a problem because you do not have a light to turn on when you walk in that room unless you walk over to the bedside table. There are three clocks in the living room and none of them worked. There were batteri

There is so much to love about the Priory Coach House! The quiet, bucolic location is ideal; we walked into town as well as to events at the racetrack and INEC. The house itself has all the modern conveniences, yet is full of traditional Irish charm. Killarney is a very fun town; we loved the pubs and easy access to the National Park and Ring Road. Our hosts were super helpful and we loved the sweet, friendly pups. We adore the Kingdom of Kerry and can't wait to go back. Thanks for a delightful and memorable stay!

Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung waren wunderschön. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Betten waren super gemütlich. My family of five loved our stay at the coach house. Bernadette and Tim were accessible, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge about the area. We were able to explore Killarney park, walk to town, and it was a perfect base for day trips to other locations. Highly recommend! The cottage was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Thank you!

The coach house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a historic building. The whole Priory is very quiet and perfect for relaxing or hiking the Killarney National Park. The next grocery is just 10 minutes walking distance. Bernadette - the host - was very helpful with recommendations and helped arranging trips.

The property was exactly like it was pictured but even nicer in real life. Tim was great and gave us great tips for making the most of our stay. It’s a nice walk into town for dinner and lots of places to choose from. So relaxing after a day of sightseeing to ditch the car and get some fresh air. The location is superb. Very quiet and peaceful yet walk a bit and you are in all the action. We did the Dingle following his instructions and by far our best day in Ireland. Also did the ring of Kerry again following Tim’s tips. Highly recommend you take his advice so you aren’t on the tour bus circuit. Nice to have laundry facilities and the place was so clean and well fitted out. I am a super picky person and there was nothing I can complain about.

The house was fantastic. Great location for getting to town and the national park. The house grounds were beautiful with all of the flowers bloooming as well. Check-in was smooth and Tim gave us tips on how to get around easily durning our stay.

We only had one prior communication with the host about our late arrival, wasn't an issue, lights in cottage were on and key in the door when we srrived at 9:30pm. We met the host Bernadette a couple days later and she had a lot of additional suggestions for our sightseeing plans and recommendations for dinner. Cottage was great, very spacious and clean. Great location about 20-30min on foot to town with plenty of eating options. About 10min by car to supermarkets in town.

This was a trip of a lifetime—25th Wedding Anniversary, milestone birthdays for my wife and kids—incredible. The Coach House at The Priory was absolutely perfect and we loved our stay. Bernadette and Tim were outstanding hosts—friendly, quick to respond to questions, and always available for local advice. The property itself is beautiful and is in a great location—accessible to everything Killarney has to offer, but also tucked away from the bustle enough to be quiet and peaceful. Our highest recommendation possible—thank you, Bernadette and Tim!

Beautiful property. Well kept, peaceful and nice walk to Killarney center. Tim and Bernadette were always quick to respond with any queries and Tim had great suggestions on activities and restaurants. Overall, lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Owner was accommodating and attentive. He quickly fixed a bad outlet while we were out and was able to provide a box to ship souvenirs home. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were able to sit in the living room while the cleaning was completed upstairs, which was appreciated given the long journey. The location was amazing, so close to the Ring of Kerry, and the grounds of the house were like stepping back in time with a village/cottage feel. The house was great with ample space for our party. The washer AND separate dryer were a nice surprise as most are combos and the dryer doesn't work well. They worked great and were convenient for us as we head on to the second part of our trip. CONS The house needs a thorough deep cleaning, especially on top of the light fixtures in the kitchen (everywhere really). Additionally the stove was not cleaned when we arrived and the cleaning lady had already cleaned the kitchen. Likely an oversight. The toilet in the half bath (inside the kitchen) does not flush well. The owner is aware of this problem as the last guests let him know. There are light bulbs out in many areas of the house including the kitchen counter pendant and the top bedroom on the left (main ceiling and one on the wall above the bed). This was a problem because you do not have a light to turn on when you walk in that room unless you walk over to the bedside table. There are three clocks in the living room and none of them worked. There were batteri

This is the perfect Killarney cottage for being within walking distance of everything and still be surrounded by nature. A walking trail to the national park is just steps away, and Ross Castle is a comfortable walk away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fabulous, and the courtyard space provides a great location for sketching, reading or just having morning coffee. Owners were super nice, and their animals -- two little dogs and a cat-- on the property were such an enhancement to the homey countryside feel. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Killarney.

This cottage was a great launching pad for our day triips to Dingle and the Ring of Kerry as well as the Cliffs of Moher. We walked to pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely rainy day by the fireplace . Would definitely come back!

There is so much to love about the Priory Coach House! The quiet, bucolic location is ideal; we walked into town as well as to events at the racetrack and INEC. The house itself has all the modern conveniences, yet is full of traditional Irish charm. Killarney is a very fun town; we loved the pubs and easy access to the National Park and Ring Road. Our hosts were super helpful and we loved the sweet, friendly pups. We adore the Kingdom of Kerry and can't wait to go back. Thanks for a delightful and memorable stay!

Staying at the Priory was picturesque. The location was perfect for walking or driving into Killarney and being right on the Ring of Kerry and within walking distance to Lough Leane. Tim and Bernadette were lovely hosts. The cottage sits behind their main house but felt like we had all the privacy we needed. There are some nice features to the cottage, including heated tile floor on the bottom level, nice for those chilly Ireland mornings. The fireplace provided ample evening heat. Both bedrooms have nice sized bathrooms. A couple of things that could have been better, the kitchen utensils and pots could use some replenishing or replacing. The cottage seems to be an older building which gives it a lot of charm but does mean the wood floors upstairs squeak quite a bit and there was a bit of an echo that carries up the stairs. It made it difficult to be quiet for our friends staying in the other bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the Priory Coach House. The place itself had everything we needed and it was veryclean! We made a fire in the stove each evening to warm our bones after long days of sightseeing. We even brought happy hour drinks out to the cute courtyard to enjoy on one warmer afternoon. The location was perfect for a 15 min walk to town but also to start our Ring of Kerry adventure. Only a couple of miles to Muckross House/AbbeyTorc Falls. Also Ross Castle is only a mile or 2 away and the starting point for the Killarney Jaunting Tours to Gap of Dunloe…highly recommend. The Priory is a great place to serve as a base for your visit to Killarney

Wonderful owners, clean place, quiet surroundings and easy process. Could use some new pillows but if that’s my only suggestion they should have a constant flow of satisfied visitors to their accommodations.

The coach house is beautiful! Big enough to have your own space, but cozy at the same time! The owners were very kind and helpful with any we had, and the heated floors downstairs were perfect for chilly mornings and evenings. The fireplace was also a great bonus, and the walk into downtown only took 15-20 minutes. Close to so many natural attractions (via car). Great place, we would definitely stay there again!
