This property was not the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Junk in every drawer, food left in freezer that was not ours, slow running drains in the showers, no instructions for the TV and no firewood.We felt generous, giving this rowhouse three stars.Beware parking in front of the house. We incurred a 40 parking ticket when Tim should’ve mentioned that this might occur. We were not happy campers.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet and only a few blocks to the main streets and all the pubs and shops. I had our bedroom window open on a Saturday night and heard no noise. The rooms were big but very quaint. Everything felt clean too. It was so nice getting up in the mornings early and sitting at the counter or dining room table and having tea and scones. I absolutely loved having a separate washer and dryer. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quaint, roomy, quiet, conveniently located place to stay in Killarney.

Great large terraced house 5min walk for all of the action in Killarney. Tim greeted us the day after we arrived and provided some very helpful hints and tips about places to go and sights to see. The house has good internet, a nice kitchen and a washer and drier. Showers were good and warm and everything worked out well for our holiday. Overall, a great place to stay in a lovely little town.

Great home in Killarney. Much larger than any apartment. Quiet neighborhood but in walking distance to the downtown area. Large family/gathering room and kitchen space. And they had a separate clothes dryer!!! Not one of the washer dryer combos that don’t dry your clothes.

Of all the places we rented, this row house was by far our favorite! It was perfect for our family. An easy walk in to town for shopping and dining was really nice. Parking in the back was great. We were happy to do laundry as we were 1/2 way through our visit to Ireland. We also loved catching up about the adventures of the day with a pint and a lovely fire in the fireplace. We truly felt at home during our stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Im 1. OG drei Schlafzimmer, davon eins mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alles in gutem Zustand. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und hatten viel Platz. Sehr ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, kein Verkehrslärm. 5 Gehminuten ins Stadtzentrum. Privater Stellplatz fürs Auto ist versteckt hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and pubs, but the rental itself was very quiet. The windows and skylights let in abundant natural light. We visited for an Irish dance competition at the INEC. The house was lovely, with plenty of room for the five of us to spread out, relax, eat, and rest. The parking spot made for no stress jaunts out and about each day and evening. Our hosts checked in on us and left helpful tips/tourist info for us to use while exploring. Very much enjoyed our visit!

This charming, period home is just a short walk from downtown Killarney. So we were just a few minutes stroll from food shops and the many fine restaurants and pubs that line the main streets Two of the three upstairs bedrooms are en-suite which is very convenient. The kitchen is well laid out and served us very well when we did not eat out. Our host, Tim, met us upon our arrival and provided us with all the details necessary, including how to light the fire in the Franklin-like stove. Very hand during the chilly spring evenings. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

6 of us stayed 3 nights at Tim & Bernadette's cozy home. Hours before arriving we received a welcoming note from Bernadette providing us with directions to check in. The home was clean and had all the essentials. Bernadette was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. The home is an easy walk to anywhere in Killarney. We loved being able to walk to dinner and tour the pubs without having to drive. The location is perfect! We definitely would stay here again on our next adventure in Killarney.

Tim and Bernadette were absolutely wonderful hosts. The house was very clean. Instructions for check in/check out were specific and easy to manage. The location is great as Killarney is a very walkable town and a few minutes you have access to just about any service. We have been to Killarney many times and this is one of the best times we had and the best accommodations as well. Thank you Tim and Bernadette. Well done. Great craic was had by all !!

We stayed here for five days. House was clean, cozy, yet spacious, location was excellent. Just a five minute walk from downtown Killarney. There’s a shortcut down O’Connell’s Terrace that avoids the traffic on Lewis Road. We had ample space for three of us, but house could easily accommodate two to three more guests. Overall an exceptional property and stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend if traveling to Killarney.

Amazing location, accommodations, and hospitality! Tim & Bernadette were super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, including recommendations for places to visit in the sun/rain. They responded very quickly to one issue (beyond their control), and made it right. Recommend: Killarney Brewing Company (in town) for pizza and beer! Super yummy!

The location is great as Killarney is a very walkable town and a few minutes you have access to just about any service. We have been to Killarney many times and this is one of the best times we had and the best accommodations as well. Thank you Tim and Bernadette. Well done. Great craic was had by all !!
Tim and Bernadette were absolutely wonderful hosts. The house was very clean. Instructions for check in/check out were specific and easy to manage. From the moment we stepped foot into Sunnyhill, we wanted to stay forever. It is so lovely, much bigger than it seems in the photos, and was perfect for our group of 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 grandma! Hosts were so easy to communicate with. The location was amazing - we walked EVERYWHERE - shops, restaurants, sites, and even a wonderful playground for the kids. The worst part was having to leave! We will be back for sure

We liked the property and loved the location. When there was a problem, Tim was quick to return our email and fix things - he was very nice. We did have a few problems though - a morning where the hot water went out and we all got cold showers, a missing mirror in the bathroom and it was chilly one night requiring an e-mail to the owner to adjust it - we couldn’t do ourselves. But overall we had a good stay.

Loved it. Felt like we were staying in a traditional Irish cottage. Loved the stove in the living room!! Turf and wood right there and the first thing my brother did was light a fire using turf!! Great location, 1 block from downtown with easy access to pubs, restaurants and shopping.

Tim and Bernadette's home is cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed having the option to cook a few meals in, spread out and enjoy walking to the town center and to Killarney National Park and the Catholic cathedral without having to drive. Highly recommend this 5 star home!

Great visit and a great place to stay! This house is a short walk from the train station and the downtown area. No problem to pop out to the shops or to get a bite (or a drink) at the wide variety of pubs and restaurants in Killarney. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone planning a holiday.

Wonderful home in Killarney! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to town, but located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This made it the best of both worlds-close to restaurants/pubs/shops, with no disruptions when we wanted a quiet night at home. There is plenty of space in the home, and it had everything we needed. The owners were responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property, and if we have the privilege of visiting Killarney again, we would love to stay here!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Im 1. OG drei Schlafzimmer, davon eins mit 2 Einzelbetten. Alles in gutem Zustand. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und hatten viel Platz. Sehr ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, kein Verkehrslärm. 5 Gehminuten ins Stadtzentrum. Privater Stellplatz fürs Auto ist versteckt hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

The rental was comfotable and met all expectations. It was very clean with a well- supplied kichen and plenty of seating. The towels, sheets and blankets were plentiful. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and pubs, but the rental itself was very quiet. The windows and skylights let in abundant natural light. This is a great place to stay in Killarney.

You can't get much better accomodations than Sunnyhill Lower! A quiet little street just a quick 2 block jaunt to the center of Killarney's downtown area. Very convenient to train station, buses and taxisstand

This was the perfect house to enjoy Killarney and as a launching point for the Dingle Peninsula. The location is ideal for accessing downtown and Killarney National Park. The hosts were so responsive and provided great recommendations for visiting the area and Dingle. Thanks so much!

We stayed here for five days. House was clean, cozy, yet spacious, location was excellent. Just a five minute walk from downtown Killarney. There’s a shortcut down O’Connell’s Terrace that avoids the traffic on Lewis Road. We had ample space for three of us, but house could easily accommodate two to three more guests. Overall an exceptional property and stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend if traveling to Killarney.

The house was in a great location, a short walk away from the town and all it had to offer. Good to have a parking space available. Plenty of room to socialise and lovely to be welcomed with home made scones.

The hosts provided ideas and directions for unique touring destinations that may be overlooked by visitors to the area. We would stay there again if our travels take us back to Ireland, and we recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Killarney and, or County Kerry.

This was the perfect house for our time in Killarney. Perfectly located, walkable to shops/restaurants/activities. Each bedroom was a good size. Bathrooms clean and had all the products needed. Extra bonus to have the washer and dryer for a few loads of laundry. Tim and Bernadette were quick to respond, helpful and pleasant

A cute, cosy house with plenty of space for my family of five and wonderfully located within easy walking distance of high street. Everything was clean and ready for us, check-in and out was a breeze, and communication with the owners was simple. A perfect place to explore Killarney and beyond from.
