Quality Inn Vicksburg

Roaches in room, TV remote sticky, phone didnt work, air barely cool. Fire alarm went off in room, called front desk fr cell phone & they wouldn't answer so went up there. Front desk personel useless. Maid tried to kick us out to clean around 9am and told her check out was at 11am. Worst stay ever, very 😞 disappointed.

Room was acceptable. Could have been cleaner but nothing too bad. Staff was very kind. The computer system charged me for an extra room and when i brought it to the front desk staffs attention, they i dicated it

Sheets dirty, bedspread stsined, curtains appeared to have mold. Sparse choices for continenrsl breakfast. Overall would not recommend.

Friendly receptionist. Comfortable and clean room.

Staff was very nice. The rooms needed to be updated but the staff really needs to learn how to clean. Beds were fine but everything else was questionable. I won’t be staying here again.
