The pool was open until midnight, and I do love that. Unfortunately I stepped in glass. They didn’t even have bandaids to give out so I used a pool towel, some gauze, and Neosporin they had. So many doors with guests inside were popped open so that felt creepy. Drug deals or other nefarious activities? Not sure. Breakfast was free, but that was the only good thing about it.

Everything was exactly as expected, simple breakfast options, front desk attendant was really kind and helpful. Indoor pool was also nice, but don't expect to get a real workout at the gym lol.

A/C didn't work in the first room we were assigned. We asked to be moved, and the staff was nice about moving us. Both rooms had very run down bathrooms with dirty/discolored tubs, peeling wallpaper, damaged trim on the mirror, damaged doors. Pool was acceptable, but water in hot tub appeared dirty. Overall just run down and not properly maintained.

For a Wyndham Hotel they should be ashamed. Bathtub had never been cleaned black filth stain around the tub, 1/2 used bar of soap on upper ledge in shower. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, dirty!! Blood stains on bed, pillowcases stained, used rubber glove on floor between nightstand and bed, smell of urine?? Old pet smells. Parking lot is a mess. Pool and jacuzzi water is green. Should have immediately asked for a refund when we arrived but after driving 12 hours towards a funeral we were too tired. This will be a trip to remember for years. I won’t post our pictures

We had to leave the hotel because it was so disgusting! As soon as you walked in the building it stuck like stale cigarettes and the carpets were stained black. We got to our room there was hair in our bed, blood stain all over the arm of the couch, trash underneath the pull out sofa. And some disgusting dirty pillows thrown behind the chair in the corner. This is not a family friendly place! I wouldn’t stay at this hotel by myself let alone with my family!

If you like cuddling up to a previous guest’s body hair when you crawl into bed at night, this is the hotel for you. First room was awful. Asked for a different room - second room was better but still so much hair and debris in the sheets. I honestly don’t think the sheets in either room had been washed. We ended up packing our things back up and going to a different hotel.

We stayed three nights and housekeeping never came to our room to clean. The garbage wasn’t taken out we had a pile of towels on the bathroom floor that were never replaced. We had to ask for more towels and they wouldn’t take the dirty ones out. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt in all the corners. I was charged $100.00 dollars to my room on a false charge that they wouldn’t even call me back about. The halls reeked of the smell of marijuana in a smoke free hotel.

Had to change rooms because TV in first room was inoperative, and the door was very difficult to operate. Moved to another room, the heater barely worked, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, and the tub was filthy. The only good thing was the desk clerk was a sweetheart.

Property is in need to repair. Our room felt damp and musty. Bathroom had a lot of visible water damage, black mold along the ceiling, rusty light fixture, door was almost falling, peeling wall paper, dirty walls, dirty floor. I won’t be staying here again.

Look we all know why you're staying here: it's affordable and has a pool. Is it the best place? For the price yeah. Things to note that are important: the pool isnt freezing but it's pretty cold even for fluffy people, the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine, the TV is a Google TV stick I THINK! I've never figured it out and we just watched stuff on our laptop. Is it dated? Yes. Does it need repairs? Yes. Is it super clean? No. But the staff are accommodating and friendly. The beds are a little hard but it's a bed. The area is what you should expect for an off the highway food stuff and hotels area.

The room had limited electrical outlets and the some of the ones there did not work. Noisy with the train running so frequently. No plug in the sink and when brought to the attention of the desk clerk her attitude and unwillingness to seek a solution was lacking. Card to room demagnetized numerous times. I scored low because the kids in the adjoining room was running back and forth all night. It finally stopped around 10pm when I banged on the wall. The room was very clean but the bed was not comfortable. So I didn't sleep well at all.

The staff all seemed very ill informed. Our room's air conditioner did not work when we approached the front desk they informed us that maintenance had already gone for the day. So, I suggested they change our room. The 2 attendants looked at each other and just shrugged. I told him they needed to change our rooms which they finally did with much persuading on my part. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head in the new room, which tells me that the room was not cleaned very well. The the décor of this Baymount was very warn and run down. Not the quality I expect from Baymount.

I booked a room in advance and called when I knew I would have a late arrival. It took 10 minutes for the employee to navigate getting me my room key, only to have the room be stripped and not ready. There were no other rooms available matching my booking, though I was able to get a similar room after another 5 or 10 minutes of navigating the computer system at the front desk. This occurred at 2am, when absolutely nothing else was going on. No explanation or apology was offered. Then, the room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the entire building being listed as non-smoking.

Horrible STAFF, made reservation online through Expedia for 2 queen rooms. Check in just after 10pm. Lady at desk didnt offer to mention any issues with room just gladly check in. The AC only blows hot air and its 90 degrees outside. Room temp inside 84 inside. Bathroom dirt water and footprints on floor, tub dirt in it. Went downstairs and desk.lady told unplugg it wait 5 try again. Then when that didnt work told us to remove the lid check the filter. Wash the filter and try again. 😡. Tried it and let it continue to run and at 12pm went back down to the front desk, now there are 2 guys joining the chick, all insisted they are sorry. No other rooms available, cant give discount, cant give refund. That apparently has to be a manager. Was told manager will be in at 7 am. I gave the staff both sets of room keys and said i cant stay here with a 1 yr old baby, requested manager be given my concern and contact info. Staff ensure they would leave notes for next shift and the manager. I returned the next morning to talk with manager. LIED, ALL LIES! no manager its saturday, the new crew had no idea what happen just a short 7 hrs ago. Save ypur money go.else where!

Desk staff need to be trained. Asked about handicap room and got response we will put on first floor. Explained typical room, clerk responded all rooms are equipped with hand bars and shower heads. Explained no that wasnt the case. Clerk explained nothing about services breakfast, checkout or use of pool. Went to room to find it wasnt cleaned. Went back to desk got another room. No apology for problem. Left hour later and over heard conversation of soneone with room problem. Turns out clerk tried giving same uncleaned room to another guest. Wanted to stay at this location because experience at previous motel was great however this location does not come close to thevexperience.

No apology for problem. Left hour later and over heard conversation of soneone with room problem. Turns out clerk tried giving same uncleaned room to another guest. Wanted to stay at this location because experience at previous motel was great however this location does not come close to thevexperience.

Cage checked us in and gave us a nice discount. We booked a few months in advance and that day's rate was far less than we had reserved for, but he knocked the price down $35. Unusual for a hotel to do that, but greatly appreciated! Many decent restaurants near the property. Unfortunately, there was a group of men drinking and sleeping outside the entrance during the day; gave off an unsafe vibe, although they didn't actually bother us at all.

Was a decent place to stay. There is not an elevator and someone ahead of me was up set. My room was on the first floor so no complaints, from me. Breakfast was very good was hot fresh and fueled my morning. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit and felt very safe.

An overall OK stay. No major issues. Good, hot breakfast. Workers were nice but took smoke breaks right outside front door. Was in a busy area but only noticed noise when outside. Room was clean and tidy. Only hang up was I went to hotel in front thinking it was this place…. Long drive that day! Lol…

We chose this hotel because the pictures indicated that it had the best complimentary breakfast. When we got to breakfast, however, they had not made enough so it was completely gone. There wasn’t even milk for the cereal left behind. The hotel itself was a little shabby. The toilet seat was chipped in numerous places and the wallpaper was pealing. It seemed pretty clean despite that.

The check in was slow. There were two visitors in front of me, so I waited about 20 minutes for my turn. Once I entered my room, I always check the toilet and it was smelling urine, there was a cent coin on the floor and some black things on the wash basin. They make up the room but didn’t clean the toilet. I called front desk and asked for cleaning but they said house keepers went home already. They asked me to move to another room. After setting in the new room, we wanted to heat up some food, we got shocked when we opened the oven. It was smelly with food stains and there was no tray. It is a good property but loosing its image and my ratings because of house keeping. The breakfast is also below average. So, I would not come back again.

We stayed for 3 nights with no room service. There was a hole in the tub and the sink stopper wouldn't open. The bathroom room door was so warped it wouldn't open or close without sticking. The mirror frame was peeling and the light switches looked like they were from the 70s all yellow and lighted a heat lamp. You had to hold the lever on the toilet down for for a long time b4 it would flush. There was a used tea bag on the floor. The ac unit fan was very loud. The breakfast was terrible....brown n serve sausages powdered eggs with way too much water and cold. The only healthy food was the apples n oranges. Hot tub wasn't hot and jets were very weak. Used towels laying around. Walls and floors were dirty. My key card didn't work one of the days so I went to the front desk and rang the bell because no one was there. After 2 rings a young gal came out and said very snotty you didn't need to do that! (Referring to ringing the bell) needless to say I will avoid staying at a Wyndom hotel again.
