TV channels not working properly. Staff attempted to assist but not successful. Fitness center closed for renovations but it looks like closed for good. Heating cooling systems not excellent. Good basic breakfast. Excellent, helpful staff working hard to keep the hotel going. Overall satisfactory but there are better places for less money.

Bathroom was dirty, don't think the sink faucet had been cleaned in awhile. Refrigerator did not work and the only ice machine was out of order. We did not even want to eat breakfast there because of the condition of the room

This facility was filthy. There were dead bugs all over the hallways and hadn’t been vacuumed in what looked like weeks. The walls in the room were dirty as was the bedding. No remote control, 2 towels for 4 people. It was very dated and the outside had not been maintained all summer. The parking lot itself had two foot tall weeds and broken down cars that had the hoods up. Garbage was spilling out of the trash cans. The price was right but that was it.

For the price it was pretty good. Just needed some place to sleep. However, the elevator was very hard to find and the clerk did not explain it very well. I had to wonder around for 10 minutes to find it.

There was pigeon feces, feathers cigarette butts and empty containers outside exit by our hotel room. Carpet was dirty. Amenities, like excercise room was "under construction", used for storage. Front desk lady acted like it was painful for her to aswer a question. Guy at front desk was helpful. Continental breakfast was minimal.

I had stayed at that hotel a couple of other times but now it has really gone down hill it’s really trashed outside cigarette butts all over by the doors and there are signs no smoking with in 25ft there are old mattresses that have been sitting out by the dumpsters for a while. In my room the shower walls and the tub are loosing it’s protective coating and it was draining real really slow

Worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. No words. Staff was never around. Our key stopped working first thing in the morning (before checkout time), black mold in the bathroom, sticky stains in the carpet. Once we were moved out of the room with black mold all they did was move someone else into it. No attempt to clean it or quarantine the room. Various smells everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overpriced considering what it was, which is a horrible horrible motel.

Breakfast was just oranges, waffles and english muffins. We had orange juice that was bad. Staff wasn't very friendly. Our room was quite gross, toilet was not clean still had poop on it from previous stay. Behind the beds were very disgusting, found trash on side of the beds. Smelt of smoke. Unfortunately, it was so dirty in the bathroom, we had to wear our shoes. The beds and linen were clean but the state of the of the room was quite poor. Bathroom was terrible with dirty tub, toilet paper holder that was falling out of the wall and paint, dirt and dust everywhere. I would not choose to stay here again.

First room was so dirty, I requested a different one. (Ive never had to do that before) 2nd room clean-er but carpet needed vaccumed or better yet replaced. All around did not feel clean. Door fits poorly with big gaps. Blood stain on pillow. I should have left and went to a different hotel, but it was late and this was nonrefunable.

Not a good experience. That’s the nicest thing I can say the common areas are all very dirty and the room is not very clean either. The bed is very soft and the carpet is stained, and I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet.

The property was conveniently located. When I got into my room I found that the bathroom basin had not been cleaned and still had toothpaste specks on the tap mirror. The other mirror in the room was similarly dirty. I can't image that the carpet has been shampooed for years. The person who checked me in didn't stand up, which, in this case, made the process a bit awkward. (I noticed this happening on subsequent days with other clerks.) I am not convinced that the outside doors shut completely, much less locked. One night, a window into the engineering room (at the base of the building) had been left open. Finally, the breakfast space was not cleaned during the breakfast time. The breakfast was completely carb-based. No fruit. No protein.

I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the bathroom in my room was filthy. The sink had toothpaste stains from someone else and the toilet had other types of stains from someone else. The shower had hair from someone else, so don’t think it had been cleaned at all. Thankfully the bed was clean, and the air con worked, and WiFi was good. I actually had a good sleep in spite of the dirty bathroom.

Perhaps the worst American motel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in worse in Africa and China, but this is the worst in all of the U.S. It started with check-in. Walked in the front door. Actually, the lobby was fairly nice and clean, but no one was behind the front desk. Waited 10 minutes, still no one. A plaque there said to call a number if there were any problems. I called and a person answered, "front desk". I said, I've been waiting at the front desk and no one is here. It took him another 5 minutes to arrive. Then, he immediately called someone on the phone and put his hand up asking me to wait. Terrible service. If the whole town wasn't booked up for some rodeo this week, I would have walked out and gotten another hotel. We finally checked in. He told us to go downstairs to room 119. The downstairs hallway smelled of mildew. The concrete stairway was dirty and stained with what looked like chewing tobacco. Got to our room. It was dark, like a dungeon. The room had a semi-comfortable bed, a refrigerator and a microwave - all maybe 15 years old. It had a flat screen TV. The TV was mounted on the wall, but was hanging at a 45 degree angle. The window was an old aluminum window that didn't close all the way, so all the sounds from outside sounded like they were inside. BTW, the highway onramp is right behind this building. On our 2nd morning, we noticed mold in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible motel! It seems the owners just don't care.

Just ok. Fridge was on a light switch by door so it got turned off all the time and drinks in the fridge were warm. TV loses connection for about 3 seconds about every 45 seconds. Pretty annoying. Didn't matter which channel the TV was tuned to.

Decent location near the highway. It has some broken down vehicles in the parking lot, and looks a bit run down. The room was not very clean (stains on the bed spread, room had a “smell” and the bathroom had so much bleach smell it made my eyes water.

Windows and headboard are broken some of the lampshade are not working no light bulbs, the bottom of the bath tub, its peeling need to be replace. Staff frirndly, building is quite.

Needed a remodel 3 coats of paint ago. Lobby smells weird, like mildew. Lack of care in general. We skipped the breakfast due to the smell in the lobby. AC /Fan worked great, but it was very loud.. which was ok I guess as it covered up the sound of people in the hallway at night. luckily we were only staying one night so we were in and out.

Customer service very bad. Very rude lady night staff. Moved room 3x due to dirty bathroom and left dirty towels and broken fridge. Rude lady indian night staff told us to get out and discriminate us. We have the right to complain because we are the guest in your hotel but she treated us so bad. Acting like a kid, unprofessional and very very rude. We are paying on our stay. She told us we only pid $77 though we paid 133$ cad for the night but we don’t deserve to be treated this way. No even apologies. Accept your mistake. Check your cctv so that you will know how shes acting.

This hotel is a joke. When i arrived the room was not vacuumed, the locks where so loose i could've broke them from the inside. A staff member was super rude when i asked for a room card for my dog walker. I will never stay stay here again... ever!

The property is very dated and could use a good bleaching. The soap dispenser was empty, which should really be part of the checklist for the housekeepers. There was never anyone at the front desk for checkin or checkout and when you rang for them, they seemed to be very annoyed. Fine for one night stay if your in a pinch.

They charged my card over and over again even after check in, and my fees were paid. Absolutely absurd! The place was dirtier than I expected. Felt unsafe. Won’t stay here again, even in a bind id rather sleep in my car!

Waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk. Called the number provided on a sign twice with no answer. Finally reached out to Expedia. They were also unable to reach anyone. Desk clerk said they were in the laundry room. You could see everywhere on the camera mknitors. I managed a front desk at a Super 8. That phone and guests come first period. Laundry can wait. Would HIGHLY recommend NOT staying at this establishment. A manager was on the phone with the desk clerk as he was threatening to call the cops on my SO and I. Thankfully Expedia came through for us. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had to keep having our room key reprogrammed; we couldn't get in. After two days and at least 10 keys reprogrammed, it was determined that they needed to replace the electronics; the e-key reader no longer worked at all. They were supposed to have the e-reader replaced on the door; the clerk said it was an easy fix and would be completed before we returned to our room. When we returned that evening, the e-reader still didn't work, and the night clerk had to open our door with a master manual key. She wasn't sure it would work, but fortunately, it did. We checked out the next day. The room was just OK, needed a good vacuuming, and the bed tilted toward the headboard. The TV didn't work. When they installed a temporary TV, it didn't work either. They didn't offer any discounts for our inconvenience. We will not be staying there again.

The people working at this property are wonderful. Very caring and kind. Also the price was right and the hotel is in a safe part of town. The hotel room itself is not so great-everything is worn and the carpets are stained and the air smelled of toxic cleaning chemicals. I'm glad the room was clean but it was hard to breath. I had to have the window open which meant listening to the highway.

This motel is a bit dated. The carpet looked like it was from the 1970s. I was afraid to bathe there as the bathroom had obvious water damage, and I couldn't know for sure how clean the facilities were. The breakfast was very limited, only offering bread and waffles, yogurt and some juice or coffee. The juice dispenser was either not working properly, or had run out of juice concentrate to add to the water as it was very watery when put into the cup.

Checkin agent was great. Then nothing good after that..the whole place is not clean. For breakfast, which was aweful, the coffee was cold..waiter brought out hot coffee but poured it into cold coffee? We had to take the chairs off the tables to sit? He was Not prepared, he should have gotten to work earlier..I dont usually write this kind if review but this hotel should be removed from hotels.com. dont stay here.

I know this is a lower end property, but was sad when I got to my room. The carpet is old and stained. The air conditioner and refrigerator were so loud I had to turn them both off. The desk chair was so dirty with varying dirt and stains I didn't dare sit in it. The sheets and bathroom appeared clean at least. Not worth the $140 I paid.
