The staff was very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The hotel provided free amenities like ice cream and smores as well as free use of their washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. The hot tub is really nice as well. We would be happy to stay there again.

This was our favorite hotel during our vacation! The area was great and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. It was clean and fresh and the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a really cool game room that we never had time to check out, but it was a great concept. The firepit in the front was a nice touch as well.

Very expensive for what it is. Both times I went to the front desk no one was there. Didn’t have hot water for showering apparently because everyone in the hotel was showing at the same time. There was a big, black, pubic hair in the tub. When we pulled back the sheets there was bits of outside debris, hair and lint in it. The fitness room was a tiny room with a treadmill and maybe a bike but no weights. The offerings at breakfast were minimal and the room was crowded. Think cold cereal, oatmeal packets, bread, muffins, hardboiled eggs and yogurt. They did have a pot of sausage and egg taquitos but they weren’t plentiful. No decaf coffee except for packets of instant. The room was fine, nothing special and the beds were fine-not super comfortable but not uncomfortable. Overall disappointed mostly because the price was so high for what it was. And there never should be a time when a hotel runs out of hot water because too many people were showering.

The service was great. They let us check in a little early. It’s located near a bear sanctuary and is an easy walk to the main area of town. However the bed was really uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room as a wall a/c and heat unit and it was incredibly loud and ran every 1/2 hour. If you turned it off it was too stuffy in the room. Also the walls were paper thin and we could hear people all around us.

The location was convenient, less than a 5-minute drive to the West Yellowstone Park entrance and about a 5-minute walk to the town with a lot of shopping and restaurant options. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, so it was fine for what we needed which was a spacious room and a convenient location. My daughter loved the pool and the game room.

Stay was fine and convenient for entrance to Yellowstone. Hotel looking a bit shabby but clean. Carpets need replacing, Ridiculous no safe in room! Even hard to place any valuables in safe at front desk as didn’t seem to be one. Some staff on front desk did not speak English

Please note that they do not have a hot breakfast available. I hate to have to give a poor rating, but I have to report my experience. There was no one at the front desk at 9:00am so I dropped my key card in a basket and we left the property. Several miles down the road I realized I left my cell phone in my room. When returning, there was still no one at the desk but I remember there was a housekeeper on our floor. I tried to communicate with her to ask her to let us back in the room but she spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. So I went back to the desk and retrieved about 30 key cards from the basket and tried card until I found the one that opened our door.

The staff was amazing! Property was clean and inviting. Great location to Yellowstone entrance, restaurants, shoppers. We had an emergency come up with home and had to cut our stay short. The hotel management and staff worked with us to get our refund on remaining nights. Cody and Betty were the best!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The location is in walkable distance to souvenir shops, eateries, a grocery store and the discovery center. The hotel is very close to the West Yellowstone entrance and visitor center.

Overnattet 1 natt

We satyed 4 nights. The bed and furniture were not comfortable for a long stay. The walls were so thin not only could I hear people talking in the next room but I could smell the coffee that was brewed. The place was clean. The staff was pleasant. The free laundry was a nice amenity but we had no extra time to use it. I would have preferred continental breakfast and no laundry room. We went to Yellowstone without children. So the pool and game room we never saw. We returned for one more night at the tail end of our trip. We were charged a $25 fee per hour to check in prior to 4 pm check in. The room was ready, really? The staff found a pair of pants I left behind in the room. They held them for me to get on my return or they would have sent them to my house. That was appreciated. The location was awesome. Easy to town and very close to the West entrance of the park. The experience was not horrible. But we wouldn't stay there again.

There was a drop of dried blood and hairs on our bathroom floor. After we were moved to another room, we found hairs on the bed pillows. Housekeeping needs to improve and to be trained better. The front desk was helpful at check in and a nice addition were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.
