Clarion Pointe Apex - Holly Springs

Staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy.

The only rude person we encountered during our 4 day stay in North Carolina was the front desk person. As we were coming into the hotel on our last night, we noticed something that looked like dog feces tracked all the way in to the elevator. We approached the front desk and let the employee, (female) know , that it looked like a dog had an accident. She replied in a very obnoxious manor that they don't allow dogs in the hotel. She did not look into it, and upon check out the next morning we were surprised to find it still on the floor in several places.

Daily breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Daily housekeeping, comfortable bed and very friendly staff providing helpful information throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean room, staff were friendly, Food was good.
