Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood super close to everything you want on a beach vacation. We had good luck parking on Perry st. for beach access w/ bathrooms (Wknd before memorial day tho.) Super accomodating host, house had everything we needed for a great trip!

My children and I had a lovely stay! The location is central to so many shops and public beach accceses. Everything was walkable or bike able. We even found parking on the busiest Saturday at the public beach. Our hosts had all the amenities like bikes and cornhole. It was a wonderful weekend. Can’t wait to return.

The house was great and Jennifer was a wonderful host! Great suggestions for restaurants and lots of beach supplies including beach towels and chairs, even though we brought our own. Super convenient amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee was a plus since we had arrived later than planned and needed coffee in the morning! Definitely recommend! Thanks again Jennifer!

Cute remodeled house. It was equipped with nice kitchen appliances, dishes and cleaning supplies. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or issues. Property is only about 1 mile from the beach. Easy access to public parking. We had an amazing vacation.

We had a great stay here at Swept Away One! Jen was very friendly and gave us a great list of restaurant recommendations. It was nice to try some new places along with our usual favorites! The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sipping a glass of wine each evening in the rocking chairs on the covered porch. The location was convenient with a short drive to the beach and a short walk to watch the beautiful sunset on the sound. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this Kill Devil Hills beach house! The location was perfect—close to grocery stores, shopping, and of course the beach. The home was very clean, well-stocked, and spacious enough for the whole family. We especially loved relaxing on the deck, renting a golf cart, and bringing our own bikes to cruise the neighborhood. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

The location was great for our first time in the OBX. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed for a lot of relaxed time. The location also allowed easy access to anywhere within the OBX. The place was clean, and everything was accessible. There were items available, like beach chairs and toys for the kids, that I don't recall being in the listing, but definitely minimized the need to pack additional things.

Had a great visit! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay in the OBX. Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, and putt putt. Jenniffer was a wonderful host and very responsive. We love our time in OBX and highly recommend this house!

Thoughtfully furnished and accommodating, very clean, centrally located. The owners were very friendly, and checked in with us when we saw them. Highly recommend for families with older kids, stairs are fairly steep for younger children.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The rental was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. This was our family's first trip to the OBX and this house was everything we could have hoped for. It was comfortable, inviting and felt like home away from home. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 kids (19,16,11 and 4) and this home offered everything we needed. We spent most of the days exploring the beaches and areas and it was great to come back to this property to unwind and relax. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience. The location is great and close to everything you need and the owners are wonderful and extremely helpful in helping you make sure you have a great vacation.

The host was both welcoming and responsive. The house was also awesome - everything was very nice and comfortable. I wish that the weather had been warmer so we could have sat on the porch and the deck; both looked so inviting. The location was also great as it was on a quiet street but still convenient to everything we needed or wanted to see. We absolutely enjoyed our time there.

My children and I had a lovely stay! The location is central to so many shops and public beach accceses. Everything was walkable or bike able. We even found parking on the busiest Saturday at the public beach. Our hosts had all the amenities like bikes and cornhole. It was a wonderful weekend. Can’t wait to return.

This was our family's first trip to the OBX and this house was everything we could have hoped for. It was comfortable, inviting and felt like home away from home. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 kids (19,16,11 and 4) and this home offered everything we needed. We spent most of the days exploring the beaches and areas and it was great to come back to this property to unwind and relax. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience. The location is great and close to everything you need and the owners are wonderful and extremely helpful in helping you make sure you have a great vacation.

Had a great visit! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay in the OBX. Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, and putt putt. Jenniffer was a wonderful host and very responsive. We love our time in OBX and highly recommend this house!

We had a great stay here at Swept Away One! Jen was very friendly and gave us a great list of restaurant recommendations. It was nice to try some new places along with our usual favorites! The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed sipping a glass of wine each evening in the rocking chairs on the covered porch. The location was convenient with a short drive to the beach and a short walk to watch the beautiful sunset on the sound. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this Kill Devil Hills beach house! The location was perfect—close to grocery stores, shopping, and of course the beach. The home was very clean, well-stocked, and spacious enough for the whole family. We especially loved relaxing on the deck, renting a golf cart, and bringing our own bikes to cruise the neighborhood. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

The host was both welcoming and responsive. The house was also awesome - everything was very nice and comfortable. I wish that the weather had been warmer so we could have sat on the porch and the deck; both looked so inviting. The location was also great as it was on a quiet street but still convenient to everything we needed or wanted to see. We absolutely enjoyed our time there.

The location was great for our first time in the OBX. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed for a lot of relaxed time. The location also allowed easy access to anywhere within the OBX. The place was clean, and everything was accessible. There were items available, like beach chairs and toys for the kids, that I don't recall being in the listing, but definitely minimized the need to pack additional things.

We highly recommend Swept Away. Joe & Jen were wonderful hosts! Their home is close to the beach, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood also! We appreciated the cleanliness of this home, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! Thank you Joe & Jen!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space was perfect for our family, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful details that made our stay easy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway in this home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Check in and checkout was very smooth. The house was clean and everything was as described. Jenniffer was an amazing host! She checked on us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She and her family live across the street which is a huge plus in case something went wrong, they were right there to assist. Thanks a lot for the sweet treat gift, Holy Cow Creamery was delicious!
