First room I was in the fridge didn't work. Was changed to another room. I was too tired from a long trip from Florida and didn't want to change rooms again but the comforter had a stain/dirt on it as well as 2 of the pillows. Thankfully I had a blanket in my car from my trip. When I woke up in the morning, I was not able to take a shower because there were stains on the towels. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Old/smelly/stained carpet. Poor breakfast options. I have stayed in other hotels in the area that are much better for the money. Tried to utilize the 'gym' but the TV didn't work nor did the treadmill which was rusted and gross.

I arrived like 1.5 hrs before check in time but they front desk agent allowed me to check in early. All the staff was super freindly and helpful. Breakfast was good, they offered more than just the normal continental breakfast. Lobby was clean, inviting and smelled great. There are a few areas that could use some attention in the room, like the ironing board cover, the hand smudges on the walls and bathroom door frame, lamp shade and sitting chair had lots of stains and smudges on it. The gym was small but nice. I didnt like that someone was knocking on my door at 930am asking me about checking out or staying over when check out is not until 11am. I did call the front desk about and the guy was super apologetic even when i was checking out out he was very nice, smiling and apologizing. The new general manager was there and apologized for the incident as well. All in all it was a pleasent stay and I'd stay there again.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean. You can tell they've done some renovations but whoever painted the ceilings did a terrible job. There's no pool.

Convenient and pet-friendly option for interstate road trip. Room condition is adequate and clean, except for the foul odor coming from the bathroom plumbing. Apparently room was sitting unoccupied for some time in the summer heat because staff quickly came and cleaned the toilet and odor went away

Just stayed overnight on my way from FL to NJ. I specifically chose them because they had an EV charger and were pet friendly. The pet fee is a little high but otherwise everything served my beds just fine. Service at check in was excellent, breakfast and staff serving were friendly and room was clean. I’ll definitely stay again.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I was hauling a trailer and he had me park it on the grass right in front of the building so they can keep an eye on it. He Recommended a restaurant that was walkable. I didn’t use shower as just a quick one night stay. It felt extremely safe and right off I 95, so easy to get to after driving 12 hours. Starbucks a couple of blocks away. The only complaint I have is the sheets were way too small for the bed and the corner would not stay on. Comfortable bed. A few strange smells, but nothing unbearable. I didn’t use tv. Breakfast was the usual. Waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, tiny muffins, bagels.

From check in to check out a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was decent but I either misread the description or booked a hotel different than I had intended because there's no pool and that was one of my must - haves. Breakfast was decent: scrambled eggs sausage cereal toast even boiled eggs coffee was kept fresh. I would stay there again if I was in the area and didn't want a pool lol.

The hotel smelled so strong of air fresher that we couldn’t stop coughing. Manager said it is always so strong many people complain. Clean is clean covering up with spray is terrible and many people are allergic to air freshener scent. Our room was not clean. Peanut shells on bathroom floor, crumbs and a liquid spill on desk and chair. The bath mat was dirty. The one positive was the manage suggested a good restaurant. It’s was called The staff and food was excellent and CLEAN!

Very clean hotel & friendly staff. Hallway smelled very fresh. Breakfast was excellent & kept spotless by sweet girl who works there. There were a lot of options including waffle machine, eggs, sausage, biscuits, apples, muffins & breads, cold cereal, grits & yogurt. Bed & pillows were very comfortable & there was a big screen tv with cable. Room has darkening shades to keep light out & for privacy. Definitely stay here you will be glad you did!

Our stay here was disappointing. We found a roach the size of Texas right in the entryway. The little shampoo they left us was practically empty, already used and not replaced. The breakfast was horrible, coffee empty, food items empty and not replaced, garbage pails overflowed in the dining area and out front of the hotel. The best was no one to talk to at front desk as we were leaving to explain about the roach! Also listed as sleeps 5, but only sleeps 4, no pull out. Never again. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I wish I could get a refund. So not worth it and we only needed it to rest before driving.

The rooms looked nothing like what was shown online. There was a damp smell in the rooms. The sheets and covers weren't clean. The air conditioner was loud. The vent in the bathroom was full of dust and didn't work. The hotel is very misleading online. I spent way too much money for that room that was definitely not worth the price. The Radisson Hotel in Virginia Beach where I live is totally different. This one wher me and my son stayed in Erwin is giving them a bad name. Im really upset about how much money I spent for a room that reminded me of a outside motel 6.

Checked in at night and the gentleman was very friendly. When we arrived in our room we opened the fridge to put our drinks and fresh pet in there only to discover mold!!! The freezer had about an inch of water in it and mold floating on the top. The door of the fridge also had mold on it. We were so tired we ended up just getting ice from the ice machine and putting the fresh pet in the cooler of ice. In the morning I went to take a shower and realized when I was already in the shower that there was no body soap!!! Needless to say I had to use shampoo to wash myself. My only option at that point. Thankfully we were only there one night on a pitstop to Florida. In the morning at checkout I told the man about the refrigerator and the lack of body wash his response was “sounds like house keeping didn’t do their job”. I will say the young lady working the breakfast area was very nice and apologetic and even gave me the GMs business card. I expected a better overall experience.

Dirty, Dusty, Cob webs and blood splatter stains in ceiling. Towels were damp like they just came out of the washer. TV sound goes in and out. Will not stay here again. And will not recommend this establishment to other people.

The internet service sucked really bad, I was so disappointed spending so mych money for a 2 night stay but had to use my own phone internet because the wifi was really aweful, even I went to the front desk & he was able to get it on my phone after I complained & handed him my phone but he volunteered to come down & put wifi on my lapton & other phone that I had my home security on, I declined because no, you don't need to access any of my devices to put wifi on it, as expensive as the rooms were, I should have been able to put the code in my device & move on but that did not happen, also the sheet that was on my bed had stains on it that I wasn't aware of until it was check out time when I was thouroughly checking to make sure I wasn't leaving anything behind, I felt very terrible mentally after seeing that, I guess they gave me the shabbiest room since I reserved it on Hotels.com but it's ok, I will not stay at another one of these rooms ever in the future, I think I'm going to start back staying at The Holiday Inn or The Hamptons because this really left a bad taste in my mouth, just was too expensive not to be 100% comfortable & hopefully they will encourage their housekeeper to change linen period point blank, no matter what. Overall, the outside was clean, but the room was only so-so. The air conditioning didn't stay on in the room, so I had to keep adjusting the temperature, and it was still hot.

The outside is appealing but the room is average to poor. Bathroom door was rubbing on floor and had to really push it to close. A/C was not working in room. Refrigerator in room was turned off. Beds were very noisy. Breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. Waffles wouldn't cook.... so bizarre! Would not recommend this location.

Breakfast was not good. We saw three couples including ourselves look at biscuits and gravy and mumble “no eggs today”? We all love Elvis but nobody from the northern states eats biscuits and gravy! The coffee in the pitchers always tastes like hot water! Even the “Dark” blend is really weak and virtually undrinkable. The air conditioning hardly works. The wall control is never connected and the unit itself didn’t work on our last two visits.

The young man who checked us in was exceptional. Friendly and polite. The lamps in our room could use some help. The harp on one was loose as was the main stem of the lamp. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The surrounding roads very in bad condition due to construction, not the fault of the facility.

The staff was great. Just a stop on way home to FL. I did leave something in room and the staff located it quickly and it’s being mailed to my home. Coffee was good and the b’fast was good, too.

Check in took 15 minutes. The key for my room did not work. I walked to the room on the other side of the hotel twice. On the third try, I brought the front desk manager with me and there was someone else in my room.

We could not get a rollaway bed like it stated we could and a pipe bust in someones room we had no water and they vacuumed all night long with no compensations. We did not sleep and that was the whole reason for the stay. We had to get a second room wich we were not expecting. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Night staff was really nice. Morning staff was rude.

I booked a room with a king size bed, relying on the picture that was on the website. When I got to my room, I discovered that there was no chairs in it. When I went back to the front desk to discuss it, I was told that it was because I'd booked a handicap room. I showed the clerk the website picture that I'd referenced and he replied that I should have looked at the description below. I told him that since I am not handicapped but was in need of a desk and chair to work on my laptop, I wanted to be switched to a standard room. He responded that the hotel didn't allow changes for that reason. I told him that it was unacceptable. He replied "Look if you're going to argue with me I'm not going to do anything. If you're quiet, I'll see what I can do." I was given a different room, however the AC unit sounded like a diesel engine idling. When I was checking out the next morning, the day clerk asked about my stay. When I shared with her what had happened, she replied: "Oh you should always call the hotel ahead of time and confirm that you actually booked what you think you did." I let her know that I've easily reserved over 100 rooms due to work related travel and I've never had a similar issue. She responded that she hoped I had good luck with the rest of my trip. Bottom line: They don't care about guests needs. There's plenty of options. Don't stay there!

The only thing about this hotel that was not that great, the air unit I believe, was on a timer and it would cut off at different intervals at night, which made the room temperature uncomfortable. You could not adjust it because the buttons did not work and the digital display was not on. I will say though during the stay I received at text asking how my stay was going and I texted about the air unit, and it stayed on the next night, so you'll have to notify front desk about the air I guess. Also, the breakfast staff literally cut the lights off on us while we were eating because it was right at 1030am time when breakfast closes. RUDE. Other than that it was okay. Customer service people were friendly, but I did really expect it to be a little more elegant than it was...

I arrived like 1.5 hrs before check in time but they front desk agent allowed me to check in early. All the staff was super freindly and helpful. Breakfast was good, they offered more than just the normal continental breakfast. Lobby was clean, inviting and smelled great. There are a few areas that could use some attention in the room, like the ironing board cover, the hand smudges on the walls and bathroom door frame, lamp shade and sitting chair had lots of stains and smudges on it. The gym was small but nice. I didnt like that someone was knocking on my door at 930am asking me about checking out or staying over when check out is not until 11am. I did call the front desk about and the guy was super apologetic even when i was checking out out he was very nice, smiling and apologizing. The new general manager was there and apologized for the incident as well. All in all it was a pleasent stay and I'd stay there again.

I stayed at this location in Dunn rather than in Raleigh because it looked like a nice property at a great price. It was exactly that. And it is within walking distance of a Sagebrush Steakhouse so dinner was easy too. Definitely recommended.

The outside is appealing but the room is average to poor. Bathroom door was rubbing on floor and had to really push it to close. A/C was not working in room. Refrigerator in room was turned off. Beds were very noisy. Breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. Waffles wouldn't cook.... so bizarre! Would not recommend this location.

This was a stop along the way. Booked it for the price and incurred breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well as bed was uncomfortable and room was cold. We couldn't control the temp. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were rubbery, the biscuits were and the sausage patties were hard as rocks. We had the cereal and yogurt just have something and went through a McDonald's drive thru.

First and foremost, this hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for: a quick night’s rest before continuing on I-95. That said, make sure you know what you are getting if you’re a picky sleeper. There was a claw clip left in the shower which left me concerned about the cleanliness. There was also what looked like a cigarette burn hole in the comforter of one of the beds. No smoke smell at all, just the hole. The towels are obviously old, as is everything in the room. That said, it was clean enough for us and that was that. Now, the room’s walls might have actually been paper thin. A desk pushed up against the wall kept you from opening the door to what I assume used to be the rest of the room. When a baby in that room started screaming at 2 am, I thought I brought a newborn because it was like the baby was in the room with us. You could hear all of the screaming all night. We had our toddler, so I just cranked up our sound machine and turned the AC down so it would run more consistently and we kept on sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, just beware that a noisy neighbor could derail you. That said, the hotel was fine. We would even book again because it was so convenient. Breakfast was also yummy, and the hotel coffee was decent! A solid, cheap stay. Just some things to note if you have any picky people in your party!

My room smelled musky. There was no way to pull down the window blind and give privacy for the room. My husband had to find a way to hang towel and put an ironing board in front of the window. Ice machine on my floor was not working and I was told to go to another floor for ice. Day staff was friendly. Night staff seemed lazy.
