This is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The room I checked into, at 8 pm, was not clean and the hotel staff did not come to clean the room until noon the following day. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom and body fluids visible on the sheets. The security latch was missing from the door. The blood was never cleaned off the bathroom walls. Management was EXTREMELY rude. They treated me as if I was unreasonable. They said they couldn't clean the blood off the walls, that they would need to be painted. I mentioned bleach and they got loud with me. Unbelievable. They never came to paint over it...I was there for 6 days, unfortunately there were no other places for me to stay. I asked for a refund and they refused, but they were quick to tell me I could leave, knowing that I wouldn't find other accommodations. I took pictures of all the filth. I will contact their corporate office. They advertise a fitness facility...there's none. They advertise continental breakfast...they provide tea, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. I've never seen such a filthy place with such rude people. Halfway through my stay, the female manager INSISTED that they come in to clean the room. Her delivery was rude, like she was taunting me, but I agreed. She even set a specific time that the cleaner would come, since I was there on business, and they never came. I did find that laughable. When we arrived the lobby you had to be buzzed into. The person checking us in was on the phone in speaker or FaceTime talking the whole time while checking in. The printer didn’t work for the second invoice. Men were on the hallway outside the rooms smoking. We actually turned the keys in and left and did not stay. The room smelt like an ash tray. We felt unsafe.

The room was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice tv, microwave and small fridge as well as ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Good amount of parking. The outside hallways downstairs were dirty. The breakfast is coffee, juice and apples

Front desk person was not at the desk at 7 pm on Saturday. We knocked on the window and called the hotel but got the voicemail. We were about to go next door to the Comfort Inn when she finally came from behind the building.

Room was overall dirty! Sheets weren’t the cleanest. Felt dirty all over I took a shower before and after I went to bed because the sheets were just nasty looking. Shower had pubes in it from the last people who stayed. Glad I brought my sandals for the shower. Toilet seat wasn’t secured to the toilet. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Then during my stay there was an overdose and a domestic dispute. Stayed 4 nights there was about to get a fifth night when they wouldn’t answer the doorbell to the lobby to let me in so I said screw it and went next door to the comfort in. But you get what you pay for.

The room was dirty the sheets and blankets was dirty. There was paint pealing in the bathroom and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. Went to the restroom and a big roach came crawling out. The internet was not working and they say breakfast but when called to verify they only said breakfast consisted of coffee and juice. Never again

The bed linens were stained and some were questionable, as to hether or not they had been previously used. The desk and chair were disgusting, so I picked up some chlorox wipes to clean wash them off.

What was unique about the property? Expected something better from a Wyndham sub-brand. The bed may be new but there were dead bugs on the floor, torn curtain, only 2 bath and 1 hand towel for 2 people, 1 small bar of soap, broken double lick and missing chain on the door, AC unit kept making noise. Picked it due to proximity to the highway. Try the Comfort Inn next door.

This hotel is ok if you are staying 2-3 days traveling from out of State.Bathroom is very small. Another guest was given a key to enter our room while one of my family members was still resting.This invasion of privacy should Never happen.

Bed had clean sheets, the bathroom was clean, but the room was not sound proof. Folks going up the metal staircase were extremely loud and were up and about in the wee hours of the morning. It kept the dog up and we hardly got any sleep. When we asked for a room change, they charge extra. There were no hangers to hang jackets. The bar fridge was outide the enclosure and wobbled on three legs. The floor boards had gaps between the boards and were tricky to walk on. We will not be staying at this location next time.

Bathroom door knob-handle was not functional,almost causing me to get stuck in the bathroom because it would not reopen while in the bathroom : ( A scary experience as a solo traveler, and there was what looked like tissue in the door handle hole to keep it from being completely shut. It looks like they did not want to fix it.

Checked after long day of travel. Only one person got a watm shower, day two, we ran 1/2 Marathon, paid for late check, and our keys didn't work, house keeping let us in. No hot water at all, after running 13 miles!

Pretty decent room. I think it was clean for the most part and the bed was certainly comfortable with a clean comforter.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The room I checked into, at 8 pm, was not clean and the hotel staff did not come to clean the room until noon the following day. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom and body fluids visible on the sheets. The security latch was missing from the door. The blood was never cleaned off the bathroom walls. Management was EXTREMELY rude. They treated me as if I was unreasonable. They said they couldn't clean the blood off the walls, that they would need to be painted. I mentioned bleach and they got loud with me. Unbelievable. They never came to paint over it...I was there for 6 days, unfortunately there were no other places for me to stay. I asked for a refund and they refused, but they were quick to tell me I could leave, knowing that I wouldn't find other accommodations. I took pictures of all the filth. I will contact their corporate office. They advertise a fitness facility...there's none. They advertise continental breakfast...they provide tea, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. I've never seen such a filthy place with such rude people. Halfway through my stay, the female manager INSISTED that they come in to clean the room. Her delivery was rude, like she was taunting me, but I agreed. She even set a specific time that the cleaner would come, since I was there on business, and they never came. I did find that laughable. Honestly, this place is a public health hazard. I'll contact the health department also.

I was very unhappy when i called to check out and they said they had been paid by the people staying there and would not refund my money. So essentially they were paid twice and someone pocketed the money or they lied about getting the money.

This hotel is ok if you are staying 2-3 days traveling from out of State.Bathroom is very small. Another guest was given a key to enter our room while one of my family members was still resting.This invasion of privacy should Never happen.

Front desk person was not at the desk at 7 pm on Saturday. We knocked on the window and called the hotel but got the voicemail. We were about to go next door to the Comfort Inn when she finally came from behind the building.

Checked after long day of travel. Only one person got a watm shower, day two, we ran 1/2 Marathon, paid for late check, and our keys didn't work, house keeping let us in. No hot water at all, after running 13 miles!

The lobby was locked on arrival early evening and still locked after 7:00 AM for checkout. No coffee or breakfast items in the lobby and no coffee maker in the room. The room needed a good sweeping.

When we arrived the lobby you had to be buzzed into. The person checking us in was on the phone in speaker or FaceTime talking the whole time while checking in. The printer didn’t work for the second invoice. Men were on the hallway outside the rooms smoking. We actually turned the keys in and left and did not stay. The room smelt like an ash tray. We felt unsafe.

The bed may be new but there were dead bugs on the floor, torn curtain, only 2 bath and 1 hand towel for 2 people, 1 small bar of soap, broken double lick and missing chain on the door, AC unit kept making noise. Picked it due to proximity to the highway. Try the Comfort Inn next door.

Bed had clean sheets, the bathroom was clean, but the room was not sound proof. Folks going up the metal staircase were extremely loud and were up and about in the wee hours of the morning. It kept the dog up and we hardly got any sleep. When we asked for a room change, they charge extra. There were no hangers to hang jackets. The bar fridge was outide the enclosure and wobbled on three legs. The floor boards had gaps between the boards and were tricky to walk on. We will not be staying at this location next time.

Expedia showed that this was the only hotel available in that area for a one night stay. My fault, should have looked at other websites. This place was loud throughly the whole night and early morning. People screaming and yelling. It was also on the road so the cars made it louder. Though the screaming was more concerning. On top of that, the sheets were stained, the walls were dirty. One non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The lobby had a security system so that shows this area is probably not the safest. I blame myself for not looking at other websites. However the quality of this place was bad. I guess it’s expected for the price

The website says there is free breakfast. There was nothing available. NOTHING, not even coffee it water. The desk clerk said she only makes coffee if someone asks for it. I told her we picked this hotel as breakfast was included. She said they ordered food , but it’s in back order?!!! Also, there was mold on shower curtain and the bathroom door did not shut. You need to modify your website as this is not what we paid for.

The room was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice tv, microwave and small fridge as well as ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Good amount of parking. The outside hallways downstairs were dirty. The breakfast is coffee, juice and apples

When we booked the reservation was for 5 people. The room was supposed to have two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room only had two double beds, when I asked I was informed that is all they have. The refrigerator was discussing and there was no breakfast as advertised. Will never stay here again.

The room was to be a king and instead we had two full size beds. Looked like Kmart frames with poor mattresses. The TV didn't work. When I noticed it was unplugged, I had to go behind to find piles of dust. Then when I turned on the lamp it didn't work, because there was no bulb!!! The air conditioner worked but would not shut off when the temperature was met. So it needed to be physically shut off and turned on throughout the night. The ground fault plug did not work so the hairdryer needed to be pulled from the wall and used at another location. Don't call the desk at 252-335-4316 because when you do you receive a recording that says,"stop leaving messages" then hangs up because the message box is full. Next time I'll sleep in the bed of my truck !!! terrible

I think this is a family run busines, so Iwas happy to stay for that reason vs a big chain ran by a corporation. Check in was easy. Im glad I brought some clorox wipes with me. The door handle and light switches were pretty gross. The sheets were clean and the room seemed like it was recently painted. The floor tiles had some major gaps in them and could have given another once over with a mop. The sink seemed to have some plumbing issues that would have particles of food from and unknown source just randomly show up. The shower wall and tub needs some tlc. The cable didn't work in room 109. Otherwise the bed was really comfy and I slept well. It was fine for a 2 night stay. If you bring your dogs be aware that there's not so much grass on their property.
