It was a convenient location for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The gym and the guest laundry were out of order. Looked liked they were doing some updates because there was carpet and boxes in the lobby.

The hotel is safe and relatively clean, but rooms are dated (renovations starting soon.) Fitness Center has been closed for months and breakfast is very basic. The best part about staying here is the staff! The front desk folks are wonderful -- they work long shifts and never lose their smiles.

The AC unit in the room was quite loud. Also, said they had snack vending but there wasn't. And quite a few things were "Out of Order". But the bed was quite comfy and the staff was very friendly!

The front desk staff is great, but the hotel itself really needs some work (I understand renovations are scheduled.) The gym has been closed for several months -- the hotels.com info should note this. Breakfast is underwhelming and generates a LOT of styrofoam waste.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was simple but good and the front desk employees were really nice. The really disappointing thing was the empty pool in 90’ weather AND the out of order gym! So sad.

First off, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. When we parked around the side to unload and got to the back door, we couldn’t get in. Apparently the back door is broken and we were not informed of this. We thought our key wasn’t working but it was the door. The hotel looked clean, but it’s not well-maintained. I noticed construction trash bins in the parking lot, so I assume they may be doing some renovations. However, the room we stayed in has not been renovated. The mattress is in serious need of being replaced, and was not comfortable at all. None of the outlets worked, and one of the lamps wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom appeared to be in good shape. The furniture looks old and worn. Again, all of the plugs on the lamps to make it convenient to charge your phone. None of them were working. The plugs in the wall weren’t working either , I finally unplugged my lamp since I knew that plug was working to plug my phone in. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and found that it was fine. It’s a convenient location for us to visit family.

Our group had up to 4 rooms over the weekend. 3 rooms had TV issues. All rooms had bad clock radios. No chairs or tables at the pool. One room never got housekeeping services. Ice machine not functioning on one floor.

This was for sure the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. The coffee and breakfast were wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The only down side we had was that they were waiting to get the pool inspected and had no signs or locks on the gate. The lady who let us know was very kind, and we had no issue. I would just worry that someone who isn't understanding like we were could have sued them if an accident occurred, since there was no signage or locks.

The halls and common areas had no air. But the worst was the bathroom was DIRTY. Hair on everything. I dropped a bottle of shampoo under the bathroom vanity. Went to retrieve it. Under there had NEVER been cleaned! Ties nails, hair balls. Yuck! The bottle of shampoo said under there.

My room was clean and comfortable. Having a very clean bathroom is a must for me and this one did not disappoint. The included breakfast was better than nothing, could use some improvements; however the coffee was delicious.

The staff were very nice. However, the rooms were in bad shape. The hotel room had dirty wash cloths in the bathtub and the toilets were not clean. We decided to stay in the room to avoid causing issues. As we turned down the bed, the sheets were wet and appeared to not be clean. The nice staff put us in another room. Dirty- heat did not work properly, direct tv unit had to cycle through systems checks and updates before it would cut on, water rings and marks on furniture as evidence the end tables had not been cleaned or wiped down, food trash and wrapper trash beside bed in floor, mattress hard as a rock, cobwebs on wall above the lamps, milk In breakfast bar was sour, cereal was stale, eggs were something other than eggs, coffee spills in floor and not cleaned up. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping does an outstanding job. The entire facility was so clean. Treat your staff well, they were all amazing and worth keeping!!. They were all very friendly and responsive. There was renovation happening in some areas but nothing affected our stay. Breakfast area was clean and food was your basic breakfast included fare. There are restaurants and stores nearby. I would book there again.

This is the first review I have left for anything. I checked in to the hotel at 3 and walking to the room it was dim, smelled bad and there was exposed wood in the hallways so I was already hesitant about the place. Once I got to the room and observed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and by the air vents, stains and tears on the sheets, and it had musky smell in the room. I went to the front desk for a refund and to check out at about 330pm, 30mins after check in. They said I had to request a refund through Expedia and after back and forths with Expedia they said they had to contact the hotel to see if they would honor a refund. Surprise, no refund because the hotel with the moldy rooms wouldn’t honor it, because they adhere to their “cancellation policy”. If there was an option to leave pictures, I would.

The heat didn’t work in my room and I had driven all day and was too tired to come Back down to move. When I checked out and told them, they said “oh yeah there are several Units that need to be replaced” WHY on earth was I put in that room then? Feel like I deserve some money back for freezing all night!

The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The morning breakfast bar was excellent with a variety of options. Our overnight stay was comfortable - the bed was outstanding. I would like to order one of those mattress toppers! We would stay there again.

The staff is exceptional -from the front desk to the room attendants - everyone was as nice as they could be. The hotel is a little run down but perfect for a quick overnight in F-V. Not going to win any awards but safe and convenient

Expedia says $25 for pet fee, the hotel made us signed a hardcopy that says $25 per day, but they charged our credit card $35/night. We explained this to the Manager and he was very rude. Started yelling at us at the lobby, repeating over and ober that the new fee was $35 per night. No Gym, stained blankets.

First off, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. When we parked around the side to unload and got to the back door, we couldn’t get in. Apparently the back door is broken and we were not informed of this. We thought our key wasn’t working but it was the door. The hotel looked clean, but it’s not well-maintained. I noticed construction trash bins in the parking lot, so I assume they may be doing some renovations. However, the room we stayed in has not been renovated. The mattress is in serious need of being replaced, and was not comfortable at all. None of the outlets worked, and one of the lamps wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom appeared to be in good shape. The furniture looks old and worn. Again, all of the plugs on the lamps to make it convenient to charge your phone. None of them were working. The plugs in the wall weren’t working either , I finally unplugged my lamp since I knew that plug was working to plug my phone in. We have stayed at this location several times in the past and found that it was fine. It’s a convenient location for us to visit family.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The morning breakfast bar was excellent with a variety of options. Our overnight stay was comfortable - the bed was outstanding. I would like to order one of those mattress toppers! We would stay there again.

The housekeeping staff were rude. On the morning of the first day, one of the housekeeping staff unlocked our door. We were waking up after a very late check-in the night before. I was surprised that they would burst into the room. It seemed as if they thought the room was empty. Why wouldn't they knock first? Then we left the hotel and when we returned later that evening, the room had not been tended/cleaned. Perhaps they do not clean the rooms for only a two-day stay. But I was surprised.

I arrived after a long trip at 2 pm - Check inn officially is at 3 pm . The room was ready . The hotel wanted to charge me $35 to check in at 2 pm instead of 3 pm . There is a courtesy in hotel worldwide that if a room is ready and you are early , they accommodate the guest and let him use the room . For that alone , I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. The gym was out of order and the room is made every three days -Again , never heard of a hotel which does not clean the room daily

When I checked in Friday I had to wait for quite a while. There was no one at the front desk. The girl finally showed up. She was on her cell phone. I told her I was paying for my sons room and daughters room. She went ahead and checked in. When they arrived she gave my daughter a key to my room instead of her room. When she went back down to the front desk, once again she could not be found. When my son checked in she gave him a key to my daughters room. She was so disorganized and constantly on her cell phone. Evidently she had not been trained and was not told to stay off her cell phone. We had all just stayed there back in March and didn’t have any issues but this girl was not working there. She had no personality and should not be working in the hospitality industry.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Hot stuff was not hot and dried out. Coffee bland, cheap artificial sweetened yogurt! Just low quality. Only fresh fruit was mealy apples. Didn’t bother after the first morning!

My room was clean and comfortable. Having a very clean bathroom is a must for me and this one did not disappoint. The included breakfast was better than nothing, could use some improvements; however the coffee was delicious.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was simple but good and the front desk employees were really nice. The really disappointing thing was the empty pool in 90’ weather AND the out of order gym! So sad.

Dirty- heat did not work properly, direct tv unit had to cycle through systems checks and updates before it would cut on, water rings and marks on furniture as evidence the end tables had not been cleaned or wiped down, food trash and wrapper trash beside bed in floor, mattress hard as a rock, cobwebs on wall above the lamps, milk In breakfast bar was sour, cereal was stale, eggs were something other than eggs, coffee spills in floor and not cleaned up. Staff was friendly.

Nice hotel accommodations for price. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a plus, eggs not so fine. However the coffee was very good and the make your own waffles were fun and tasty. Quiet at night and room was clean and neat, could use a chair in sitting area. Plumbing needs work .

Okay, the room was a very nice size, which was good. In the room, the little areas of concern were the metal frame the mattress sits on is too long and dangerous for feet, the shower water was UNpleasantly hot. I turned it all the way down to almost off and it never reached a comfortable temperature. The point of greatest concern is that there were no grab bars in the bathroom, and the tub floor was a bit slippery. Also, ice machine was out of order, breakfast beverage machine was out of order, a bathroom right off lobby was out of order. I have pictures of all these concerns.

I would never stay in this place again. The carpet was dirty and lifting off the ground; the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was a pubic hair in the bed. On top of all of this, I had to check out early for a family emergency and the front desk staff checked me out, provided me with a receipt showing a credit due, and told me it would take 5-7 business days to process. I waited, did not receive a credit, and when I called the HOTEL MANAGER LIED and said that I stayed the full visit and they would not honor the receipt that their hotel staff printed and gave to me. HORRIBLE customer service - I've reached out to corporate and am hoping to hear back from someone soon! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again.
