This was a quiet night before returning home from a concert. The lady at the desk was very nice. The lemon water was great. The popcorn was fresh. It was late but she was very pleasant. The room was good, clean and quiet. We rested very well. The area had e everything needed Will definitely stay there again

The treadmill and stationary bike did not function, the space was very small and confined. I was disappointed. Secondly, the air on the second floor was stale and musty. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in my travels and this is one I will not return.

Property was nice enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Vending machine only accepts quarters but don’t ask the front desk to break a dollar or give change because “they don’t do that”. Room smelled heavily of smoke and AC in the room was able to stay running long enough to actually cool the room but beds were very comfortable.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was easy to find. The room was dated and in poor condition. Missing and broken tiles, mild in shower, cracks in ceiling. Had to put the AC at 60 just to cool down the room. The elevator was beyind slow. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good.

Everything was wonderful until thr toilet almost overflowed. The day person placed the plunger outside her door. We picked it up after breakfast. She ran out of potatoes and took a long time to put more out. Lori checked us in and she was very friendly and talkative. I loved it. A little short on popcorn, not enough for two bags. The lemon water was delicious. Overall. I love a king sized bed. They're not available in the neighboring hotels. Lori gave me my rewards points. I did appreciate that.

Nothing was unique. The worts hotel I have stayed. There was no one at front desk when arrival and our room had a massive water leak located on the bathroom’s sealing.

Hole in ceiling, water on floor when I arrived. Had to wait 30 plus mins to checkin. 1st room had no darkening curtain, just a sheer curtain. Then moved rooms. Next day the hotel was without water until like 5pm. It was just a mess

The hotel was clean and updated, the registration clerk was friendly and helpful with our checkin. The room was spacious and smelled clean the double Queen beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had hot food with a variety of breakfast favorites. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is conviently located next to plenty of shopping options. The hotel is very dirty. The thick layer of dust on the phone, and the amount of hair in the bed tells me that they don't clean the rooms. There were blood stains on the floor covered by bleach as well. The pillows smelled like body odor, too. The air conditioning unit barely blew out any air. Traffic by the freeway came roaring around 3am. It was very loud, I could not sleep. The dining room was pretty dirty, I didn't feel safe to eat their food. I stayed in room 223. I would not recommend for children.

Upon arrival at the hotel we noticed that the lobby smelled like fish. Got checked in and the elevator smelled of weed. Once we made in to our “Suite” the room looked as if it had not been vacuumed. Our room had a pull out couch for the boys and there was no linen for that bed. Called down and informed them of same and she dropped of a set of sheets and a blanket. She did not bring any pillows. The shower was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Disgusting. My bags are ruined because of the smell. It smells like the rug of a house that has been smoked in for 20 years. The staff was nice. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were like that. Stay away. I smelled weed and cigarettes being smoked on both floors I stayed on.

The floor was dirty... soon as we got in the room my wife saw a nat. I killed a bug crawling on the floor..the couch was dirty. The pull out mattress from the couch was nasty. Fingernail clippings were on the carpet. Just yuck..My wife actually went back home.

Horrible experience, first there was no power when arrived for check in so we had to leave and wait until 8 pm. They charged my credit card once for the full stay, and then started charging daily because they voided the initial payment. This caused a lot of issues with my card. The cleaning is awful, floors are dirty and sticky all around the room and hallways.

The hallway my room was on smelled awful, musty and the carpet was soiled and buckled. The carpet in my room was soiled and there was a used teeth flossed in the corner near the air conditioner (I don’t use those things). The carpet was filthy near the baseboards. There was like toenails and dirt accumulated there. The air conditioner stopped work g the first night, in the middle of the night, so I reported this to the front desk person, Jackie. Also told her about the dirty carpet. I requested a different room and she told me they would first try to fix the air and would do a thorough room cleaning. When I returned that night (had been gone all day so they had ample time to clean the room and all), the carpet was in the same conditioner with teeth flossed still in the corner and toenails and filth still there. The air seemed to work but was intermittent throughout the night. I reported all this to Jackie the next morning when I checked out and she said house keeping tiles her the room was clean. That was a lie! I also got charged an extra fee equivalent to a night’s stay. Was told that was an “authorization charge” that should be reversed in 24-48 hours. It better be!!! This was the only hotel that showed up for this area when I did a google search for it but there are 3 other, better loookong hotels right next door! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful place! I tried to post pics but not allowed on this review platform.

The only thing I can think of was that the water pressure was really low. No particular time, both morning and night time. The television had a huge selection of stations to view. The breakfast bar was typical but sufficient. I've stayed there twice and would stay again.

Nice rooms. Comfy bed. Slept like babies. Good breakfast. Easy access to main roads. That said, there was city noises like sirens. But that is the trade off. We were pleased with the place.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a cockroach. The next day, I asked housekeeping to remove our breakfast trash to avoid critters. When we came back later that night, the trash was still there. Attempted to get a cup of coffee the next morning and it was ice cold signifying that the coffee was old. Requested to talk to a manager twice and never received a call or email. The general manager emailed me after I submitted a review and refuted my concerns versus apologizing and taking accountability. We will not book this hotel again.

When I tried to check in a little early, 2:45pm , I explained to her that I drove 6 hours to get there, she said absolutely no check ins before 4 pm. We stayed overnight on Christmas. They gave us each a complimentary bottle of water with a cookie. No complaints about the hotel or service. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast, good value, comfortable beds. Only complaint is there could be better signage to direct you to how to get there once you are on the road it is located.

There is a big problem with this hotel. There are two Comfort hotels in the area. The name of each hotel is so similar that we ended up with reservations a 25 minute drive from the place we were visiting rather than the expected 8 minutes. I was very upset when I arrived at a hotel thinking I had a room only to be told I was at the wrong location.

The hotel was clean and updated, the registration clerk was friendly and helpful with our checkin. The room was spacious and smelled clean the double Queen beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had hot food with a variety of breakfast favorites. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful until thr toilet almost overflowed. The day person placed the plunger outside her door. We picked it up after breakfast. She ran out of potatoes and took a long time to put more out. Lori checked us in and she was very friendly and talkative. I loved it. A little short on popcorn, not enough for two bags. The lemon water was delicious. Overall. I love a king sized bed. They're not available in the neighboring hotels. Lori gave me my rewards points. I did appreciate that.

The employee (Matis I think was his name) that checked us in went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they offer a nice breakfast. The ac worked really well. It’s in a convenient location. The hotel is older and could use some updating however you’re not paying 300 a night so complaining about that is crazy to me. It exceeded my expectations.

Room was clean, and we had enough towels. Breakfast was great. No hot cereal options. You can hear everything your neighbors say and do. Walls are thin. Had to turn TV on to block out noise from the brothel next door. We stayed close to the entry and check in area... a lot of noice from that as well. Otherwise, everything was great!

We had to keep asking for the cleaning staff to bring clean towels and empty waste cans. Twice they never came to the room during the week we stayed there. Carpet looked old and dirty. Used to be very nice But has gone down a lot. The drink machine was awful. Only took dollar bills and when I finally got a coke, it tasted Old. Will be looking elsewhere next time I’m in town
