Holiday Inn Express Charlotte West - Gastonia by IHG

No pude quedarme por remodelación y por salud no podía estar en medio de tanto polvo y olores fuertes, aún así no me devolvieron mi dinero, expedía tampoco garantizo mi reembolso, tuve que buscar alojo en otro hotel esa misma noche. Lamento que expedía y el hotel holiday inn hayan perdido un cliente constante en reservas aéreas y estadías de hoteles. Gracias por nada

Unfortunately, this was not a great stay and I will not be returning. The hotel is located beside a Motel 6 and the surrounding area did not feel like the best area. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — while getting ready, I could clearly hear a woman’s entire conversation in the bathroom next door. You can also hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways. To make matters worse, someone above us (I’m assuming a child) was jumping and stomping for nearly two hours at night and then started again before 6 AM, waking me up. It was very difficult to get any rest. Overall, the noise level and location made this a disappointing experience. Staff was nice and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and the customer service was amazing too.Demise and Teayana made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, colleagues and family.
