Everything with our room was wonderful it was later in the night after we checked in that I got a call from the front desk and we were not even in our room we had to run a few errands well she was informing me that they had a guest compliant about my babies barking and I explained to her the only reason she would be barking and not stop us bc she eard another dog barking or she saw a shadow of someone walking by our room.. Well she told me that I wasn't suppose to leave them in the room by themselves and I really took offense to that because nowhere is it written in their policies or rules or on the actual property entering the office there is no signs stipulating that u cannot leave your animal unattended in room it has to be posted and posted when reservation is being made so she said that we had 10 minutes to get to them to calm. Them down or we would have to check out with no refund this is where I started to get very irritated and aggravated because back in February to be exact around February 27 we also stayed at the kenly NC location for 3 nights it was a Saturday night, Sunday night and a Monday night I remember like it was yesterday and during that stay it was a totally different environment with the way the employees treated us.. They had respect ask if we needed anything regularly and they said not one thing about my animals at all they were kind then. I do not appreciate the way I. Was talk to or the way my dogs were mentioned.
