This a great place to stop for our trip from CT to FLA. Plenty of parking while towing a 25’ trailer. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and a restaurant right next door for dinner.

Swimming Pool Closed! This is not listed anywhere on their website, so do not book of you have little kids wanting a pool. They didn’t get their pool inspected, so will be closed for some time. The is trash everywhere outside and the trash cans outside are full smell horrible. The three inch dead roach by the trash as you walk in is a nice welcome.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, spacious room with King size bed! Close to 95, things to do in walking distance. Department store, Cold Stone and restaurants fairly close by. We were about 12 mins from the rodeo! Fun family event! Staff was very nice and quick check-in. Breakfast was similar to other hotel breakfasts. Pool was closed but looked like a nice outdoor pool. Overall, our stay was very nice!

Was told i wouldn't get housekeeping service during my stay. Laundry equipment was not working , had to go use a wash house. Only 1 washer and dryer for this large hotel. Waffle maker for breakfast was blue berry only

Very disappointed. Sadly we walked into our room and walked right back out! There were roaches on the walls and door in the room. When told front desk about this they did not seem surprised at all. Like they knew this was a problem.

There was black mold under the bed. We moved the bed before check out to check for our 1 year olds toys and discovered copious amounts of black mold on the floor boards and the skirting boards. Absolutely unacceptable especially as our 1 year old slept in that room.

The pictures we saw on Expedia were misleading. The room needed immediate attention. There was an old moldy smell in the room. The ceiling had mold on it, there was peeling paint on the ceiling, the atmosphere in the room was damp which left a very distinct odor mold. On the day we checked out, we went for breakfast and came back to the room only to find our key cards were disabled with our belongings inside the room. We had to ask someone to open the door.

We were given 3 bath towels for 4 people and no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. When I asked for them I was told they didn’t have any and told me to take pool towels from outside. The pull out sofa smelled like urine. The AC wasnt working properly and the humidity in the room was so bad there was condensation on the walls. Absolutely awful.

The walls are super thin. You can hear the people next to you and hear in rooms as you walk down the hall. Didn't feel safe knowing anyone could be listening. Water pressure wasn't the greatest. But the rooms are clean. The mattress did not agree with my back so I didn't have a good nights sleep but it could just be me.

Breakfast was the best of any hotel on the I95 route. Room was nice and clean. Loved the pillows. I was disappointed that the WIFI was not working properly. It’s one of the services I look for when booking a room.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, unstable, couldn't connect or stay connected; the same with the TV- the correlation between the guide & the station #'s were not straight forward or easy to follow. Many of the stations would not come in.

It was great! I have stayed before and I will stay again. The women at the front desk are friendly, knowlegeable AND helpful! This place is consistently great and I now purposely stay here going back and forth to my former hometown. It is the halfway point. Can I make a suggestion? I tried to get closed caption on my TV and it did not work. That is my only suggestion. I asked for a room near the exit as I was traveling with two dogs, one blind. The staff was so accomodating. When one of the women who worked at the desk saw me struggling with my dog and my luggage rack she helped me -- and she just got off duty! This is a plus in my book. Both women were so nice and so helpful. And even the on duty maid jumped in to help! Two thumbs up to Comfort Suites Lumberton and their staff!!

Lady at the check-in was less than friendly. Once we were in our room, we noticed there weren’t enough towels, went down to the front desk and we asked for more and she asked us why we wanted more towels! They were only two sets, and there are three of us.A couple of minutes later somebody was trying to get in our room. She gave them the same room number. Luckily, her key didn’t work on our room. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. Before she gave us sheets, she questioned whether we looked in the drawers, in the closet, on the bed. Of course we did. The next morning before 8 AM, while I was in the bathroom, there was a knock on the door, and then a maintenance man walked in, using a key, They apologized and said he had a work order! 😳 we asked him if he could possibly come back after we’re checked out. There was no milk and no orange juice at breakfast. Just some kind of brown juice. The coffee and hot water for tea were lukewarm. I hate to complain. But this was too much. So, yeah, not a great stay.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Dave behind the desk. Hotel was very clean, typical hotel breakfast was fine, lots of food choices in the area. Very convenient off the highway for overnight going North or South on 95. Not much to do in Lumberton despite what the town website says.

While we were trying to book a hotel, the front desk staff did not want to help us and was kinda cold to us until we finally booked through Expedia. The guy that came in after we got the same treatment, and the staff even yelled at the man kid to be quiet when he wasn't even being loud

Room adequate. No hot water to shower (other guests complained as well. Went for the hot breakfast the next morning and workers did not show up or called off. Nothing hot, unable to make waffles, nothing remotely healthy for those with dietary issues. Staff member working the front desk trying to refill coffee and hot water for tea. She just kept apologizing. Not one manager available. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast and pay for that when it was supposed to be included. Not as advertised.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Although close to i-95 there was no traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Worst comment is lack of dinner places. The outback steakhouse was overcrowded and the food was awful.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Although close to i-95 there was no traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Worst comment is lack of dinner places. The outback steakhouse was overcrowded and the food was awful.

Convenient location off 95 south. Clean room and excellent the pillow choices. Loved that Outback was next door and the hard floor instead of carpet. Will definitely stay here again.

There are times when there are some sketchy folk across the street who look to be messed up on drugs and or alcohol. Walking to stores in the daytime is most likely ok but wouldn't feel safe at night.

I am surprised that most hotels breakfast area in weekend is usually 7-10am. While this one was 6-9am. And they normally have fruits but they didn’t have any. Also, the waffle machine they had did not cook the waffles thoroughly.

Lady at the check-in was less than friendly. Once we were in our room, we noticed there weren’t enough towels, went down to the front desk and we asked for more and she asked us why we wanted more towels! They were only two sets, and there are three of us.A couple of minutes later somebody was trying to get in our room. She gave them the same room number. Luckily, her key didn’t work on our room. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. Before she gave us sheets, she questioned whether we looked in the drawers, in the closet, on the bed. Of course we did. The next morning before 8 AM, while I was in the bathroom, there was a knock on the door, and then a maintenance man walked in, using a key, They apologized and said he had a work order! 😳 we asked him if he could possibly come back after we’re checked out. There was no milk and no orange juice at breakfast. Just some kind of brown juice. The coffee and hot water for tea were lukewarm. I hate to complain. But this was too much. So, yeah, not a great stay.

Room adequate. No hot water to shower (other guests complained as well. Went for the hot breakfast the next morning and workers did not show up or called off. Nothing hot, unable to make waffles, nothing remotely healthy for those with dietary issues. Staff member working the front desk trying to refill coffee and hot water for tea. She just kept apologizing. Not one manager available. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast and pay for that when it was supposed to be included. Not as advertised.

The breakfast lady ms.Wanda was wonderful, showed me how to use the waffle machine without making a mess.Very friendly and helpful.Also the front desk staff morning and night was very helpful.espically when we thought that our cat Lucy escaped.turns out she was hiding in the box spring.Would definitely stay again.Shannon Pittman

Biggest problem was the fact that the light switch for the bathroom was not in the bathroom but on the left side of the wall as you walked into the room. The fan vent was attached to the light switch & came on same time as light. No separate switch. The fan was so loud it was deafening. Other problem was the a/c. Also ran way too loud. Couldn’t fall asleep for any length of time cause kept getting woke up by the a/c. Let me point out the room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Very clean dining area & staff was on top of anything that was running low. Outside was very quiet & seemed very safe. Won’t stay there again if all rooms are as I described.

We had stayed in another Comfort Inn the week before that was similar but so much nicer that it was difficult to enjoy this one. (The price for this one was about $50 cheaper, so that was nice.) The breakfast, though, was hot and tasted good—biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs—a great way to end an otherwise average stay.
