Room was clean, but very dated. Definitely needs updated. The faucet in bathroom was loose, carpet torn in places, and some of the wood trim and vanity area were very worn. Over all good stay, just very dated.

Absolutely do not recommend. When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units. The gym consisted of a treadmill and a bike, however there was a massive crack in the wall below the thermostat—probably 2 feet long and wide. The rooms were run down and it is the only hotel I have ever stayed where I woke up concerned about the possibility of bed bugs (thankfully none to be found but it’s that unclean) There were people loitering on the bench outside of the property entrance all hours of our stay. The only highlight was the front desk staff. They were very kind and professional upon check in and check out.

I was really disappointed in the smell, cleanliness, and the appearance of my bathroom. The common areas of the hotel on the first floor smell like rotten egg, or old sewage. The elevators floors were nasty and dirty. The bathroom in my hotel room had several areas that needed to be cosmetically addressed from the tile and grout, smudge stains on the wall. The furniture, arms in the hotel room look worn out should’ve been replaced years ago. I am a Hilton honors member and I will not visit this hotel again.
