This hotel was surprisingly AMAZING. Crystal was fantastic at checkin. Love the cookies, comfy beds, and easy parking. These rooms are super clean and appear to be newly renovated. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning 😃 😊

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful everyone smiled and was more than happy to accommodate anything we needed! Also very kind to our furbabies. Continental breakfast offered a variety of foods and beverages and was always well kept and clean.

I was happy with the room. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was small but clean as well. I liked that pool towels were provided. I also enjoyed the gym. It too was VERY small- but clean. The front desk staff was kind enough but did not answer the phone and were not at the desk when needed. The kitchen staff was FABULOUS and the breakfast was great! The cookies were put iutbearlyband fone quickly but you could get coffee all day!! The major bad thing though was thing was that I was not told of a pet fee over the phone, when I checked in, OR when I checked out!!! I just noticed it on my credit card statement later- and it was nearly $100!!!

The property was great, the staff was amazing but Expedia needs to fix it where it states the hotel offers a bar, there’s no bar. Per the hotel, this is an Expedia issue, not the hotels. They don’t put what is offered in the site. We chose this hotel based on a bar being in the hotel.

Hotel staff was exceptional they were super nice and helpful. Only knock was the pool was down which was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. Should have been notified it was down prior too but either way. Hotel was pretty good overall

room was not vacumned,debries on the floor. In two days housekeeping did not visit. Room was time worn, breakfast was terrible. All this for almost $200 a night.

The hotel was decent for the night. Called in for digital key due to online issues & the representative was extremely pleasant & helpful. Upon arriving at te hotel..shortly after midnight, there were ppl, that didnt look like guests, standing in front near the entrance. Kinda looked suspicious so we drive around the parking lot a few times then they left. Room was clean. Beds comfortable & decent size. Woke the next morning & there was ants everywhere. All over the nightstand, table top for chair, and the desk. Ants even got into our toiletries bag. We checked out & informed the front desk clerk about the bugs. She apologized about the inconvenience & said the general manager would contact me for compensation if i ledt my contact info. Waited 2 days & havent heard from anyone so i called to inquire & was informed because i booked w a third party, i should contact them.

My only complaint is that the bed, which seems to be the case with most hotels these days, felt cheap and like I was sleeping on a board. Hotel beds use to be more plush and comfortable.

Our suite room was huge and lovely. The check in agent got us a light bulb from an empty and had a wine opener. Breakfast was great ant I would return again if in the area.

Great stay. Typical of what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. Service was excellent in my interactions with front desk staff and breakfast staff. Our cell phone (AT&T) reception in the hotel was not great… perhaps it was the town/area. Also there were no usb ports on the room so bringing a block was essential.

The hotel was under much needed renovation. The breakfast was of poor quality with little options. We were booked for three nights, but only stayed for two. Our room had no heat and the desk clerk seemed disinterested in getting us heat. She told us to just wait and the room might warm up. It never did. This place needs new management

The staff was awesome. The room was clean and well designed. Breakfast was tasty. The only downside was I couldn't figure out how to switch the shows heads 😂. We were there only to sleep and take a break, it was a great stay.

The room was ok. I spilled Sweet Tea on the floor on my way out. Tried to clean the best I could. I saw housekeeping in the hall, told her about my problem. She said it would be taken care of. When we got back all that was done is towels were replaced that I used to clean up mess. I had to clean it up. Upon getting ready to leave I found a cigarette lighter under the sheets. Not mine neither of us smoke, I also was smelling BO Oder ever once in a while. Defiantly not a smell I am used to Upon checking out also told them about this issue.

I arrived at 1am after a long road trip. The first room I was assigned the door lock was broken and the tv didn’t work. The staff was great and immediately gave me another room. I went to sleep quickly. The next morning I noticed how stained the carpet was. The vinyl flooring was dusting with long strands of brown hair all over it. The vanity legs was so dusty. I had to use a Clorox wipe to clean them. I had to use the Clorox wipe also on the tub before I took a shower. I usually choose The Hampton Inn, and rarely have a disappointing stay. I was truly disappointed

No microwave oven available in the room. The water coming from the water fountain located next to the front desk is not clean, I dri k front that twice and twice I suffered loose vowel movement. Other hotel I stayed in the past provided a bottled water despenser which was safe not like this one. Very bad experience.
