Property was clean, staff was very polite. Room and linens were clean. Only discrepancy was that I had booked a 2 queen bed w pull out sofa and I got a room with 1 king and sofa bed. We made the accomadations work but would have liked the two beds and also the pool was down for maintence, but we were offered to go to the neighboring sister location to use the pool so it wasn’t a huge deal.

The most important requirement for us was that it was in a safe area and that we didn't need to worry about leaving most of our belongings in the car overnight. (This was a stop on a cross-country move.) The hotel was located in a very safe area and we were able to park our car very close to the front door.

Everything around the property was clean with the exception of the carpet. That needs to be replaced. The bathroom could use some upgrades but was clean. Breakfast was good but on the second day of our stay several items had ran out and no one was available to ask when any thing else would be brought out. The property was quiet and in a great location.

We had 4 adults in our group. Sleeper sofa was a necessity. It was late when we opened it up, and when we did it was filthy. The person at desk was nice, offered to move us, but some of our group was already in bed. If a sleeper sofa is in room it should be cleaned. My daughter ended up sleeping on the top.

I am always uncomfortable with having to stand in front of an unattended reception desk for about 3 minutes before the desk agent wandered out from the room behind the desk. The next two times I passed the front desk, there was no one there. Our room backed up to the elevator despite the fact that we checked in early, and the number of guests seemed to be low. Using rooms placed against the elevator didn’t seem to be necessary. But we heard the elevator on each of its trips up and down. And then when I tried to dry my hair, the outlet beside the sink didn’t work. I tested the drier elsewhere, and found it was functional. Finally I was able to plug it in in the bedroom and lean around the corner to get my head in front of a mirror. This all adds up to too many problems to give this hotel a high rating.

Property is really easy to get to from the highway. Lots of convenient food options within walking distance. Unfortunately the whirlpool is out of order :(

Despite there being a lot of kids in the hotel, it was quiet. Breakfast was so-so. No cereal…hmmm…interesting. Beds were comfortable and the room was large and clean.

No bar on Sunday- very quick check in- room pretty clean- bathroom clean but old caulking and black in spots- kinda yucky to take a shower... no way I would take a bath

Everything around the property was clean with the exception of the carpet. That needs to be replaced. The bathroom could use some upgrades but was clean. Breakfast was good but on the second day of our stay several items had ran out and no one was available to ask when any thing else would be brought out. The property was quiet and in a great location.

The hotel was well kept and the location is good. It’s next to a couple strip malls and restaurants. There’s a McDonald’s right across the street, a Starbucks and a great restaurant with one of the best Steaks I’ve ever had. The downside… the ey dongle private events. If they are having a party with a DJ, you can hear the music (loudly) in your room. Our room was above the event/conference room. I’d suggest you ask to be on the other side of the conference room. They did offer to move our room and we went ahead and packed everything up and moved (even though it was our last night just so we would be able to sleep. Even though we moved rooms, we were able to still hear the music. But at least it wasn’t as loud as the original room. Also the pool was closed for or entire stay. So that was definitely disappointing for my children and us as we were kind of just stuck in the room when we weren’t out and about exploring the area. We had planned a day to just hang out the hotel one our days and take avoid the pool, so it was a pretty disappointing day. Upside. The rooms are big and have plenty of space if you are traveling with your family. Breakfast was decent.
