Felt unsafe fromSmoke alarms were going off all the time I was there to pieces of locks on the door missing. Told counter person her only reply was our maintenance people are off. Offered me another room when asked for refund. I asked if the fire alarms were maintained since the other rooms weren't She just kept say we gave main personnel off for holidays. Unsafe for families

By looking at the property you would think it’s just okay of a place, nothing fancy but the first time I stayed here because of the cost, very reasonable$$$. The rooms are renovated, super nice inside, very clean and the beds are very comfortable!! I really like the place a lot, the hotel staff are always so friendly so now i always stay here on a regular basis:):)

The breakfast was not much to write home too. Muffins, yogurt, two types of cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. Had a toaster, but nothing to put in it like a bagel or an English muffin. The check-in was nice with the lady being very friendly, did take a little longer than I thought should’ve. For the price you can’t fit it. We just need a place to sleep and take off early. I would recommend it.

We stayed two nights. Only problems were the beds were so high that I could hardly get up on my bed, the timed bathroom light was horrible since I couldn't figure out how to use it in the dark, the space for toilet and tub is so small that you can't open or close the bathroom door with getting off toilet -- no use in it being built like that since there was plenty of wasted space. (What is this trend with giant beds? Why do beds have to be 4.5 feet high?) The office receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Hispanic cleaning lady was very stingy and put only two towels and wash cloths for a room built for 4 people and she didn't really want to give us any more! The 11 yr. old microwave would not heat and the small refrigerator did not have a freezer space where we could refreeze our travel cooler paks. I had not asked for a handicap accessible room and some of these problems might have not been in a handicap room. The price was reasonable in an area that was very crowded with tourists that weekend. And it was very clean. My mattress was comfortable (I was exhausted when I finally climbed up into it) but my friend's mattress hurt her back -- some kind of ridge in it?

(What is this trend with giant beds? Why do beds have to be 4.5 feet high?) The office receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Hispanic cleaning lady was very stingy and put only two towels and wash cloths for a room built for 4 people and she didn't really want to give us any more! The 11 yr. old microwave would not heat and the small refrigerator did not have a freezer space where we could refreeze our travel cooler paks. I had not asked for a handicap accessible room and some of these problems might have not been in a handicap room. The price was reasonable in an area that was very crowded with tourists that weekend. And it was very clean. My mattress was comfortable (I was exhausted when I finally climbed up into it) but my friend's mattress hurt her back -- some kind of ridge in it?
