Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown

Stay in a lot of hotels, this was one of the worst. Building was in terrible disrepair, and rooms were NOT comfortable or clean. We later found out this was the last week before the build was being completed gutted and turned into another hotel. Then everything made sense. Staff was friendly though. Hopefully, the pending renovations will provide a much better experience for guests in the future.

Hôtel en plein cœur de Raleigh. Facilité d’accès en ville. Parking dans l’hôtel. Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Le petit déjeuner inexistant. La baignoire de la chambre fuyait, l’eau a coulé pendant tout le séjour. Mais chambre et sanitaires propres je tiens à le faire remarquer et à remercier les personnes qui font le ménage.

We booked about a month in advance and when we arrived was told that they gave our room away and there no rooms left. After searching their database, said they had a room available for us. This was at close to midnight. Was not impressed with the staff member who checked us in and felt betrayed by the hotel after traveling from NH to Raleigh. We were told earlier, a late check in was ok.

Breakfast? Do not call that food Please. A pig stei is cleaner. Room cleaning is a scandal. The fat black lady at the fron desk made me a racist. I want my mone back.
