The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied with the room. There was a lot of space in the room. The shower was great. And the continental breakfast was perfect. Although we didn't get a chance to get into the pool because of the weather it did look very clean.

Room was clean, but was like a walk in closet. No microwave in the room. Only a few channels on TV. Only 1 elevator works an was slow. Breakfast was satisfying if you eat pork. An the bathroom was just as small as the room , with the shower behind the door so watch your feet.

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

The common areas, hallways, elevator, glass, etc. was dirty. The entire hotel needs updates. Parking was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room had smelled strong of ammonia. The room seemed clean.

This hotel was incredibly clean and the check in/check out staff were so friendly. Beds were comfy and the whole place was nice. No weird smells (which is GREAT compared to most hotels!) Pool was open & breakfast is offered. We would definitely come back to stay again if ever in this area!

Had to wait for room. Understand check-in is 4, but others were given rooms that arrived after me. I had asked for the 4th floor, assumed that is why I had to wait. Was eventually offered 4th floor. ?? The lady at the front desk was unconcerned. Took the room. Accommodations were typical other than the room provided only lukewarm water. I indicated this at checkout. The representative apologized. Approximately 200 for a one-night stay. Expected more. At least hot water. I have stayed there approximately 30 times. This will be my last.

The Fairfield is dated, but overall clean. The rooms are dated and carpet should be replaced. The bed was super uncomfortable and the smell of marijuana infiltrated our room all night long. Would not stay here again, and would not recommend.

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke and strong air fresheners trying to cover it. We switched rooms. We were told they thought the smell would have been out by then. We didn’t notice until the morning that there was an old blood spot on a pillowcase that actually went through to the pillow. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, I will not stay here again.

Great stay easy quick check in. Breakfast included and not just fruits and muffins so that’s a plus. Only thing I can say is we didn’t have a microwave in our room. How do you have a fridge without the microwave. Idk if every room is like that but 217 has no microwave. The hotel itself was quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Next time I’m gonna need a microwave. It’s inconvenient to have to go to the lobby/breakfast area and warm up food especially when I’m not on the first floor.

My husband is a Marriott Rewards holder and we always use your hotels however this facility was below sub par. We rented a king suite and let me start by saying the bed was beyond uncomfortable and we had twin size pillows for a king bed which made no sense whatsoever. Also, the air conditioning unit in our bedroom went off every 3 minutes and it sounded like a helicopter. I will never say at this facility again and would appreciate some kind of reimbursement. Thank You

Heating unit would not allow peaceful sleep. Every 15 minutes made a loud noise that woke me up! AWFUL! Not sure room was cleaned and disinfected. Waking up with some kind of cold and congestion. Will not stay here again.

The property is located among a cluster of hotels, located in a safe and convenient area of town. This was our first stay at this Fairfield Inn and it was very disappointing. We were 'greeted' with smokers in the entry way! The decor was shabby and old. The room was TINY and the counterspace in the bathroom was TINY! The room's a/c and wall unit was LOUD, gurgling and disfunctional. The walls were super thin and we heard every sound. There was always a short supply/no supply of coffee! We had cold showers. It was such a shocking step below usual Marriott standards.

Angelina on Night Shift was so welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of options in that area and I would return to this hotel just because the employee obviously loved her job and made me feel comfortable. Great customer service.

During one evening, kids were playing hockey in the stairwell and making lots of noise. I was awakened around 8;30pm and I stepped outside my door when your front desk staff member Iris was walking quickly toward the noise and got the kids to break it up. She tol me “I got this”. He reported that Iris was doing her best to break up the party and was apparently successful and my son was able to go back to sleep. I thanked Iris the following morning at breakfast for her efforts. She is a great employee!

I stayed here to attend a Ghost concert, I felt very safe and the area was very clean. I was a bit skeptical since a previous hotel around Raleigh wasn’t nice, but I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Crabtree Mall, which was very convenient.

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

Room was clean, but was like a walk in closet. No microwave in the room. Only a few channels on TV. Only 1 elevator works an was slow. Breakfast was satisfying if you eat pork. An the bathroom was just as small as the room , with the shower behind the door so watch your feet.

The hotel is close to the highway and shopping. There is a newer area nearby with a really nice brew pub. The hotel itself is in a safe area, clean, and well maintained. Nothing to write home about but it’s a safe, convenient and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast lady works hard to keep the area clean and filled, but it is standard. I was so grateful for the yogurt and fresh fruit mostly as a healthier option. Very grateful for the bottled water as it was hot.
