Relaxe com conforto e estilo no Monrepos! Com Wi Fi e Dog Friendly!

The booking process was stressful. Having been cleard that we are a family group with 3 dogs (house ad indicated up to 9 pets). Booking was confirmed and full payment taken. I then received an email to say that the PM needed to check with the owners re 3rd dog. This would take 4 days. If I wanted to cancel then the administration fee 110 would apply. Thankfully the owners allowed our 3 pet.Be aware that you need to travel to Queenscliff to pick up and drop off keys.Very annoying automated messages re upcoming stay and the need to hire linen, we didnt choose this option On arrival, the bins were full, the dishcloth was disgusting, the bbq hadnt been cleaned and there was not a king bed as stated in the listing. Sadly, Id bought KS linen.Overall a lovely well equiped property.

Loved it

Montrepos is a very well-appointed and styled property. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short stay and the house is very comfortably furnished. The negatives for us, and they were game changers; the skylights in the bedroom rooves are like bright lights above your head that wake you at dawn and if that doesn’t do the job, the traffic roaring down Fellows rd from dawn will make sure you are fully awake. Probably more of an issue for the upstairs bedroom. The noise is not noticeable from downstairs, and the downstairs living area is a beautiful sanctuary. It’s such a pity that those elements spoil an otherwise fabulous property.

The property is well equipped and everything worked well. It is a perfect cool weather relaxation stay. Will be very hot in summer. Location is on the main road to the golf club and surf beach so is quite noisy and busy with traffic. The house needs a good spring clean and the rotting grapefruit that had fallen in the courtyard made the bbq space unappealing. The garden setting lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts are generous with daily supplies and we enjoyed our stay.

It's a wonderful property in terms of location (equal distance between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff) AND the house has absolutely everything in regards to kitchen, bathroom and general amenities. Stayed 03/09/2023 to 11/09/2023
